1. Allow the police, rank locked. To sell select equipped firearms ( on your back items ) to criminals as single use weapons ( too hot to store ). 2. Create a command that police can use to check the serial of anyone who has these weapons on their back. The serial can be checked in the police computer, to see the officer who the gun is requisitioned out to. 3. Allow police to set up busts using this mechanic. As to make it untrustworthy and promote having a corrupt guy on the inside. - If you have an alt in a faction, the command doesn't run.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My primary motivations for this application are to become a Gamemaster, become more involved with the community, and to help out when I can. I have some free time as of late, and have a lot of nostalgia for playing Garry's Mod. It is definitely a big hobby of mine (clearly), and I want to get back into it. I used to host events and remember having fun while doing so, it was rewarding to create events for players and also enjoyable to plan them. I know that it can be frustrating waiting for assistance when making tickets, and I know I would be able to help out efficiently. Even though my time commitments aren't as great as they have been in the past, I know I would be able to make an impact in the staff team in regards to tickets. In conclusion, I want to get more involved in the community and help out. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: In my opinion, I should be considered over other candidates because of my prior experience staffing, my experience in various aspects of roleplay on the server, and my ability to remain unbiased and calm when handling user disputes. As mentioned on the next question, I have been staff twice before on Diverge so I am very familiar with both the rules, conduct, and commands relevant to staffing the server. Over the years, I have gotten adequate experience in all sectors of roleplay on Diverge, whether in a criminal faction, police, or court/legal systems. I believe this knowledge and experience would help me to solve any situations I come across while staffing. I am also capable of remaining unbiased in all sits, regardless of the players involved and can remain calm when handling user disputes. I know this is paramount to resolving situations amicably and effectively. In conclusion, I believe my past experiences and demeanor would make me a good candidate for staff. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): If my memory is correct I was Seasoned Administrator on two separate occasions staffing on the server. Probably minimum 8-12 months combined. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, RDM followed by Ban Evasion. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I am well known amongst members that have a lot of playtime during when I have been around. I would hope my reputation is pleasant amongst those people. I don't want to speculate further, but I think it's fair to say I have a generally positive reputation in the community. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I have a lot of nostalgia and good memories on Diverge, I can't think of anything to single out specifically. My favorite time though would be during the Miami server, no particular moment but I had a lot of fun running a faction on there. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: If I want to report it, either make a ticket in-game or a forum report. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Approach them privately and discuss it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If there is proof either in logs or in video form then I would punish them.

The officer must make a reasonable attempt to arrest you. In the context of watching the brown car, I think it's more than possible to miss the officer. Further, you were at a pitted position at the time of the officer shooting. Without any other instructions given, this PK lacks the officers POV and may lack crucial context. With the officer also stating he just shot, because of minge behavior from a third party. I find a reasonable attempt at arrest was not made in this case. Also, I know you touched on this. But give Adam a break, he's doing his best so that we all can have a solid platform to play on, there's no bias here and he doesn't deserve any grief over this or for you to paint him in a negative light. This guy brought great roleplay. I seriously think UA should give this appeal some serious consideration. While yes, this guy was an idiot at times, he owns up to and admits his wrongdoings. For that, I +1 this appeal

Commenting because of this: I was the staff member giving you a note a few hours prior to this where you killed somebody who was complying with your demands. I cited the mugging rules and gave you a chance to redeem yourself. A few hours later, you ended up repeating the same behavior, plus additional violations, showing that you basically do not care, and you're just sorry for being banned and unable to attend a faction event. Ban should hold, imho.

if you didn't rdm, then you're rdm baiting lmfao. Intentions cannot be proved from one person to another, but in this case, you're directly chasing him and punching towards him. Did the other guy over react by pulling out a gun? Yes, but is that against the rules? No, he was justified to threaten you, he felt in danger. But for you to play the victim card of "I didn't do that" or "It's his fault" is just blatantly wrong. I'm not staff anymore nor can I read your POs, nor do I even play the server, but the first sentence here summarizes this entire ban. 5 days is a little harsh, but you're clearly just looking for a reason to kill someone. This is a mafia server, not a pvp server, not every interaction needs to end in violence.

I have been working for a while to start a faction so I made a discord server as an exoskeleton and to "gather" my members up for when its time to put in the application and i understood the discord server would have to be owned by Pendred. I do not know the reasoning behind the Organized Item Transfer, Character Abuse, nor Metagame. I deeply apologize for my actions and i thought it was acceptable to make a faction discord pre - application. I personally think a 2 month ban is a bit harsh especially when my clear background. Why should you be unbanned?: I have a clear record, i have never broken any rules before, and the actions i admit to i didnt realize were unacceptable. I was planning on using this summer to buildup my faction and i was going to put in the application in a week as i was working on finishing touched. I still got no context to what i got banned for, I do not have any excuses for what i may have done, I am an active member and roleplayer of the server and i would never intentionally do anything to harm it. And again, I am truly sorry for my actions and appealed or not, it wont happen again.
