I had keys, I walked in, I never went upstairs nor to any "special areas" we placed trash, we tried to leave they just stood there blocking us from leaving, then they killed aimed guns at us, killed my friend, so I shot them killed one then died? The Imperial safehouse was also never stated to me, it was only the "Jewish Bank". Also from my knowledge a faction leader needs to approve a raid on a property which did not happen so at most it would be RDM? And if I did raid to kill a "HIHG COMMAND MEMBER" which is the main point of a safehouse would Crocie also not be killed since he died? TLDR: I literally just unlocked the door, I mean I don't understand how that's considered a raid lol. (as in I flipped it upside down, not onto its wheels) Why should it be returned?: Aside from me needing it to place down dupes for my faction, building is a crucial part of my time spent on the server. My appeal was previously denied but with the recently accepted appeal that looks almost identical to mine (The Real Gilbert, who also had 2 previous warns and was revoked for flipping a vehicle during dead hours) , I wanted to try again at getting my flags reinstated. I apologize for my actions flipping the vehicle and it won't happen again. I was just messing around at 4-5am and didn't cause any damage to anyone or their property and gently tipped over an already burning vehicle with no one inside or close enough to be hurt from it. First of all I never disrespected HC I deeply doubt there's any proof of that only once I said to I don't remember who he was high command to move away from me because he was attacking me for exchanging the names with a jew it was like 5 days ago, about the "scam" I never scammed him he came up to me after I said I won a mil in the casino he told me you want to roll for a suit I didn't want to honestly but I was like fuck it why not before starting I asked him do you want to play who gets higher number or who hits the 0 first where he didn't say shit and he started rolling, didn't know this can get me PKed because the reason is dumb, even if I won by not playing by the rules I wouldn't get his suit because he would be the one in my place. He asked me to do a roll again this time his suit for my 200k because I didn't want to roll before, I said no. obviously some melee weapons are used a lot more commonly than others, and some have different ways on obtaining i.e shiv and lead pipes require things from rummaging around trashcans and going to different npcs in order to craft them, other than for rp reasons, going through all that effort seems a bit pointless for weapons that aren't particularly better than others that can be obtained through easier ways i.e going to hardware and just buying a baseball bat, so how about giving some melee weapons special attributes depending on what they actually are! for example: - blunt weapons being able to cause concussions i.e. lead pipes, baseball bats, spades - sharp weapons being able to cause bleeding faster than normal, i.e. kitchen knives and machetes - shivs being able to cause damage overtime due to something like a temporary infection, reason im saying this is because if you take a closer look at the shivs in game, that metal is 100% rusty and not clean depending on what the weapon is, the special effects would kick in faster or slower than other weapons of the same category, because obviously baseball bats are a common weapon used for first hiring new people as security guards, wouldn't be horribly nice being concussed 24/7 concussions could be a dazing screen overlay effect, hindering the player from being able to fight back properly, bleeding would just work the same as the current bleeding already in game and the infection would be similar to bleeding but either less or more damage. picture of the shiv for anyone who's never seen one in game before:

We currently only have the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X which is a 2 slot phone in the Inv. I would like to recommend the Motorola 9800X which came out in 1989, Which I know is a year later in-game time However we already have a bunch of stuff from the future in the server anyhow. Hello, I am the administrator that banned you. You seem to have no real interest in the server. You constantly break rules, and never learn from it. I appreciate you apologizing, and acknowledging the severity of your actions, but RDM on this scale is simply insane, and I'm surprised you haven't been permanently banned yet. When I brought you to a sit for RDM on your cop character, you instantly deny everything I told you, and decide to RDM the person in the sit once more, making him lose a very valuable item in game, that could not be returned to him, because it was a custom item, making the person in the sit very upset with your actions. You constantly disrupt the RP environment, and seeming to think you can get away with it. When you do return, I do hope you are better, and I hope you understand you are very close to a permanent ban for your actions. I will let higher administration decide the verdict on this ban. As someone who has put thousands of rounds down a gun range irl my my gun has jammed like twice, and that was mostly due to user error/very cheap ammo. It does not add to RP because a jamming gun is kind of unrealistic. (unless you never clean your weapons)

There was also no intent TO raid, or to KIll literally just drop trash, walk out, along with the faction I'm in information is mostly only told to Made+ but the thing is how can someone be PK'ed for a rule during this esclation that was never directly informed to them if this would be "classified" as a raid. I agree with the above, in addition - implementing jamming weapons, in my opinion, would require the implementation of other factors related to weapons such as condition, bullet types etc and opening that can of worms would be unwise as there are other priorities to deal with in the server. Would make QOL more negative I suppose but god knows. -1

You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: i would try not to take the ticket because it could be seen as Bias from any parties involved. If no staff member is taking the ticket after awhile i would take the ticket and give my judgement if i see wrong doing i would give the member of my faction or if there my friend a suitable punishment. Whether its a Note or a ban i would give the punishment as it would be my duty to do so as a staff member.

Noticed during this conflict there is a lot of people spawning terrible garbage bag props. Think it would be interesting if there was an actual 'Trash Bag' item that you could put certain items inside of. I.e you can use a trash bag on a burger on the floor and it will put it inside of a bag in your inventory, with the option to now empty it / see what's inside with a progression bar that says 'emptying'. Would be good for body parts and such, realistically if you cut a body up you would wrap the parts in a bag before dumping somewhere. Might enable people to actually put trash in trash bins and give the scallywag brokie hobo's something else to scavenge through.

Goes far to show how favoritism works in the server. I may be just ranting honestly but not really helpful to the community to just say "-1 not a commission main." In my opinion we should drop faction biases to create a more fair and maintain a stable administrative environment. Just my (Imo) This application should not be seen as going against the commission; rather it should be seen as a way to involve people who have made mistakes, who want to create a stronger environment for everyone at the end of the day, regardless of what faction someone is in. For me, this is definitely a learning experience.
