Your Character or Steam Name: Friendly Man Your SteamID (Click to retrieve): STEAM_0:0:463830675 Your Discord ID#: mrmostdef Reason for ban: MRDM Length of ban: Perm Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I got a little carried away. My friend and I were walking around, and these chinese guys started yelling racial slurs at us, and one of them threatened us. I ended up shooting at all of them. I understand now that I can only shoot when they pull a gun on me or shoot at me. Why should you be unbanned: I have stayed banned for a while, probably a good few month,s to show that I wasn't just trying to get quickly unbanned and that I served a long punishment. I hope to get unbanned so I can play again. Additional Information (images, videos, etc):1 point

Please for the love of god, stop making Otorhinolaryngologists (ear doctors) rich and add some type of proximity chat. We literally have the most bare-bones voice chat we can have, literally no communication can be had in a crowded environment. To add on to this, there's addons that allow for "voice priority" where a staff member can make someone's voice louder(Can be used in events such as the recent fashion show, but with staff supervision).1 point

patrol would be in shambles if you took away their ability to see people drop drugs to other people. -11 point

Someone came on the server to "expose" diverge as racist, and just so happened to walk directly into menace immediately. (He did a racism immediately)1 point

With the addition of repair garages, they should also be able to sell performance upgrades at % discount, set by each shop in order to suggest more player RP, compared to just clicking E and a few buttons at car dealer. The permission to sell other players these upgrades could be locked behind char playtime to minimize the chance of abuse. Since vehicle RP is now being expanded on, I think now or the near future is a great time for this to be put into place, as a RP server should have as much RP as possible. These upgrades could each be permanent, until the vehicle is destroyed, or until the vehicle is returned. With price variances between the three. Personally, I believe until the vehicle is destroyed would be best.1 point

Okay, ignore everyone else. Actually, a good Idea. - Firstly, it would make it more annoying for people who speed around the map, and actually means they would have to lock in a lot more. - If the Checkpoints get approved, it allows them to do a lot more to basically help catch people who should be driving a vehicle - Instead of just a ticket or Arrest, there is a third option, which is the removal of the license, stopping them from driving, and if they do, they get arrested for it. --- - Cops are already nerfed to shit, mainly dealing with constant minges or terrorist groups that get voided. The odd big bust, but nothing concrete. With this being added, it could actually mean they could suspend certain Main character users from driving and potentially add more crimes to the list.0 points

To elaborate on my answer, not that anyone cares. I have not seen a single person come with a correct proposition for a time/era/place appropriate concept for a Black Gang since Supreme Team. But Supreme Team has failed to keep up with the expectation and doesn’t meet what people have in mind for “black gangs” anyway as it’s 1st/2nd Generation Carribean/Jamaican immigrants and some African Americans historically. In the server it’s an odd mixed batch and just doesn’t hold up to snuff Sadly, a proper black gang like Junior Black Mafia or Decepticons thateventually become New York UBN Bloods in the 1990s would be great but nobody here cares to research or understand what it really means to be a black gang in NYC during this era. Everything has been just cringe modern day nigga RP. Wigger magnet, basically. Please fucking stop.-1 points

Hello, while I empathize with the situation and friends have made it clear how much they appreciate and care for your RP. The major issue here, is you didn't inform or contact staff when this happened; you connected an hour and 40 minutes later, deposited your stuff and went on. You didn't make a ticket at such a time either. The clip provided can't definitively say whether you disconnected, as part of client side bug or a user disconnection. To point out, you do move after gunshots and typically logs will show differently for cases of a crash or a timeout. The convenience of crashing at that exact time can't be ignored and you have failed to provide enough evidence for you defense. You state you had a thunderstorm and wifi kept going on and off, implying you should have had wifi at some point or access to the internet, to make a discord ticket or to inform staff in any way; even just when it came back on. Secondly, you state this has been a recurring issue with gunshots. Which means you were aware of the issue, which means you took the risk of playing with the possibility of a crash. ( and the consequence's thereof. ) The area you were mugged is also a red zone or a 'mugged where stand' zone. Meaning you were fair game. I have also investigated the user and it can't be proven they are a mugging character at this time. I can understand the gesture, you'd give back the items they'd have acquired mugging off of you. But you didn't actively attempt to do so, until your character was at jeopardy. Effectively rolling the dice. This is the clip provided https://screenapp.io/app/v/7xDb8JxsP2 and with the logs attached. I must deny the appeal at this time.-1 points

I'm trying really hard to think of how this could be used and I'm coming up short. You say your example is sending discord invites, but those discord's are in-character pagers and can be whispered in game without ooc, so. Secondly, I don't think of a time where I've ever wanted or thought I wanted this feature. You must have a specific instance that is contributing to this.-1 points

it be pretty cool to have designated walls or surfaces where you can use spray paint. have hardware vendor sell spray paint. when you go to spray paint in a location you can draw, but you have a limited amount of ink, so you can only draw or spray paint so much. To prevent griefing put a cooldown for certain locations or if theyre attempting to spray paint too fast. Just a rough idea, kinda wrote it on a whim. Yeah, if more comes to mind Ill update.-1 points

I had an idea that would make a bunch of things more convenient, make custom content accessible, and just makes sense overall. So instead of the current system, you first would need to essentially convert a dollar to some kinda point. Call it diverge coins or whatever. This can only be created from a direct web store purchase and it let's UA maybe hand some out occasionally as a reward or whatever at their discretion. This coin would be avaliable to you as a player on any character in game. The beauty of it is that you can trade that currency with other players at will. You want more IC$$? You could trade the coins with other players at their discretion. There would be NO webstore conversion so that this way the in game market entirely decides what the coin is worth. What's the point? It allows players who don't have IRL$$ to trade their IC$ for diverge donation money. Players would be buying those coins so they can get more in game money, and players who want custom items or donator or whatever can work hard in game for the money and someone else gives the server money to obtain in game money with out of game money. Further, players who have in game whitelists like cars and clothes and such could add players to their whitelists entirely in game for the current IRL$ equivalents ($10 per player, $20 per faction) thus reducing some work for pendred. Companies like Kwik Kash would see their sales become way faster and easier instead of having to wait on pendred to do these updates and let's pendred focus on adding new content, which is the thing that CAN'T be automated. I've personally split the bill with people on custom cars and stuff it's a pain in the current setup for everyone involved from the players to the owners. It would be so much cleaner to just buy and trade the coins in game. People buy donator for others all the time but the process is a little clunky. No more in this system. People buy whitelists all the time and that's a pain too for a lot of people. Just a thought. I can see how it would be better for players and more profitable for the owners.-2 points
