You shouldn't have "Stolen it" in the first place. And you could've given it back to him, as you had searched him again to "put it back" and then didn't and said you were keeping it. You then could've "given it back to him" when you were bodyblocking him in the doorway and he was standing right there. I haven't the slightest clue why you were in the cells in the first place, nor why you thought it'd be totally cool to actually steal shit from prisoners, but it's pretty obviously listed in the rules that you can't do that.

Let me explain to you what exactly you did. There were a few individuals who were dedicating 100% of their time to mugging, oftentimes utilizing throwaway characters. You, acted as a fence for these players. You were connected to not one, but 3 of the accounts used by these individuals, moving their stolen items for them. That being said, upon review of your ban history, you're being granted a chance. Don't involve yourself in sketchy things in the future. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. The ban will be reduced to 1 week.

Gets banned for NiTRP, can't even take the ban appeal seriously. You vdmed a guy and tried to drag him into the sewers because of cow worship. Prior to this you went into the trattoria yelling and got kicked out, refused to leave, kept yelling shit at them, got punched, shot someone to death and cried rdm when someone shot you for it, and tried to get them in trouble. Your PO list is so long I quit counting. You're lucky it was 10 days, as you were banned for 21 days for the same shit recently.

So, a couple of points. Obviously, the rules state that the orders have to be given within 2 weeks of the individual leaving the faction, which occurred and is verifiable. Good on the pking staff member for getting the logs, especially considering these pks can take a while and end in the logs being wiped. On consideration of this evidence, this pk appeal will be denied. The proper protocols were followed. In regards to your assertion that they should've couped you, its way easier to kill you after you leave instead of couping you. And a lot less risky.
