Literally only ever seen this guy mug. No actual rp. Mugging is cool and all, but that cant be the only thing you do on the server.

This is a well deserved Perma ban (and it isn't the first). First of all, you got that "million dollars worth of suits" by mugging people, and that's obvious. You don't grind for 30 hours on a char then get that much value of anything. Secondly, you have done this exact same thing in the past, Target Mugging, NITRP and you even metagamed when talking to some female in game, using your voice, and I quote, "Yeah, I got blacklisted from Bonannos, Altovitis and Gambinos. Those guys really hate me.". You said this while on a completely new DeCavalcante Char. You have shown absolutely no interest in actually Roleplaying on this server, and instead playing it in your own way by mugging, deathmatches, OOC disputes, and metagaming. Rdm in a sit Length of ban: Perma Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I’ve played the server for years and been apart of the community as a faction leader and have helped build and progress factions throughout my time still to this day a faction I founded is still very much active and a big apart of this server aka sos. Alot of my warnings/ bans are very minor and old and are mainly just rdm from my crashout days. Still from my time of taking a break from this server people still ask for me to come back and request for me to attempt to appeal my ban even tho i brought it upon myself and asked for the perma ban when the ban itself was originally only 2 days Why should you be unbanned? I mainly just needed a break from the server which acting a fool and begging for a perma ban was not the right way of doing it. It made me realize alot of things about myself of how i should act when im on the server and amongst the community. I’ve been around even when the server had people from mobsters paradise and i feel like i can be a better person to people throughout the community to bring better help to new players throughout the server from my experience i can understand not wanting me back in the community because i had a very much hate love relationship with people of the community i wish to attempt to change that and show people even when having a rough upbringing can have a good impact on the community even from being on this server a long time. I had a lot of issues with myself that i have worked on and calmed down as a person and i would love to be able to come back and have a fun time with the community and fix whatever problems and issues with people inside the server as a whole. I Had alot of ongoing problems during my time of being on the server with me losing alot of close friends that i've know for years and it honestly hurt me and caused me to act very stupid during that time. it is no excuse for my actions or behavior but i would hope to show even after all this time of me being on here and all the mistakes i've made that i could make a big change and do better overall as a person on this server. i would expect if somehow my ban appeal would to be approved that i would be held a high example to follow the rules and community guidelines and if i was to make a mistake once. to be immediately perma ban indefinitely which would never come to happen if i was welcome back into this community. I expect some toxicity to come back my way through the comments or from people in the server but i would love to work through the past and put it aside and make some changes with eachother. I tend to get nihilistic and wonder what I am doing with my time and end up violating the rules to get myself banned. It's more of a self sabotaging effort than malice towards others enjoyment. Waiting for shipments, grinding money, waiting for trading partners makes me see how ironic these tasks are when I should be grinding in real life. Why should you be unbanned?: I will manage my existentialism and not let it effect other players. If I get angsty I will not direct it at the server and do something practical in real life. Ive been playing Diverge and mafia RP for over 5-6 years ive seen all come and go. Ive seen many eras of mafia rp. as well as the people. I will hold my hands up and say since I got pkd on my og Bonnano char and even before that ive been very mouthy and have said my piece multiple time. The state of the beef on the server and the constant shitty ooc squabbles all from years ago has got very out of hand from both sides. I had been playing recently to be the guy that would go out and defend my faction in these situations. Rather than be HC and try resolve it with words. The situation today happened because someone took a IC photo of another Lucchese who was taking photos of them. This resulted in everyone coming over and starting a situation outside of the meat market ending in some words being exchanged. I exchanged some words back because vinny had previously said some words against me as well as a bunch of lucchese saying some very horrible words towards me that can effect **IRL** Consciences for any info on those messages u can dm me. This resulted in a sitdown asking for the death of my character and presumably ended there. Until my Ban. I will put my hands up and say that was a very dumb decision to talk back to those issues. I believe my many roles on the server such as, First Deputy Commissioner, Underboss, First Deputy Mayor, Councilman, FBI, Staff was to push for more roleplay especially my most recent run in Crim rp where I believe. I was a advocate for more roleplay on the server by (Although not deemed very nice by most) reporting members for breaking RP as well as creating and coordinating player ran roleplay events. Anyhow Ill accepted all the -1s from everyone but for a guy that has played the server for 5-6 years and has accumulated a total of 1 day and 1 hour ban on his record I would love for the chance to come back in the future and help out Btown. If factions get main char locked for Racket Wars then so should PD as anyone not participating could go on their PD Char and target factions, this is Mafia RP not Police RP they shouldn't get more leverage than us in an event

+1 but pd is needed coming from a member of commission, they are needed to counter balance the event, you can’t expect them not to do anything cmon even though it gets annoying they have to do it to make it “fair”
