I've tried out PD, crim factions, civ factions etc and think that I would both be helpful for the staff team and find it engaging. I believe that after receiving help on countless tickets over the years it's time I pay it forward. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think something many applicants struggle with is the ability to be unbiased and generally bringing the right attitude to being a staff member. Something I think should be considered is how people act as a normal player before they become staff. I find myself helping new players even if I have no intention of hiring them while other players will belittle them for being new to the gamemode. While many want to become staff for the wrong reasons I just want to be helpful and resolve situations for both experienced players and new players from a neutral standpoint. with the amount of time I've spent in the server and my knowledge of the server I believe I would be an asset to the staff team. I shot them and later realized that one of my faction members had got to them first. Thus the person that stole my car was on a new life and it was technically RDM. I do not know how long ago this was but it has been a long time. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I wouldn't say that I'm well known outside of the circle of people that I talk to. Though I think for those who do know of me have a positive impression. I think my reputation is of someone who tries his best to be helpful and friendly. For those who don't know me I'm usually known as "the ponytail guy" or "you're not randy". What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment on diverge was the court case versus the Peron corporation. It was a nail biting event with a lot of attention on it and was a lot of fun (I'm still using the same char today actually) Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I would clip the interaction and send the report to other staff through @. This would remove any chance of bias on my part. If there were no other staff online I would drop the issue if it was just myself. I would pick up other tickets if this individual is receiving reports for RDM'ing/breaking other rules from players other than myself. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would compile evidence (clips screenshots etc.) with timestamps and a detailed description of what occurred during each event. I would send this evidence to a staff member one rank above the offending staff member and not become directly involved. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: This would constitute possible bias. I would prefer if there were another staff member available to take the ticket to completely remove the possibility of bias being called into question. If I had the ticket I would handle it like I would any other ticket. In the 2nd clip if you see in the corner he had my name as well, there was no meta game I had his name, he had mine. I was not the driver of that car I was just sitting in the car, only thing I said is his name, I did not try to bait him for him to try to kill me so I could kill him. Driving in a building is not harassing that makes no sense, I drove in, he pointed a gun at me, gave me warnings to get out and continued to give me warnings even when I was walking. even if he put his gun away he was still a threat, he was threating me with a gun, I had the right to shoot at him.

While driving my forklift around town, I noticed that the gate to warehouse number 1 was open. I drove into warehouse number 1 because I could see several forklift trucks and a bunch of boxes. Upon entering the warehouse, there was an individual that had a gun and instructed me to leave the warehouse. I left the warehouse and exited the property as instructed. The individual continued to aim his firearm at me after I had left the property, thereby making him an active threat. The rules state that players may be killed if they are an active threat, therefore, I took the appropriate actions. There was also no signs of me RDM baiting him? This ban makes no sense to me. Hello, Let me start off by saying that I am a returning player looking for a unique way to start a business and make money. However, I was perplexed by my recent discoveries. The only methods of earning cash is through player owned businesses, which is great. But, I expected that returning after more than three years the mundane tasks of running a restaurant and or grinding shipments would've been added onto. Of course, player backed businesses are the backbone of this economy. However, I would love to see the server attempt to expand upon the current businesses. Correct me if I am wrong, because I might be after returning from 3 years. The last significant "Quality of Life" update that I have seen was the "Jailer NPC" that the Police Department received way back when. I still have my infamous BAR-Certified Character. Which leads me to lean towards starting up a Law Firm, however I find multiple quality issues in this section of roleplay which should be widely considered as so vital and interconnected to other parts of roleplay such as PoliceRP, CourtRP, etc. And should not be overlooked. 1. Money: Ability to charge fees to the defendant represented = Right now, cops are reluctant to uncuff criminals in the cells, and that doesn't guarantee they have the money on them. 2. Place of Operations: With the removal of World Corp, it is hard to find a good place to discuss legal matters. Something small, like a small little hole-in-the-wall room for law firms to own. I could probably think of many other ideas to help revitalize this section of roleplay, let's just start with these two.

It would make life that bit easier if locked lockers once the password has been entered would stay unlocked (Due to putting a password in) until you log off. Similar to the way coded doors work. You put it in once and it will just open normally for just you until you log off and have to re enter the password (For personal lockers not faction lockers)

I think it would be pretty cool if when you were full hunger you'd regen stamina back faster and the lower your hunger is, the slower it would regenerate instead of if you're 0 hunger you take damage and walk slow for like 3 seconds. Changing this might work with the thread Pendred opened about having food come in shipments instead of at cash registers.

I’m sure if some of the players went outside they would call over minor traffic violations, if it inconvenienced them. Which is the same for this server. People only make reports when it negatively impacts them specifically. It’s not that they care about the rules they genuinely just can’t take a loss and unlike other video games this server enables them to call for a lifeline, seeking vengeance getting the satisfaction that the person that caused them a minor disturbance will now get banned. How do you handle this?: In case someone RDM another player and I am not standing presently for receiving tickets for some reason, probably I ought to delay for a while to see if one more stuff is available, who could help him. This method ensures that tasks are shared equally among team members as well as prompt resolution of each incident. However, if there isn’t any other staff actively taking tickets or they are preoccupied with other matters, then in my capacity at the time I can take over handling it alone. After reviewing such evidence, I would punish him based on server rules irrespective of what happened. I don't really want somebody that gets angry about getting punished for something they did wrong in a video game. Upholding rules and maintaining fairness may require difficult choices even if it means making tough calls. Friendships should be built on mutual respect and conformity to community’s standards; therefore anyone who dodges responsibility over their mistakes does not agree with my values.

That is old, those apps were made about 10-8 months ago on my first app I do not know why I put my age down as 17, then on all of my other apps, I put 19 then this one is 20 bc my birthday is in May. I don't use AI anymore that way way back in the day. I made it to an LT in the NYPD I made it to a right-hand man of a crew in a faction. Here is the reason for my appeal. I was with a group of guys near WordCorp when another guy approached us and said he wanted to box. He and another guy from our group started boxing on the road. Everything seemed fine until the guy who initiated the fight suddenly ran back to his car and started to drive away. At that moment, I decided to shoot him because I saw his actions as running away from the fight and being a coward. I understand that my reaction might have been excessive, but I felt that his behavior was not in line with the spirit of the challenge he had issued. I was not trying to break any server rules and I have not been banned in a long time. The staff member who banned me did not even talk to me about what I did wrong.
