Length of ban: Perma Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): apology Why should you be unbanned? . I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it. I know that the rule book does state " you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance." This quote says how any type/sort of item transferring is strictly prohibited no matter who your doing it for. I am wondering if we can do a zero tolerance policy/ 1 strike policy if you choose to remove my ban. I do understand it was wrong and I do understand that I have extensive POs. I know that what staff may see when they see my play time and my past POs may think that I am not worthy of being the the community but I owe up to what I did. It was a first for me, I have never item transferred before. I have tried to do any type of item transferring, but for some reason on this day I thought it would be a good Idea, I am not sure why and now I deeply regret it. I want to be able to come back and play with the people that I have played with for years from other servers and with people I have met in this server. I think I am ready to come back and that staff should take this appeal into consideration. I think that this 1 strike policy will allow me to be able to play and prove my self to the staff that I am worthy. Take you for your attention to this Matter! What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been back on the server for a while now and really enjoy it. I like moderating and did it a lot in the past. I think this would be fun and also I’d like to help. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have a lot of experience on this server and have been around for a bit now. I also have experience staffing in the past. Since coming back, I’ve come to know the rules quite well to avoid any punishments. I’m also PR trained. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, but my more prominent positions were over a couple years ago and I genuinely don’t remember all the names. I haven’t played many other servers than Diverge after I joined. But they do consist of UA PoliceRP where I was an admin and other PoliceRPs where I was higher up in staff as well. I was also a moderator here 2-3 years back. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes. Four times. Twice for item transfer over 2 years ago. Once for a PD Raid 2 years ago. And once for poor decisions almost 2 years ago. More info can be found in my ban appeal from a while back if needed. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I’d say I’m generally known in the community. Most people I come into contact with like me. It depends who you ask I guess. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Back when I initially joined the server and didn’t understand anything, I’d run around with Pistol P while he antagonized people. Good times. I also liked taking out Daniel Bonanno. No offense Askull. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Gozmouz ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this? If the person made a ticket, I would swap to my staff character and take the sit. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do? Just clip and report it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias? It’s probably best just to avoid taking the ticket so there’s no question of bias in the sit. But if I’m the only staff on, I think it’d be appropriate to take the ticket and be unbiased.
