What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I heard the officer scream "AGAIN" broke character .l i feel like i should have a chance to come back with this character. This is the second time I've been Pkd .I will try to better myself around these situation and learn from my mistakes, it still stands that the officer on duty that killed me and broke character ruling the pk unjustifiable for breaking the immersion of the situation. This is a valid PK. You shot at police and died. Obviously the guy would be confused to have killed the same person twice, so the "Again" isn't a problem. It's nit picking.

At the time I was just showing poor rp which lead up to my ban. Length of ban: Permanent Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Apology Why should you be unbanned? I believe I should be unban because what I was ban for was a first offense. Now obviously what I did I should not have and lots of it is just common sense (if you don't to this then you wont get ban). I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it, once they were going with staff to get me PK active I went on another char and grabbed it. Not sure what I was thinking, I never Item transferred on this server nor even had the idea of item transferring/supported the idea, but for some reason on this day I clearly was not using any commonsense, especially because all the stories of the Permanent Bans and stuff due to people item transferring. I do want to mention that I did not actually item transfer but I did attempt it. During this time I was definitely bored and getting tired of many of the players and I just let out, and was being and idiot. If im correct I was also ban for meta-game which I do not recall doing but If they put it on the reasoning then it must of happened. Now onto the reason why I think I should be unbanned, I think I should be unbanned because while yes I do have some extensive POs, they are not for what I was ban for. I am also thinking about a new thing that I have not seen in the server which is the ZTP/1SP. The Zero Tolerance Policy and/or the 1Strike Policy is when staff and the person that the policy is being set for would agree the date that it ends and during the time the player has to revive and show the staff that being unbanned was not a bad decision and that they are worthy of what they did. I think this will allow staff to see if whom they unabnned is worthy of role-playing and being in the community. This ZTP/1SP is definitly something that staff should take into consideration and use on future bans, this will allow players opportunity to prove themselves to staff and for staff to not waste their time unbanning people, while on a ZTP/1SP players will be pressured to try their best and have good rp as well as not break any rules, and if any rules are broken then staff can instantly ban them. Usually the punishment is a permanent-ban thats not appealable if anything goes against the 1SP/ZTP. I think that this is a good idea and staff should start using it. If I get unbanned I will like to try out this ZTP/1SP and prove to staff that I should be allowed in the community. I completely understand what I did wrong and I hope that staff can read this and take my 1 Strike Policy into idea. I do fully acknowledge what I did wrong and I do believe that this was a big mistake that should not have happened. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): None, definitely look into the ZTP/1SP for the community, I think you guys will advance as a community if you implement it. If staff want to have a VC cal to talk about my ban I can elaborate step by step what happened.

After talking to a lot of people about this situation, I've realized that I was being pretty reckless during that night in the city. I came back to the server a few days ago after a 3 year break, and a lot has changed. I've been really enjoying my time on Diverge so far and this is the only bad experience I have been in since I returned. I don't want to lose my original Character, it's been a long time coming just to go out in such an unrealistic way. I'd also like to apologize to @adam, I portrayed you as a bad person throughout my appeal, and that wasn't okay. I won't ignore the way you handled the situation, but I should have been the bigger man and kept my opinion of you and the opinion others have about you, out of things. I really hope Donato gets a second chance, and I hope you guys can understand how it feels being in this dilemma.

Holy shit, my guy got PK’d by his vehicle? I have read a lot of these PK approvals for unacceptable PK’s and this one tops it for me. Sorry that happened to you Donato I’m smh. This is an obvious approval.

This guy brought great roleplay. I seriously think UA should give this appeal some serious consideration. While yes, this guy was an idiot at times, he owns up to and admits his wrongdoings. For that, I +1 this appeal

Hello I was the staff member that banned you in this situation! The situation is pretty cut and dry, you approached two other people that were minding they're businesses,you started walking towards them and began punching the air, The one guy pulled his gun out for a few seconds, put it away then started walking away, you approached him even closer, you then pulled out your gun quite some time after he put his gun away and shot him, Both clips support this story, Also you have multiple PO's for RDM,which were one of the reasons why your ban length is longer then It would be for someone who is a first offender.
