Hello I was the admin that approved of your PK! The reason why you were PKed was dons orders for missing kick ups, lying to made men, and for the possibility of being a snitch/rat. You had missed multiple weeks of kick ups and had been talked to and still not doing anything about it. You lied to made men by telling them that you went to jail and got a felony but had no record of you being in jail whatsoever. When you walked out of the PD it was around 2 hours later which led them to believe you had possibly been a snitch. These were all of the reasons on why you were killed.4 points

Just because i am a staff member does not mean i should switch characters and make a sit by myself. If no staff member takes the ticket i would report him on the forums You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would clip what is happening with medal and make a staff report if it warrants it. But if the offense is very minor I would give them a tip to not repeat it A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would listen to both sides of the stories and ask for a clip of what happened I would try my very best to not give my friend/faction member any biased what so ever. ---------------------------------------------------------3 points

(Reference your unique RP from the question above): In the Kinahan we plan to open a good ol’ Irish Pub called “The Rusty Shamrock”, at least that was the name of the Pub we had back In Dublin. This allows us to not only have a good experience for the citizens of New York as they come through and get a drink, but lets us operate behind the scenes, doing deals, having sit-downs, and having that Irish private experience behind closed doors. Running the day-to-day of the Pub will be nice and time consuming for our Hangaround and lower members. In addition to the Pub and its dealings, The Kinahan also prides Itself on Its Independence, being made up of surviving members of the IRA and families who were victimized by the Orange Order. As such, we don’t tolerate being controlled or bottle-necked by other factions. Compared to your usual “Italian” group, we don’t just sit behind closed doors and complain, we get out there, we get our hands dirty, and most of all we’re not going to be quiet about it. The Kinahans are a group that won’t take shit, and aren’t afraid to receive it. We’ll frequently get our boys together to trash stores owned by people who’ve disrespected us, key their cars, and do everything we can to drive them mad until they’re ready for an ol’ Irish Shootout (aka we’re firebombing ya and lighting you up with AK’s, up the RA). As for event Ideas there are plenty of things we can do for our boys to keep them engaged. Being an Irish faction we can "Receive shipments of weapons” from the IRA, or even hold mini Racket Events (Context: NOT that racket change event you guys had recently) where they encourage members to bring in the most money they can to support our efforts with the IRA. Another type of event we can hold is a good ol’ drinking contest. We can work this into a variety of ways, maybe things like “Fastest while Drunk, Longest police chase while drunk” Etc. At the end of the day, the Kinahan Clan Is a brotherhood that prides Itself on Independence and not taking shit from any group or party, and we’ll do everything to remind our remembers that so long as we have one another, the Kinahan Clan won’t be suppressed or put-out by anyone. Tiocfaidh ár lá - "Our Time Will Come" Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): By the mid-1980s, Dublin was on edge. You could feel it in the air—the city was changing, the streets harder, more desperate. Christy Kinahan wasn’t a stranger to those streets. Raised in the rougher parts of Dublin, Christy wasn’t born into anything but struggle. He’d seen the kind of life most people couldn’t imagine. But it was a life that shaped him. A life where the only way out was to get your hands dirty and never look back. At first, it was small. Christy wasn’t from some big crime family—he was just a man with an eye for an opportunity. When the drugs started hitting Dublin in the '80s, he wasn’t one to shy away from the chance. Hashish, cocaine—it wasn’t glamorous, but it paid. And by ‘86, Christy was already working his way through the supply lines, moving product quietly but steadily. He didn’t need the spotlight. In fact, he avoided it. Christy knew how to keep his head down while other guys were out there making noise. He worked with the old-timers in the city—dock workers, shady business owners, the kinds of people who knew how to get things done under the radar. But by 1989, Christy wasn’t just sticking to Dublin anymore. He’d started making connections outside the city, talking to people who could help him spread his reach. He wasn’t just about the street trade anymore. The Kinahans were starting to grow, quietly, strategically. Money started moving through other businesses—construction firms, bars, shipping docks. It wasn’t the kind of work anyone would ever boast about, but it was the kind that kept the empire alive, building piece by piece. The real shift came when Christy took it international. The early ‘89s were when the game changed. Christy made his move with European and South American cartels, controlling the cocaine flow into Europe.2 points

- Balance - Maybe - No, useless. The random spam calls will stop when they stop being a fun new thing to fuck with. - We never thought of that! Good suggestion, kill yourself! - I do this myself periodically - No? - We occasionally add stuff periodically to the fancy clothing store, also a very vague suggestion to begin with - Already did this, people just dont usually like to double process and grow - No? - They are tied to factions so.. no? - Abusable, dumb suggestion, not GTA, call a taxi, skill issue I'm glad you enjoyed the phone update2 points

We’ve all been crying this for a while, and it’s always been suggested to make a donation. if we ain’t aging naturally then let us change that, at least. Or make our character birthdate matter, let us set and forget it. Change in hospital and update in system. Maybe just for the future. keep up the good work2 points

My suggestion is creating a separate flag that can be given to members of a faction by HC in that faction to allow them to sell guns / order shipments if their factions have such a racket. This could work like the recruitment flags which were added very recently and can help with dealing with a number of issues that there are with having gun rackets in factions. The first issue is that of racket abusing, where players create alt characters in factions simply to sell their overpowered guns for the benefit of their primary faction (while I understand this is already against the rules, this change would ensure that it would be harder to break this rule as I understand that some people do get away with it on occasion.) This dedicated flag will ensure that it would be significantly harder to exploit weapon rackets for this type of gain. The second issue is the selling of guns by untrained employees, when it comes to gun rackets - there seems to be a form of training in place to ensure that there is only those who are responsible to do the selling of the firearms instead of having the fresh associates buying a fuck ton of whatever and distributing it which could result in issues both staff wise and roleplay wise. Thanks for reading1 point

I'm making a stand against your boring, standing around RP! I have decided to join every faction on the server, incognito to find out which factions have the best and which have the worst, 'new hire RP'. Don't take it too seriously, it's all for fun. I'm aware that different people will hire people differently, take your factions ranking with a pinch of salt. if your faction isn't listed. I'll be updating with the missing ones as, and when. There are some older reviews that I will also be updating to. For the factions that haven't been reviewed yet, you get the upper hand in knowing, i'm on my way. Rules - There must be a minimum of 5 players online for me to join the faction. - There will be no bias from myself. The ranking is purely based on my experience with being hired into your faction. - I will stay entirely in character and avoid any OOC talk. - I won't let it slip that it's me, just in case there is any bias. - I'll RP a lot with /me's - If the opportunity presents itself, I'll make at least 1 mistake to see how the employer reacts. Takahashi 1/10 I walked into the Pho King and asked for a job. After a few minutes of two people discussing who would hire me, I was brought to the nearby bank and given some clothes. I was then told to stand outside and work security, without being told how. I was left entirely on my own for the full duration of the hire. The only time people would interact with me was to get my name. There was a bunch of mid to higher up guys inside just discussing OOC stuff and minging for almost the whole duration. After my mandatory 30 minutes of being AFK, I was brought into the back and then whitelisted in. I was given no formal introduction, wasn't given any faction rules. Just a pat on the back and told to 'go grind'. PRO: None. CON: Too many people messing around, nobody was serious at all. Lucchese 8/10 I walked into the Blue Lobster and asked for a job. I was pulled into the back and quizzed right away. I was asked what experience I had and was made to answer questions about myself. I was quickly given some clothing and a bat and was put on security. The job was fully explained to me, and I was told who to go to if I had any problems. It wasn't standing outside for long before one of the managers shouted me inside and threw a cloth at me and told me to wipe down some tables. He watched as I was wiping them down, telling me I missed a spot etc. There was also another hire working at the same time who was making a bunch of mistakes, and was getting chewed out for it, which made the RP more exciting. I was then asked to take a milkshake over to a table, I deliberately dropped it on the table and the customer made some noises because it had spilt. The manager apologised on my behalf and made me clean it up and get a fresh one delivered. After that I was returned back to the door. After a small amount of time I was brought to a secluded location and was told that I was being invited into a family, I had the family rules fully explained to me and was eventually whitelisted in. PRO: Good resteraunt RP. Was a little different from the usual standing around, although there was a little of it. Great RP skills of those inside. CON: Could be amped up even more, really give the new hires some bitch work to complete. Rudaj 4/10 I approached their bakery and asked for a job. There was a bit of back and forth with the employer asking me questions, to make sure I fit the bill. He got me fitted for a suit and gave me a bat and told me that I was going to be his personal security and I needed to accompany him whilst he takes care of business. He brought me along to his shipment collection, and to pick up some of his friends. During this time I was accidentally hit by a car and almost killed. The guy who employed me took it personally and made it his mission to track the guy down and make him apologise. This would've been a good way to fill the time with some RP but the employer constantly spoke OOC and just wasn't taking it seriously at all. After some driving around and recon, we found the guy working at the Takahashi gun shop. We went in and demanded an apology, the individual apologised and we moved on. We then went back to the bakery and I was whitelisted in straight away. Wasn't given any low down, or rules etc. PRO: Fun little side mission, although I think if I wasn't hit by a car, I would've ended up standing around for the entire duration. A happy accident. CON: RP wasn't taken seriously at all. Sons of Silence 5/10 Headed to the Dead Dog Saloon and asked for work. I was quickly taken care of, and got situated with a suit and a baseball bat. I was put to work on security, which came with the standard 'standing around RP'. I was tabbed out for almost the entirety of this. Although the hiring RP was incredibly boring, I will note that the faction members stayed in character really well and the people who I did get to interact with, role-played really well. After my mandatory standing around time - I was brought into the warehouse and this is where the RP got a little more exciting. The employer wasn't just going to invite me in. He conducted a full interview before hand. He wanted to know things like where I was from, am I a good mechanic and what certain things meant to me etc. I answered all of the questions and then was whitelisted into the faction. He then reeled off the rules (which actually sounded a lot like the Diamond rules I wrote years ago lmao) PRO: The interview before whitelist was very in-depth and actually made me think about how I would respond, like my answer mattered to me getting into the club or not. CON: Way too much standing around doing fuck all. With an entire bar inside, my entire RP experience was confined to standing outside a door. Altoviti 5/10 I approached the motel and asked one of the workers for a job and he told me to follow him. He took me to the hardware store and clothing store to get situated. We then walked back to the motel and I was told to hang around in case 'something happens'. I waited for 5 or so minutes before he asked me to accompany him to the electronics store and back. After that I headed back to the Motel where I met some management, briefly. I was then tabbed out for around 20 minutes, with utterly no interaction at all. Eventually the manager came back and my employer asked if he could get me in full time. He said he needed another 5-10... I waited. After that I was brought into the Motel back room and asked a few questions and then got invited into the faction. After I was brought in, the manager told me to come with him to the car dealer, where I was given money for a company car. He then took out his own car and told me to drive, to get a feel for the city. He told me to head to Corbizzi's, I was given directions because I didn't know where it was. As we arrived, he brought me up to the Napoli rooms and this is where I was given the full family rules and told what is expected of me. The manager's RP was very good and stayed in character the whole time. As we left Napoli I was introduced to some more whitelisted members, who all interacted with me and asked questions, rather than just fish for my ID. PRO: The post whitelist RP was fun, eventful and I actually felt like I had joined a mob. CON: It's a shame everything before it was incredibly boring, with little to no RP. It's crazy that with a property the size of the motel that new hires aren't cleaning rooms etc. Bonanno 2/10 I approached Dom's Diner and asked the guy outside for a job. He asked a few questions and then said 'wait here whilst I get you some clothes'. Around 5 mins later he returned and gave me some clothes. I put them on and he explained that I would be working security. I was never told how to work security and wasn't even given a bat. I stood around for over half an hour almost entirely AFK. There was occasionally a higher up who would pop in and out and interacted with me and showed his RP skills by making comments on my chars description (i put that I had a silver cross around my neck), but it was mainly to get my name. As time went on there was the odd conversation with my employer but he every time he would go somewhere else and leave me on the door. There wasn't much RP at all. Eventually I was pulled into the back and given the discord link, He didn't have hire perms though, so I was left without a whitelist and told to 'find someone who can hire you in, you are fully hired but you just need to find someone who can whitelist you'. There was no formal introduction. I didn't feel like I was about to join a mob at all. PRO: One of the other hires was always in character. CON: Everything else. Almost no RP at all. Standing around simulator. Supreme Team 6/10 I made a black character and hung out where I knew Supreme hang out. I spoke to a random dude and asked for a job. I was brought to the apartment block near the car dealer and told to hang tight. I met a few people whilst my employer ran off to get me some clothes and a bat. When he came back he gave me them and got me situated. I was standing on the door for maybe 5-10 minutes top when I was then told to get in a car and brought to the docks. From there I was whitelisted in straight away, after joining the discord. From then, I was brought to the car dealer and was set up with a custom car, I was told to get in another car and go with some of my new gang members. I was brought to the ghetto and was told to empty the trunk (it was full of weed growing stuff). I was brought to a room and my employer explained to me how to grow weed and he went through the full process. After some time doing a grow, I accompanied them to to the docks and I was told I need to make 15k in a week to qualify for a promotion. I was told to grind oil, I then left on my own to go and do that. Worth noting that everybody stayed in character pretty much the entire time. Definitely felt the African-American vibe. PRO: Stayed in character, set me about growing rather than standing around. CON: Where this falls short is how quickly I was whitelisted. If the growing and stuff was included BEFORE I was whitelisted then this would've been a higher mark. Also the rules, and formal introduction are needed. The only thing i was told was 'get 15k'. I was never even told the name of the faction lol Gambino 10/10 I approached their restaurant and asked for a job. I was asked my name and briefly quizzed about what I was looking for, my employer was roleplaying with an accent and brought me into the back. He got me situated with a knife and some clothes and he told me to stand at the door, and in the same breath he changed his mind and invited me to go for a walk. I was brought around all of Little Italy and explained where was good, where was not so good etc. We walked through city hall and stopped off at a bakery and had some good restaurant RP where we ate banana bread and talked openly about the city, my history etc. After that we hit a server crash so I just went back to the business and was introduced to somebody else. He took me on a short walk to Napoli where I was frisked. We roleplayed him taking my boot knife off me. I was then brought into a room where I met some shadowy figures and was presented with a choice, take my pay and leave or take a weapon and see how far the Italian RP rabbit hole goes. I of course chose the gun, I was told that there is someone who owes some gambling debts that needs to pay up or I need to take him out. My new hiring rep walked me down to the area and waited outside. I knocked on the door of the boathouse and asked to use the phone because my car had broken down, once inside I pulled a gun and demanded the money from my mark. He shrieked and started shouting about not having it as he spent it on his daughter's cancer treatment. I executed him. Upon walking back to the room I was made to recite an oath, if I wanted to continue on my journey. I was asked to make promises for the faction and the don etc. After answering correctly I was invited in and was offered the discord link. I then went with my hire rep and he showed me where to process, where to obtain oil and where to sell it. Staying in character the entire time. PRO: Outstanding RP. Not once did anybody ever break character, this RP was very reminiscent of when I joined my first RP server back in 2021 (shout out Backwoods and the OG Cassanos). I felt like I was joining a crime family. Not ONCE was I made to wait around doing fucking nothing. CON: The only con I have is that I wasn't really told anybodies nicknames. This review was conducted during some server fallout, luckily I didn't need anybody's names to continue the RP. Kosher Nostra 1/10 I began by making a Jewish character, and walked over to the deli with my Kippah asking for a job. One of the individuals I spoke to invited me inside and asked me to sit tight, he then said 'let me get my gay lover over here' and then 'Menace, get over to the deli' I thought 'oh shit hereee we go lmao'. Menace didn't come and the guy had me sit tight for a while, before deciding he would hire me himself. He made me give him my name and then passed me 4k to go and get some oil, he told me to get it and either keep it or come back. I ordered the oil, waited around for it to be delivered and then found my employer again and gave him the two barrels that I ordered. He then told me to come with him, brought me into a secluded back room, took a picture of my ID and patted me down. Once I passed the test, I was given the faction hire prompt. The head enforcer then appraoched me and pointed a gun in my face so he could check me over (this was probably the highlight of the whole RP). My employer then very briefly told me the factions drug of choice and that I don't have kick ups this week but it will be X next week. I was then sent on my way. PRO: The head enforcer appears to be doing his job well? CON: Honestly? everything else. Extremely lack-luster hiring. My employer didn't even tell me what I was being brought into, it lacked the 'Jewy' aspect almost entirely. There is a HUGE amount of space in that area. I could've been set cleaning rooms, cleaning the Deli or the huge space next door. I was hired in almost IMMEDIATELY too. A lot of RP work required imo1 point

businesses should have some sort of payphone in the backroom for employees to use for stuff like calling people up for guns & reservations (more for guns but I could see the blue lobster / trat doing reservations) I really don't think this idea is too far fetched as you could throw a payphone or the same thing just with a different prop in the back. Hello! I was doing a little bit of a rabbit hole research and started looking into "brass catchers". I think if criminals, maybe limited to felons like the kevlar, could purchase a brass catcher for their weapon, allowing them to make faster escapes on hits. I think this will add another level of planning when it comes to doing hits and would make the process more interesting. While I understand it may be unlikely for a mobster to have access to these during this time since they was not really streamlined until later years, it doesnt rule it out completely. ALSO i dont know if this is already how it works or not. but make revolvers not drop casings. no one uses revolvers and it would make them more viable for these kind of situations.1 point

Add a way to change ages. Either by an admin changing it or being able to pay for one at the hospital. Same for nationalities. A lot of people make a character and don't realize until afterwards where they'll end up. It'd be nice for RP to be able to change it.1 point

-1. This is honestly just pointless. 1. Just walk to a vendor to order guns? That’s why there’s like 10 of them scattered across the map. If you argue you may not be qualified to do so, then use your handy dandy radio that every faction forces you to tune into to contact someone. 2. Adding on to what bullets said, enemy factions will just spam call the businesses or pay white shirts to spam call them. It would 99% be abused more than used for actual rp. This isn’t sit in the same square all day long rp. Stop being lazy.1 point

This is just a list of brainstormed ideas to improve QOL for new and returning players. ● Remove casings from revolvers ● Give the faction leaders perms to give other people perms to recruit people. (Underboss, Capo, etc) no don wants to get on to give some new associates recruiting perms. ● Make payphones cost money to use (100$ a call) ● Optimize the server ● Clean the blood from pks after however amount of time (1 - 3 days) because the cops NEVER clean crime scenes ● Reduce the 1hr long cd on gun shipments to 30m for easier gunsales. ● Add more cool stuff to clothing store ● Buff weed growing ● Readd Townhouses and remove governers mansion ● Add more food vendors around the map ● Add valet drivers around the map who spawn your car at the nearest parking spot (More car spawners but just with a realism affect instead of a bunch of planks around) All this is to be taken with a grain of salt just ideas I thought about while playing new phone update is fire!!!1 point

So, while you may not believe it happened, and the clips can be provided by @yummekoo if she wishes, the fact is they do exist. The clips were shown to senior administration as well for this appeal. You had decided to be a minge and play with a dead body which is an IC crime. You also decided to carry around a ragdoll'ed officer and had to be told by several people to put them down. This was all witnessed and clipped by someone within your faction who reported it. Your HC also viewed these clips and had decided it was the time to get rid of you which is well within their power. In the future, I highly recommend you minimize your minge behavior if you wish to keep your characters alive! Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.1 point

Being able to change your nationality is retarded. You went through the options and chose that specific nationality for whatever reason, but you chose it. So, being able to switch nationalities left and right is just silly Now for age, I believe there should be a system to where when the new year happens, everyone's character increases their age by a year.1 point
-
Wow, I've been thinking this same thing for 3+ years I've just been too afraid to suggest it. I think this should be added ASAP as I don't think most people on the server would like to be 18 or older, even if its a 1 time thing it would be cool.1 point
-
I think a nice addition would be to make it so that every blow by a baton incrementally slows down the player, but if they don’t continuously beat them then the effect wears off in a short amount of time, as to still give the player a chance to run away. The thing is that there’s not really a way to stop a player from running physically apart from the RMB on the baton which is pretty ineffective and if the stun effect was extended it would just be overpowered.1 point

Maybe add a chop shop to sell stolen cars. This will add more things to use lockpicks for. Here are some basics to make it fair. Up the price on lockpicks to $500 - $1,000 each Cooldown 1 every (1-2 hours) Selling Price Economy $1,000 - $4,000 Luxury: $5,000 - $8,000 Super: $10,000 - $15,000 Make it so people can buy their cars back for $1,000 more then what it was sold for. Make it so people can't sell their own cars. Make it that people can't spawn back the car that was stolen from them.0 points

Now what does the server need the most? ID checks before getting into bars/clubs to make sure they are the legal drinking age. This is the future, if you aren’t 21 your not having a beer.0 points

The Idea: - Make the stoves easy to move around with your hands; - Add the ownership option, fixing in place option and use option when you press "E" on the stove. Optional: - By pressing "E" you can also select a option to pick up the stove like the radio (Instead of the default Alt+E); - Can't put ammunition in the stove to blow it up but you can still blow it up by shooting it.0 points

This suggestion for a chop shop is actually more thought out than the dozen or so previous ones, it addresses a few base concerns but also creates new ones. Given that the potential abuse for profit mechanic is limited by the exchange of cash from victim to thief, we do end up creating a higher work load for staff and increase the possibility for bad faith abuses. - Firstly I would likely increase that cooldown to be longer - A separate lockpick for vehicles is also more likely - Given the value of some cars will be greater than 10 grand it satisfies the PK requirement for financial damage. Users will then put in PK requests for anyone they killed trying to steal their car. - This in turn means players will not use established characters to commit this crime, given the violent quick money low profit high risk nature of the action they would opt to use alternate characters - Alternate or throwaway characters could essentially GTA cars of a specific player/faction for maximum financial harm with no risk - All claims of targeted / metagame GTA would have to be investigated by staff, meaning a long drawn out situation that may involve having to somehow facilitates compensation or refunds, increasing staff workload (and not all of these users will be caught until the damage is done) Is this increased workload & risk of abuse worthwhile to add or will it be an overlooked, underused script only used in bad faith? Is there a work around to the potential alt char targeting issue? Unlikely.0 points

It isn't retarded. Many people come into the city not knowing what's ahead of them. Say some guys come in with their nationality set as German or Irish then get into an Italian mob. They realize they can't progress much like that, then will shift into a different character than they originally intended. Most often, they change their name to be Italian anyway and RP as one to progress. There might as well be a way to change the nationality too. No one said anything about doing it "left and right." It can even be a one time thing for like $10,000 all the way to $100,000. The point is just being able to do it at all. You could argue this is better than nothing, but doing it this way seems close to useless.0 points
