+1 Allholyheaven has a wealth of experience on the server, is commited to gainful RP and overall having a jersey themed crime family is creative and will add flavor to the server. Honestly, everyone says they are sick of Italian factions, yet the only ones around are the ones that have been around from the beginning. The newly made factions always seem to be non italian and it is rare that they stick around. I have lost count at how many black and muslim factions that have been made over the years. And they never seem to last. Not to mention the name is 1980s mafia rp. And it takes place in New York. To new players that have never heard of Mafia RP and is their first time to the server, I guarantee they will be thinking the same thing that I did when I joined. Italian Mafia. That should reinforce the presence of italians in the city. Looking forward to seeing some oldschool RP brought back to the city. In the beginning that was what this server was all about. It has my vote.

I was the one who orginally permanently banned which got your ban lifed since you dmmed Yummeko on discord about starting a new faction and it got rightfully overruled by BoomRoasted cause it was more a discussion than a advertisement therefore i apologised towards you aswell, but not even a moment later you messaged an individual whose privacy will remain blurred and you did try to poach them to a different community cause you asked them to join your faction, because this user is still affiliated with diverge it led to your permanent ban.

Your last permaban appeal, had written by Canadian-Bacon "This is your second chance, your only second chance, if you get banned during this return face we'll re-extend the ban and forget about you." POs or not, you have had a multitude of chances, yet never seemed to recover the mindset of not intentionally rule breaking. While my ban was not originally a perma ban for you, it was extended based on your previous appeals. You never seem to learn.

PKing admin here, If the note was invalid, then it would've been removed. If it was 'approved item transfer' (literally not a thing), then it should've been appealed through the proper routes. Notes are not warnings, they are simply notes to put on a players record to give future staff members an idea of what type of player they are. Notes do not always consist of rule breaks, but the large majority of them are. Now onto the actual PK, here's a lot of screenshots so stay with me here gang. First image, you admitting 'I just mug people for a living'. A mugging character is defined as, using an alternative character to intentionally avoid losing any sort of items, or mugging without risk, it is also seen as making mugging your sole roleplay experience on said character, if mugging is your main goal of a character, you are not contributing any roleplay to the server, other than to ruin other players time/experiences on the server by constantly putting yourself in no risk, high reward situations. I was mistaken, it was not 6 muggings, but 5 and one of them was double tied for whatever reason. Now now now, stay with me here, this is only the successful muggings where you tied up the person. If we look at your kill logs WITHOUT doing anything under assumption, you made a PK ticket for one of them, so its truly 6 muggings and some spare change. But then I notice you killed two of the people you had kidnapped? Which is against the rules also. But I'm not speculating so I won't hold it against you, but it does add to the story of you being a mugging character. Onto the next, Here are all of your money logs for GIVING money. Yet you were given 4 makarovs from "Tito Dick" I did not punish Tito Dick because it was only 4 makarov's, if it was more severe character abuse/racket abuse, they would've been pked also. But it all boils down to the fact that you never gave Tito any money in exchange for 4 firearms, when you are also not in a faction, nor have any sort of gang affiliation so you cannot call this a "simple favor". Here is another chat log of you admitting that most of your belongings are from mugging. This is a roleplay server, not a PVP server nor a FiveM 100k or die server. This is all to build character lets say. It is not me being bias because I do not have a single clue who any of you are, I'm an "old" player from 2021, but I only played for a couple of weeks then came back a couple months ago. Nothing from these screenshots created any sort of bias or speculation, the reason for your PK was based on pure factual information (logs) which never lie. Your sole intention of creating this character "Tungee Royce" was to mug people, steal their items, until your faction got added to the server, while other players genuinely do play the server consistently and instantly gain more money. There are better ways to build a character, especially if you're creating a faction, that reputation of 'only muggers' will follow you. (There is a very large difference between what you do, and what Leon currently does on the server, because they do still contribute roleplay while their faction does allow mugging people). Like I said earlier in the appeal, you are giving yourself a Low risk, high reward character for "fun". It is not fun when others experiences are ruined by yourself, just because you don't take the server as serious as your victims. Side note, considering I just recently found out you come from 42rp, being called a degenerate is not the worse thing that's come to you. Don't act all high and mighty like you haven't said or meant worse before, yes it was a little unprofessional on my end, but when you are an old player it seems, and so genuinely un-educated on what the server is meant to be/what the rules say and define, sometimes it happens. Edit: I forgot to add, your character was created 10-24 at 02am:01:03, then you instantly resort to mugging people at 10-24 03am:00:32.....

A playtime of 3 days, 14 hours, 3 minutes. You first joined the server in 2023, 24th of February. Here's some info about those bans. 3 + 7 + 4 + 4 + 30 = 48 days banned. You have x13.39 more time banned, then you do of playtime. If you did truly make a mistake, you would've reconnected, but you didn't. You disconnected at 2024-10-19 02:09:28, you then got banned at 2024-10-19 02:21:04, and only tried rejoining the server, at 2024-10-19 05:09:07. That's almost 3 hours after you "accidentally" disconnected. You are a serial LTARPer and should not be unbanned until you understand the consequences of ruining others roleplay, by leaving the server intentionally.

Banning admin here, As stated in the sit, not only was it fail corruption breaking rule 6 & 11. But you all were conveniently in the VC at the time. You claim to be deafened the entire time, but in the clips, why does the cop know to turn the corner with a gun up and instantly start shooting into the enemy party? Why did you wait around the corner, without saying a single word, pull your gun out, and instantly start shooting, the only ingame queue was Darkfire whispering "ready", when you already were fail mugging with an NYPD officer. You claimed in the sit that Caboose told you that it wasnt fail corruption, but then Caboose tells me they never said that? Babytron was Takashi, I agree with that, sure if you're mugging. But in this clip here, by Babytron, you all seem to follow in a couple seconds after, and you were already waiting there in the stairwell. Ontop of that, how would you know what room you were going to if there wasn't a single word uttered from the people going to the room if you were already waiting there? Banning admin here, As I told you in the sit, there was no active threat. Gun was on safety and there was zero escalation in the situation. You simply shot him the second you saw a gun, you could've punched him, or hit him with the bud of your gun, or shot him in the leg, but no. While yes, you did apologize and it may of not been fully intentional, it still broke server rules. Considering you have a note for RDM on August 18th, 21st, AND a ban on August 20th. You really should re-visit the rule page. You were deemed lucky to only get a one day ban considering your three PO's within 3 days. Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied. "Banning" admin here, 4Lights covered basically all of it, all I need to say is that, You admitted multiple times in the sit you intentionally rammed them, then you continued to ram them into the props killing them, when I told you that you had other options you basically said no, impossible. I told you if you wanted to scare or just hit them, you could've, then turned right at the turn and that wouldn't of killed them, but you decided to continue pushing. Also stated before, you bear the consequences for your actions, unintentional or not, you blew up the vehicle and lied multiple times.

You only looked at a singular clip, I said multiple times that this entire appeal is about him having hacks or third party software, not specifically aimbot, psilent or silent none of that but generally ESPing and gaining an advantage. It seems that everyone who has seen hacks before have said he’s also cheating, but all the people like you who just assume cheats are always spinning people and blatant are the only cheaters in the world. I’m not saying this as a flex but I have seen cheaters a lot and seen behaviours that Hans seemed to have ingame. I have not only seen blatant but also subtle cheaters who try to look legit, along with that, literally developed my own for Garry’s mod multiple times and I simply understand how they all boil down to working and how to detect them.

The problem here is that you have EIGHT PO's within 3 months. If your ban gets reduced or removed, whats stopping you from just doing it again? You seem to never learn and constantly put yourself into situations where you're in the wrong and get punished for it.

Banning admin here, You got banned for the 3 reasons because of your mugging group. Unlucky that you got involved. Not only was it a mugging group, with intentions of ruining other's roleplay experiences, but you were abusing your alternative characters to buy guns and "sell" them to your friends. When asking the rest of the group about their intentions with the name of the group and their plans, they brought up "Detachment zero did it, why can't we?", your group was mugging multiple people very often, then asking the police department for money to release the prisoner. TLDR: Your only intention, as a group, was to involve police. Oh btw, I am still in the group chat so if you need proof, I can pull it all up for you. Along with my DM's with MVPMason.

Yes they were RDM baiting, but not in the situation you were punished for. That was a completely different sit and you're taking it out of context, I put a stop to it after someone reported it, NO ONE REPORTED IT PRIOR. Never once saw a ticket from you, I was on almost 2 hours prior to the entire thing going down. They arrived approx 15 minutes before the sit happened. Not unfair, and its simply just how the server operates, if you have previous offenses, it means you still have not learned your lesson, and clearly you didn't because here we are again. "Bias and unfair", yet I let you explain your side, and I let the others explain too. I even had to gag the other side because they were talking over you and myself constantly during the sit. But you "forgot" to mention that I'm assuming? Once again, I genuinely do not remember who anyone is nor do I care, I forget half of the sits I take because 1. I take so many and 2. I don't care enough to stay involved in server drama/politics. You should know by now, witnesses do not mean anything. We simply cannot trust someones word, whats to say they won't just say "he didnt do it", it just causes more problems. With all these clips and "lengthy videos" of the situation(S) at hand, yet you only post the TWO clips that are out of context. Clip #1, in that SOLE situation, they were RDM baiting by trespassing, then instantly shooting back after a non-active threat was proposed. The man behind the counter was simply defending his property. In the timeline, this happened after your 3 kills (from my understanding as no one was there anymore, and it was just those three left.) Clip #2, once again, different situation that had almost zero relevancy to the situation YOU got banned for. If they were RDM baiting or breaking any other server rules, you should've reported it, you said you did, but you simply didn't. I was on for 2 hours prior and not a single report came in about RDM baiting or "three whiteshirts", the only remotely close sit was "whiteshirts about to minge" You gave zero information on the situation and I was the only staff member on at the time needing to take other sits. TLDR: The extensive paragraphs of your "defense" solely talk about a different situation at hand, yes I agree they were rdm baiting IN THAT DIFFERENT SITUATION, but not in the one that you killed three people for, in which NONE of them were active threats, and TWO of them were purely spectating. I didn't investigate it much, but apparently you were NLRing and Metagaming too.

“Did not consider the rules”, if we read up on vdm, it says it’s basically based on INTENT, and if they’re in the road or not. Your friend was in the road and got ran over, like I said in the sit it was HIS FAULT for being ran over, therefore you cannot act on it. Apologetic or not, your notes still count as POs, if it was truly a mistake then you wouldn’t have the note in the first place, the reason for a ban and not a note was because how recent it was, you clearly did not learn from that last sit to read up on the rules so that’s why it’s a ban.

There is no real evidence of metagame. Looking into it, even if it was an accidental kill, the servers system requires it to be a member of your own faction (and it was) it would still be a valid PK purely because you were still set active from the dons orders. When investigating this, I also assumed it was a little odd considering the dates and times. I was told "8 months ago" you were transferred out and given full permission by the Don at the time. So I got to digging, my earlier replies were wrong, I re-checked logs and I think everyone included on this forum was a little confused by two different situations. As everyone knows, Weiss turned into Takashi. On the 22nd of April, 2024, you loaded a character that was in Pruz faction. 11:17PM On the 22nd of April, 2024, you were transfered, by Spaceium. at 11:46PM On the 24th of April, 2024, the orders were set. Logs for faction transfers go back 4 months, orders were set within 1 day, 2 hours, and 41 minutes of you leaving the faction. Which leads this to be a valid PK. Even after with DMing Spaceium, he said you were given orders by a Don, yet, the only proof he was able to provide, was by a Capo. Which means you did not have permission to leave. Spaceium also noted that he does not remember transferring you, yet the logs show otherwise and that right there, is the reason you were pked. Sorry once again for all of the confusion, I assumed all of this was one giant situation and one single log search that I did improperly made me believe it truly was a false pk. But after getting some different eyes on the situation, it is 100% valid.

Its 2 weeks to set the order, then after that they in theory can stay open to pk forever. (Read PK Guidelines)
