Regardless we can find some creative events to host at it. Criminal RP - Private things like meetings, the hiring process, etc. will be fun for those coming in. Each member that joins the faction will go through a set of tests and missions in order to gain the trust of the high command. It could be as small as moving some drugs, pulling security for a meeting, or killing someone for the family. Ideally I would like it to take around 3 weeks to a month of being a Hang-around gaining trust to have the chance to become an Associate. Made members will be extremely rare if any get promoted compared to the previous factions. We want there to be drive to play and prove yourself in the group and not just a "walk in and get whitelisted" sort of faction. Also later on, I have a few faction wide events planned. I have a few already wrote out and others I will be writing in the case we are accepted. Id like to do them on a bi-monthly basis and get a big turnout for them. Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): It All Comes Full Circle: Johnny's predecessors ran Harrison Corp. & Harrison Crime Family, He ran Davis Boys, and now he'd look to run it back one more time. Preface - In 1987-1988 in Southside, New York, Johnny Harrison Jr. ran a street gang turned organized crew labeled the Davis Boys. Members would commonly wear dark green "Magnetics" caps. They were known for not being a fan of the Italians or the way they would strongarm ethnic groups, they believed strongly in a groups' independence, and prided themselves on charging the least amount of kickups. After a strong year of moving drugs, acquiring a Russian heavy arms connect and moving guns, and having almost 300 members on the books at its peak, the leadership unanimously voted to retire. Things crumbled quickly after the leadership all caught flights going in different directions, but the memory of the group still lives on. May, 1989 - Johnny would look back at the legacy of Davis Boys and let it rest. It was time to bring it back to where it all started. Calls were made to places all across the United States. All of the heavy hitters of the Davis Boys would reconnect and meet in Miami after years of radio silence. As they sat around a table they talked of what they had been up to, but also what they wanted to accomplish if they were to do what they planned on doing. Eventually it was clear, they were going to fly back into New York and empty out those retirement accounts. Johnny would contact his Russian friend named *REDACTED*. He never left New York with the rest of the group when they cashed out and retired. He kept up with the assets Johnny had left behind. Among the random things he stored, there would be enough heavy weapons to arm a small country. DP27s, PPSHs, Skorpions, AKs, etc. The keys to the warehouse they were stored would be passed back to him upon his return. In the same warehouse a few luxury cars and a lot of Dodge Monacos would be left with tarps covering them. Johnny would take the tarp off a purple Rolls Royce and turn the key. It would sputter then start and he would drive around the city to see what had changed since he left. He would shed a tear as he drove past where World Corp. used to stand tall. He would wonder where it went and think of all of the souls it harvested. After driving a lap or two around the city he would stop in at a restaurant with the rest of the group and grab some food. Johnny would inform the others to lay low and take the coming weeks easy while he assessed what the current state of the city was. Many of those who Harrison knew would be MIA so connections would have to start over from scratch. The world of New York politics is what makes or breaks you as a up and coming crew. In the following days Harrison would try to reconnect with a familiar face and get caught up on what has happened in the time he and his crew has been away. Although funding and guns were already secured, it wouldn't make the come up much easier. The heavy lifting would come from who you know not what you have. The week would be booked with meetings and it would mark the beginning of the group's return to the city.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I would've never been PK'd if I didn't make a ticket about possibly receiving a compensation for my car glitching out on a body and blowing up. I will expand on this by providing the clip I took of the situation. I have a full 5 minute clip of me not interacting with police until the end of it. I was vdm'd by some guy in a brown car. I find him a few minutes later and chase him, he plows into a police truck, knocking a cop on the ground. I did NOT notice this, and backed up to chase the rule breaker. In the process I ran over the cop and he got stuck inside of my car, draining the HP of the car and blowing it up, resulting in me dying and losing my gun. I made a ticket to possibly receive comp for the weapon. He swears that I died to a cop shooting me, yet I had zero interaction with the police until that point. I ran over that cop on accident, not knowing he would get stuck in my car and blow it up. Adam swears that I was shot and killed by the police, which is why he PK'd me. I was not attacking the police, in fact I was attempting to do the opposite, which was to stop this guy from vdm-ing any more people. I know it's not my job to do that, nor should I have. My intention was not to kill/attack any officer, I just wanted the guy who had killed multiple people (including an attempt on my life) with his car to stop. Hello! I was actually the officer that shot at the vehicle in the clip, I was under the impression that he actually was with them running over the other officer and so i fired and killed him under the impression he had attempted to attack us instead of helping us, last night was chaotic with alot of VDM happening. I hope there is something that can be done to Undo this PK as i didn't want someone who didn't do anything wrong to be punished.

Hello! I PKd you because you ran over a cop, and killed him, before being killed by another cop. In the clip you provided in the sit, you can quite literally hear the cop open fire on your car and kill you at 9 seconds in. The reason it shows your ID in the clip is because when the cop opened fire on your vehicle, he caused it to explode, making the system believe you killed yourself. However, that was not the case, as logs display the cop doing 20 damage to you at the exact same time you blew up. You stare at him on the ground for a good solid 2 seconds, before reversing over him. Just because someone else is breaking the rules, does not exempt you from any consequences during your attempt to be a vigilante. I asked another member of UA if they agree that this is a valid PK, and they also agreed with me. I see your intentions and understand where you're coming from, however the right thing to do was to call staff. I checked your combat logs, and saw that the cop had shot and killed you (also identifiable by the glock shooting in the background as your car blows up). It's impossible for me to believe that you didn't see the cop as he was literally a foot away from you, which is the ultimate reason I PKd you.

NGL I think adding a small prison would be dope, Separate from the regular PD. Would bring some more jailrp into the server and having a char sentenced to life wouldn't end the char you could just live your days out doing that good ol prisonrp. Having like proper visitations, Trying your best not to get a buck fifty with a shiv ect. Would also add prison guards and a warden.

I have said this from day one: Remove the governor's mansion. I understand it's a cool idea, but it benefits no one. The idea that factions would rent it out was a good idea, but I guess I don't know this for sure. I'm sure that aspect was rarely used. Instead, I think an open park like the one on the New York map would be a good fit. I don't know if townhouses would work, but there are few reasons for people to come to the north besides my faction properties and De Leons. I'm not sure how everyone would feel about adding something of important in the north. There should be something interesting in each section of the map. I don't hate the World Corp idea as much but In my eyes would be another useless property no one goes to besides to PK their characters. Now, going forward my suggestions are just things that I think in the future more factions leaders would like and even current factions. Remove gun store #2 serves no purpose whatsoever. If it's a property whose only purpose is to buy ammo from it, make it non-ownable, or here's an idea make someone with a gun racket buy it. I understand this is not favorable, especially to the factions that have gun rackets but if no one buys it (Besides Brown and Sons who sold it soon after and no one else has tried to buy it) then it should be replaced by a building that can serve better RP. Change the Laundromat into the liquor store from Union City the one that has an upstairs. It's no secret that these types of properties like the 7/12 and the Restaurant by hardware are prime buildings to want to have. I think there would be more attention to want this type of property than the current laundromat. I think maybe taking a look at the cafe from Union City. Whenever the union city had a server I'm sure this was one of the best buildings to own as far as RP goes. It brings something unique into the server. I know we already have a "Coffee Shop" but, this one feels more grand and could bring some nice RP to whichever faction owns it. as far as anything dotted around the city like trees, newspaper dispensers and things like that looks fine I guess you would have to be the judge of that cause I honestly cant think of an area that would need more or less of this. I know everyone reading this and most likely Pendred as well. These are suggestions that I feel as a faction leader can bring RP to the server. As a new faction leader, It's hard to want to spend tons of money for a property that will not only not benefit you financially but will most likely not give you any RP benefits. There are no properties right now that I want to go for because either #1 I would spend double or even triple the amount of money I already spend and #2 It would not increase my faction's RP ability. I do all of this in a townhouse just fine. With that being said I know this is most likely not something you will take into mind as I'm sure you just want to make little changes here and there but I still want to voice my opinion on the things that could be improved thus far. Otherwise, Good map.

The 6 townhouses that existed before were never used, there is now 3 similar properties and 1 of them is still unowned. Vacant properties can be squatted in. No point in having an excess of properties that aren't going to be used whatsoever. Replace them with what, theater was mainly added because its in an area nobody goes that would be a waste of an actual faction property. It's also cool to have when people do want to use it. Addressed somewhat for next map update, however feel free to go through and make a list of what needs changing and fixing as we may have missed some things.

I have been working for a while to start a faction so I made a discord server as an exoskeleton and to "gather" my members up for when its time to put in the application and i understood the discord server would have to be owned by Pendred. I do not know the reasoning behind the Organized Item Transfer, Character Abuse, nor Metagame. I deeply apologize for my actions and i thought it was acceptable to make a faction discord pre - application. I personally think a 2 month ban is a bit harsh especially when my clear background. Why should you be unbanned?: I have a clear record, i have never broken any rules before, and the actions i admit to i didnt realize were unacceptable. I was planning on using this summer to buildup my faction and i was going to put in the application in a week as i was working on finishing touched. I still got no context to what i got banned for, I do not have any excuses for what i may have done, I am an active member and roleplayer of the server and i would never intentionally do anything to harm it. Which was obviously not true and this lead to this Sr. Associate to meet me. He mentioned it aswell that you yapped this out in front of an ATM which is obviously a risk whenever you mention illicit shit. So you were lying to benefit your this for your own pocket and this senior associate is paying very frequently! So I guess you can say you gave me a middle finger and lied straight up to a Senior which TALKED to a made man and would believe over a pesty associate like you. I told this to another enforcer who told HC and got orders places on you. He ( the sr associate of the incident) wanted to send me a clip but I asked if it was done properly IC which wasnt with the /me's so he did not send me it.
