First of all the reason my friend killed the Police Officers was because he had my F3 and Rule 17 of the Killing Rules allowed him to attack the officers to protect me. By adding the new update where you have to constantly run from one NPC to another to check prices, or you have to wait for someone to take pity on you and tell you through rumour. So I've come up with an Idea of adding a new Phone System where the NPCs are in your contacts and they can constantly update you on prices, so let's say you want to see how much is the Cocaine you just do (F1 > Inventory > Phone > Contacts > Cocaine Buyer > Ask for the Price) or let's say you want to ask the Rockefeller NPC John S. Rockefeller you do it via the Phone. People will not be able to spam the NPCs asking them what's the price every second you will be able to send the message to each NPC every 5 minutes or so. It doesn't have to be the thing I want but make something so we don't have to run from one NPC to another and waste time.

You literally had the stamina to go and swim at the top so you can breathe. It's your own fault, you were swimming at the bottom and you didn't even try to go to the top (only when you noticed that you were gonna drown) he missed like 20 tasers before tasing you.
