What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Well first of all it wasn't a raid i never initiated a raid or posed a threat of any kind I was following hades and he said we had keys and i followed him inside too see if they worked in the clip i didn't even try them till they came inside i had no intention of raiding and got lead into a bad situation and only one guy saw us enter and didn't say a word we never left the lobby and went nowhere else and never pulled out a single weapon again posing no threat at all (not initiating a raid) or forcing our way in A robbery is defined as forcing your way onto a property with the intention of burglary or theft (or just to gain access, can be considered a raid), lockpicking a door open or barging in with weapons while there are occupants inside or when the occupants step out. Squatting on a property is not considered a robbery the definition of force is "coercion or compulsion, especially with the use or threat of violence." we used none of this we literally had free reign to access this property just seems like the rules are getting twisted. Then placed down trash and no one saw us do that btw so the first guy assumed we did that with no proof then immediately a full squad Showes up somehow a second later fully armed without that same guy saying a word or using in char radio crazy if you ask me we then tried to walk out as they ran in the door and would not let us leave due to body block after no warning from them or any warning to pick up the trash i punched one of the guys and they killed me and my friend shot back so basically we never went in with brute force of any kind no intent to raid no weapons drawn till they shot me. So there's private security companies and bail bonds companies in the city but they only have lethal options at the present moment. Obviously these companies are expected to subdue people non-lethally. The tazer would help accomplish this and it would be cool if you could instantly or more quickly restrain someone who is tazed. Further, if a tazer is unavailable or too expensive etc it might make sense to make it such that if you take a certain level of bludgeoning melee damage (not slash or stab damage as that's simply more lethal) that you could get knocked out. If you're knocked out either you could be in a stunned state or simply fall over like a tazer would do. In either case it would also be ideal to allow people to be tied up in this state. I do already see a problem with the falling over thing where it might bypass the AFK timer? Just pointing out things as they come to mind. TLDR you need the right tool for the job and you don't always need to beat someone to death or shoot them for that matter. Instead of NLRing people who antagonize your business you could beat their ass and kick them to the curb.

Though, I'm still not sure about the whys and the hows of my ban, I will still acknowledge that it was probably for a good reason based on my actions during that time. Since then, I've grown a lot and learned how to own up to my mistakes. Looking back, I realize that the some of the things I was doing didn't really match the way the server was intended to be experienced. Since then I've matured and understand how important it is to just enjoy the server and not do any of the "extras". I want again to be able to enjoy the server with the homies that I gained while playing and have a chance to play it the right way. Why should you be unbanned? There is no denying my past actions but I just want a chance to start off with a clean slate. I'm not here to cause problems, I just want to have fun with the homies and be apart of the community in a positive way. I made mistakes and I believe I have learned from mine. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Well it would be weird to just say I'm the best here, but I'm not. I have tons of staffing experience in GMOD, having also had a popular TTT server back in the day I think my experience can contribute alot to this community. Do you have any previous staffing experience?: I've been the owner of a popular TTT server (amongst others) back in the day where I not only managed Staff members but also did alot of staffing myself. It was for about a year and then on and off throughout the years. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think maybe mixed, some people might not like me because of my suggestions/questions on the forum but honestly I think it's just immaturity at the end of the day and not something anyone should bother with. Other than that, I wouldn't say I'm popular or well known like that. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I've had quite a few moments here and there for my playtime but I would say the most favorite one is the Bodrov Protest. How do you handle this?: Well I would try to get a staff member to take it or make a ticket myself. Most of the time people make tickets when they get RDMed or so, and in that case, I would just move on. If all else fails and no one is available to take it, I would swap and take it myself. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would record and document any evidence for a Staff/UA Report as anyone should. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would take the ticket and assess the situation as if it were any other player. Depending on the severity of it, evidence recorded, past offences, I would punish accordingly. Sometimes that would be just a note, and sometimes it's a ban. Depends. As for the last question, it's hard to say that it doesn't constitute possible bias and anybody that says otherwise might be lying BUT it doesn't mean it cannot be handled without bias. ---------------------------------------------------------

I understand it can be frustrating, but conflicts are dynamic and ever changing based on the circumstances or issues that present themselves. They also can change based on what the two alliances agree on, like that melee brawl in the park, it's more about helping to create roleplay instead of just gunning people down, these aren't hard rules that will apply to every single conflict moving forward they are unique to the situation of this particular conflict, and sometimes they need to be added or modified based on the issues or complaints either side has. So since they are dynamic they can't be hard added to a post or rule page, and they only apply to the select factions in a current conflict, meaning the sole responsibility lies on the faction leaders or alliance members in sharing those messages and rules with their underlings. Now I was told that the Gambino HC had notified the relevant people in their faction of the safehouse conditions, so I have no reason to believe the circumstances surrounding it are in any doubt as i trust that they did their due diligence, especially considering this hasn't happened to anyone else.

Why should it be returned?: I am an HC member I need it for meeting dupes and business properties, stuff like that. I was fucking around WITH a friend and it was during dead hours I did accidentally hit Adams car which and he hopped on his staff char and removed my flags and returned me. Yes I have 2 PO my first one was when I first got my flags my 2nd one was having a text screen in the air for a couple secs and them removing it realizing it was against the rules. Which again Adam gave me a note on even though I was verbally warned I will admit the first pet flag note was valid but the one for the text screen is wild even when I was verbally warned for it and I said I wouldn't do that again. I mainly use my flags for RP and of course I "abuse" my flags I will say it and own up to it but everybody does and its mainly staff that abuse theirs and they do not suffer from any notes or blacklist for their flags. I was on yesterday and 2 admins were abusing their powers slaying each other and kicking each other during high pop but when I flip my friends car during low pop hours as a joke I get my flags taken that's crazy.

Hello, It's been a week since your last flag appeal was denied. While there is no set timer on how soon you can make another flag appeal, taking some time to reflect on why you got your flags taken might serve you good due to the amount of POs you had within the small time span. If I were you, I would wait at least a 4 weeks before making another appeal, it would seem more genuine than to keep making a new appeal every week until its accepted. Again it's not a set timer, it would raise your chances of this being turned over Your flag appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this blacklist to be reasonable and/or justified.
