While I had been playing it spurts over the past year, I really dove in this time around and have been having a blast again. I wanted to be about to contribute to this project once again and display the qualities, many know of me to be true. I have a genuine enjoyment for helping people. Along with that, people have told me they like the way I handle staffing from previous experiences. This also gives me an opportunity to switch up the pace and doing something different while playing on the server. Finally, I have a handful of friends on the staff team and I think it would be an enjoyable experience to be working with people I am familiar with. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: My goal is to help other players in any way I can, so that they can better understand what is right and wrong. This allows everyone to fully enjoy what Diverge has to offer. I also want to handle staff reports and tickets in a proper way. This means investigating each situation thoroughly and taking appropriate action when there is a disagreement. I believe that it's important to get to the bottom of things and find fair solutions. In addition, I consider myself to be patient and calm when dealing with hostile individuals and groups. I try to act as a mediator, helping to resolve conflicts and find solutions to problems. Overall, my main aim is to contribute to a positive and enjoyable environment in Diverge. I want to help create a space where everyone can have a fun time with whatever players choose to do on the server. After all, we are here to play a video game and have fun. I am a dedicated player to this community and love the players within it. I believe it is important for players to see a friendly face when interacting with staff. During my tenure as staff across all the servers I've helped, I've had the pleasure in assisting in over ten thousand tickets. I am super active at hours where there is not normally staff online, before/after day time map switch. Along with being late night/early morning, I am usually on during prime hours (player peak). If so, why?: Once, for abuse. The ban was appealed and I have been playing without punishment since March 2023. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I am fairly known within the NutScript community as a whole, through my prior staff experiences. People also know characters of mine through Diverge, due to the hundreds of interactions with other players. Unless an in-character enemy of mine, I wouldn’t say that many have bad things to say about me, however you can’t make everyone like you. I try my best to hold myself to a high level of professionalism and understanding. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Pimpin Yumeko Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Clip it, if other staff members are around take it up as a normal SIT, but if I’m the only one active/around and if I’m not directly involved I’ll take it into my own hands if absolutely necessary. Talk to the guy, have him explain his side of the story and see if what he says matches up at all with my clip. Then I would take the person he RDM’d and interview that person to collect their side of the story. Based on that outcome and by my best judgment I would punish the person accordingly. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would likely mention my observations to the staff member I suspect of abusing. Check and see if there's a misunderstanding, etc. If not, I will collect any evidence that I can and take it up the Staff Chain of Command, so it can be sorted appropriately. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: There is always a possibility for anyone to call bias. First and foremost, I would talk to my friend and tell them that I think that is unacceptable behavior. I've noticed that the statue of Liberty is present in the skybox, very visible, it only stands to reason that we add the Twin Towers to the skybox. This is for the sake of realism, and to add to the immersion of the community. It's important for the environment to reflect real life. Now, if this server lasts another 12 years, we may have problems, but we'll figure that out then.

Hopefully you Rp as actual Italians and don't run around with KFC bucket hats, Slipknot Masks or generally anything else retarded asf. Also, people do need to realise it's "Mafia RP", hence why every Italian faction is so big is because people come to the server to be "Italian Mafia"

The fact that the admin messed up the hit in the first place is an issue within itself. For detective Riggs to then break character and ask for a clip in a clearly OOC conversation while standing on top of the body is a clear violation of using OOC terms after a PK. There should be no discussion that this has been broken and Acqwon Matthews should have his PK reversed immediately.

That is not my fault, in the video you can hear and see me change my frequency to the correct one as I'm being told. The guy you are saying you pulled is telling you he had a problem. Instead of trying to cover your tracks on everything, do your job the way it was intended and actually review the evidence I am handing to you in this forum.

Starting diverge I had jmz repeatedly shout abuse at me with no context of the rp of the server, later finding out that this guy was a staff member and was treating me like this in my first steps of the server could've pushed some people away so I'm glad I knew to ignore someone just dribbling hatred for no reason as after this and joining a faction that wasn't just shouting abuse at me. Further more I've had this guy show up to an apt in ghetto, switch to his staff char to see what was happening and then switch back to his main char. (What a lovely second meeting). During the conflict I had repeatedly again received abuse (including telling me to kill myself) from jmz but also from his cronies who were instructed to spout the same hatred that this insecure wee guy had spent months shouting at me. Finally moving on from my own bias and looking at the situation from a wider perspective, this is just me, I've talked to other people with similar experiences, these are the people who have stuck around, how many people has jmooresy bullied off the server before the got a chance to explore it? With the events that took place and in the lead up to the ban jmooresy was known to be a nuisance, but went over the line truly with the doxxing. To upload a ban appeal 6 days later stating to have changed, while hanging around in diverge general in my personal opinion shows a lack of growth and learning and more of a desperate plea and bargaining to try and claw his way back in without fully taking on the consequences of what he has done, without thinking about now others may feel about him being back, especially those who has harassed and ultimately doxxed, minor or not it's a complete arsehole move and I would be disappointed with the higher ups of the server if a ban was lifted so soon for behaviour that is hurting the servers player base at an ooc level. If you're reading to this point jmooresy, I do feel bad for you, I get you've spent a lot of time and money creating friendships and community on the server but I do think you need to reflect on how you make others feel before you open your mouth sometimes, not even as a staff member but as a player too, I have to give it to you recently you were becoming less cuntish but once again you've only got yourself to blame for the events that happened which lead us to your ban.

+1, I understand the ban and it would be remiss of me to pretend he doesn't need some form of punishment but I also don't believe it should be perma as i feel "doxxing" is a harsh term to use. I get the breach of privacy but to classify it as doxxing is a bit much and makes it seem way more malicious than what happened, considering one of the people hurt by it was a joke and wasn't any form of doxxing. No full names or addresses were leaked, no crucial or vital information was leaked, but he does deserve some form of punishment besides a permanent ban for the breach of privacy that WAS committed.

If you unban JMZ, you're basically implying that doxxing people, even if it was meant as a joke, is acceptable on Diverge. By that logic, unbanning JMZ after doxxing others would just encourage more people to do the same, since there would be no consequences.
