What server rule or PK rule was violated?: One of my faction members bought two random people into the Coffee shop where he then tried to tie them up. He was killed in the process. He then returns to the Coffee shop RIGHT AFTER (Breaking NLR) when he called for backup on radio. I arrived not knowing that any of this happened before hand. He then tells me "There are 2 people in our basement" but doesn't explain what happened. The two people were let out of the basement and into the main area of the Coffee Shop. I asked why he was down there in the first place since it is completely off-limits to the public. After trying to get an answer of how he got down there he pulls his weapon out. Me and a lot of crew members retaliated by also drawing our guns only after the stranger drew his out first. We all pointed our guns at him demanding to put his weapon away when he then fired the first and only shots killing everyone in the Cafe. This was in no way a "mugging". The First guy was warned for NLR due to the event. No faction members should have been called over radio. Admins claimed it was a PK due to me drawing my weapon, but as seen in the following clip my weapon was only drawn AFTER the individual drew theirs out first. Admins were also about to completely drop the PK ticket due to the fact that the guy that called for backup broke NLR numerous times beforehand but instead told me to just appeal it. I think there should be a tag above a players head saying *This individual is on the phone* or something along those lines whilst a player is on the phone I also think the popup when receiving a phone call should be changed as well, similar to the way the ID popup was changed. It would be cool if when receiving a phone call, it would show up in the bottom right corner of your screen, instead of directly in the middle of your screen to reduce screen blockage. An automated /me would be cool too. Something like /me presses a button, putting a phone to their ear or something I think when receiving a phone call it should automatically tell you what number is calling you, and the contact information you have saved for that number. Thank you

I was accused of giving away my Kutte coat, which was still inside my ATM, and at no moment did any member see me handing away the Kutte to anyone because I never gave it away or sold it. That was the reason I was pk'd by the Don, but there were no rules broken because I did none of those things If possible, please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: the same Kutte that Sosa gave me is in my ATM

Hey i’m the guy they think you gave the kutte to. Just to explain a couple things when it comes to internal faction PKs an administrator should know. You don’t need “proof” to kill someone for something they suspect you of doing. They have the right to kill you as you joined the faction just like in the real mafia/criminal organization sometimes people make bad calls which leads to an innocent guy dying. Just because you didn’t actually do what the faction suspected you of doing doesn’t invalidate the PK that just happens in organized criminal roleplay. To clarify some points; 1. Just because the reason they killed you was incorrect doesn’t invalidate the PK 2. When you join the faction you run the risk of dying if the faction believes you broke one of their rules true or not as long as they have reasonable suspicion they can kill you Finally, sorry you got accused of giving me your kutte dying sucks but it’s apart of the game. — Mards

Nobody at all is suggesting not to RP. Just that there should not be some mechanical game feature to PK someone. Is it really that hard to drill into your mind? That in a Mafia RP, nobody wants potions like it’s D&D? That there’s already a variety of melee and ranged options for killing someone who is active? Roleplay is hardly mechanical. At some point, the “game” part is more relevant. We already have different ammo types, and most of what you’ve said here is already shit you could conceivably roleplay with people’s consent or some foresight. Being poisoned has to be the lamest shit ever in this format. I can’t believe anyone would get behind it. Truly sinister, metagame-heavy shit right there.

He gets his gun out after asking to leave, and you guys recognize him (from whatever happened beforehand). Strangely, this medal clip was lost but I still had my window open, and I was able to salvage it. I don't know why you'd post someone else's POV when yours was available. TLDR: You pull your weapon on him, tell him to put his weapon away, while keeping him locked inside your store. Then a friend from your faction approaches him and begins to tie him. He retaliates and kills the people who have guns on him/tried to tie him while masked.
