Multiple tickets were made complaining that you were talking OOC and making OOC threats after an altercation that happened. after spectating you for a bit I saw you were claiming to be a staff member on an "alt account" and could get rid of people, not only that but you were saying "say goodbye to your steam account" to players in character. After this transpired I pulled you, spoke to you and informed you that if this repeated itself you would be getting banned, you apologized and said it would not. not 15 minutes later you again make vague threats towards someone finished with "DDOS will be the least of your worries" this is not tolerated behavior. Hi, i was the banning administrator. this was over the 15 q that you gave to your friend from his old character. You two have been banned together for 14 days in the past so your current ban is simply a double of that. You knowingly gave him items from his old character on his new character, it doesn't get much clearer then this for middlemanning. Old char being harry strickland hill and new char being conrad Folk Connely.

"when my old character died it became my friends property, it just so happened that he gave me all of it back on a new char!" We might want to look into adding an accountability perk in the Diverge store, this guy needs some.

Hello, I was the administrator who banned you twice. You have been banned twice for item transfer before this, both blatant occurrences, when you get unbanned you decide to have your friend (who has been banned with you by Canadian in the past) To access your old bank accounts and give you a large amount of meth ALL of which were once in your old character's inventory. This isn't an instance of "one accidentally slipped in there" This is you taking ALL of your old drugs and transferring them to a new char - the literal definition of item transfer.

Hi, I was the staff member that pk'ed your characters. Although at first I did not see Strickland item transfer upon further investigation it appears that blatant item transfer occurred on this character as well as you can tell by the logs attached.

Just make it so if your car gets scrapped you have to pay to get it back, an amount higher then you gain for scrapping effectively removing money from the economy

Hi, original banning staff member here, I watched the altercation happen live where an apparent RDM bait incident occurred, a member of your faction stepped onto the roof of La Volpe and refused to leave until he was punched, as soon as he was you proceeded to spray down those who hit him and anyone that started to shoot back at you, Your positioning on a rooftop and the fact your friend went up to them as soon as you were in position made us believe this was pre-meditated.. To address why the others received a note- They were already on the roof for about 10 minutes prior to this, Yumeko's note was removed as she did not shoot anyone and arty received one for participating as he should have known better. I believe you deserve to be banned as you should know better from your many staff sits and time on the server. However, I do believe a perm is excessive given the circumstances of hostility in the city, with many shootouts happening and lines being unclear. However, I do think the original 30-day ban would be appropriate given your priors + circumstances.
