Hi. I am the banning member of staff involved. You were fired from the PD by one of the IA LTs, this is something you can battle in a ticket with the Commissioner, they made a ticket and I took it, changing your name, removing your PD whitelist and giving you a charkick to reset you to make sure you didn't have any firearms/cuffs etc on your person before you were allowed to leave. Then the LT and a few other cops that were present told you that you needed to be searched to make sure you don't have anything on your person that you're not supposed to have. You instantly swapped characters to your other one, Aarav Patel. Then you swapped back to Amir Magomedov and when the cops said you will be arrested if you do not comply with their orders, you said "kill yourself fag" and then swapped characters again.

-1 All in all, I think this would run a lot better as a civilian faction rather than randomly adding a crime aspect to it. PRO - Diverse ethnicity CON - Backstory leaves a lot to be desired. Lots of 'this happened' but not enough 'why' - Low playtime. - RP ideas are stale. Don't really see anything new in terms of RP ideas. When it boils down to it, you plan on running a shop. - Your whole faction idea doesn't make sense to me. You're 'low-violence'? to me that just reads like you're going to get bullied by everyone because you won't retaliate. IMO, you may be better creating this faction as a civilian faction and becoming Indian oil barons. - It would be great to see someone successfully run 'IOU's / Loans' but in my experience it doesn't really work. What do you have in place to stop people creating new characters, rocking up and asking for 20k and then them blowing it and getting PK'd by police? - I can honestly see this very quickly becoming a minge faction where people join to use an awful indian accent.

I'm like 90% sure not complying with "put your hands up" is not a reason to shoot, he was stood still and the muggers could have easily tried to tie him up whilst he was standing still, looks like PK hunting imo

Popo can't get your f3 no more big dawg don't worry, i don't see the tab menu as that big of an issue. I feel like most servers that have removed it feel inherently emptier (especially for new players, it helps them get some more info on how shit works). I know the discord argument someone else made seems dumb but it's a good analogy, just because something exists on the server and can be used to break rules it doesn't mean it should be removed. Guns can cause rdm, rackets can cause racket abuse, cars can cause VDM, police can cause RDA etc. Those sound like retarded statements but it's not about the statement, it's about the point it's trying to get across.

Hi, please get 2nd admin opinion. Dutch is partial and banned me for throwing snowballs and getting NLRDM'd 30 times for throwing snowballs at a crowd at night during holiday event and taking this way too seriously despite only throwing snowballs and not doing a single damaging attack. Please post logs and tell Dutch that throwing snowballs isn't minging during a winter event at midnight on Saturday night or a reason to kill a non violent guy 30 times then target mug him. Post logs he had a chance to tell the rdm'ing Jewish faction to quit spawn camping me in admin v 1v1 and failed to do so. Look at the logs. I was. Being hospital camped and this is ridiculous.

Also you spawned me back IN little Isreal where they shot me unprovoked again and then spawn camped me twice near the car dealer where I walked back over, took a clothes box and got killed and went to bed. Get real

I've literally been on the server 3 years longer than you and u should take a break for staff lameness honestly for being so partial and not realizing your bias. I was throwing snowballs and got killed and hospital camped 30 times in the log. You told us both to knock it off and they killed me 5 more times despite only throwing snowballs and having weapons I could have shot them with. logs dont lie

Logs for proof of pk according to your own server rules. The logs will show that they killed me 30 times then lured me into an edited clip. Logs exist for this reason @xDutchCat. I know you are too new but read your own rules you are enforcing and the Logs will back up what you are acknowledging and failing to at the same time

Please post the video of you talking to both of us. You clearly stated you couldn't tell who was minging (them) and told neither of us to react again. Then u spawned me back in little Israel where they killed me and the. Killed me again 3 times with guns near the hospital and car dealership. Your video of the encounter (as required by server ban/pk admin rules) plus the logs will very easily corroborate all claims made here by me. You would be helping your friends minge rp by not following server rules and protocol.
