What server rule or PK rule was violated?: This shit makes zero sense, cops arrested me in a shootout I was 100% in the right to shoot. While I was being escorted into PD I got shot at and died (don't know who did). Don't see how any staff member thought this was a valid reason to get me pked. I never shot at the cops when they tried detaining me or pointed a gun at them. I do agree that the situation was chaotic and hard to hear, as well as the possibility the other individual fired first, but seeing as the officer's mic is not included in the clip (the clip used to pk you) there's no way to hear full context.

I get back up all of them have scattered except like one guy so I give up and I'm just resetting my attachments cause I lost everything getting run over. Some guys walk up to me while I'm putting my stuff on and after I got finished and reloaded I misclicked while I was looking at a guy who was asking me "Is it pink" and it oneshot him. I play on a laptop with a wireless mouse but its still got the trackpad and if my palm rests on the pad it can register as a click sometimes, I think thats what happened. I told them there it was a misclick and despite that like a minute later his friend RDMed me in my patrol car. Then I get brought to a sit by Falcon where I explain this and he says he thought thats what happened but is banning me anyway because of my POs. Anyone who knows me I got POs from doing dumb shit with friends or goofing around not shooting someone on a cop character. Falcon wouldn't listen to me and didn't really even believe in the ban himself telling me he "strongly suggests I appeal this", I think he just thought that because of my POs he had to ban me even thought the situation wasn't RDM. How do you handle this?: If I'm not involved in any ongoing rp situations that I cannot leave, then I would switch over to my staff character and take the ticket using the very amazing ticket system. Id then proceed with the RDM ticket as normal, getting BOTH sides as well as any evidence. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Keep an eye on them getting any evidence that I can gather, then handing it to a member of Upper Administration for them to use accordingly. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Id first look at all the evidence and get both sides of the story. If my faction member was minging around then I would give him the correct punishment. I'd do this by checking his previous bans and notes for me to get more information on his history. If he had notes for RDM and Minging Id, I'd punish him accordingly.

At first, I thought this was going to be the shittiest racket event of all time with it just being a rdm fest with no roleplay. I was completely wrong, compared to the weed event, this event has brought about more rp situations in two hours than over the course of the entire weed event. I think we should keep the current system in place for even after the competition ends as just a risky way of making income. While some could argue this system is just dark rp simulator having a guy be kos, but the roleplay scenarios that have gone about between allies, enemies, and random ass people has shown it deserves to stay. -- Mards (EDIT: obviously I would adjust the spawn times)

It's not something I would just leave on 24/7 it has caused some messy situations, but as for future events, or conflicts. Easily can be re purposed and used. Alongside other coming systems for more fun stuff. We've learned a lot so far.

As we all know, getting to the barge can be a bit of a chore whenever we need our illegal items or have a shipment to pick up And so I thought of a way to potentially fix it I thought of Pendred's old project, Revenant and how we had a Lambda bring people from the base to the star destroyer by just Alt+e sitting on it and pressing a button So why not have an interpretation of it on Diverge? I was thinking just a simple row boat that you alt+e on and press a button, but its a whole lot easier than swimming or slogging it on the ice

Hello I'm the player that reported you, I will be honest yes I was communicating before I joined them ( They said they needed backup but in your clips you see at least three faction members) when I came at The Callaghan warehouse I decided not to actively be a bodyguard ( joining the group instead opting to hang back a fair distance so I couldn't be seen as actively bodyguarding) I feel like this is not entirely your fault as personally if someone came round the corner in the same uniform id probably shoot them too however i will say i wasn't actively preparing to shoot you at all more coming into an alleyway could lead to me being mugged so I was preparing to safety my weapon as not too be put under FearRP and mugged, also i was under the impression you'd already been killed due to the gunfire and was more curious as to what was happening then going to engage. Sorry for any distress caused

I was the cop, he was not killed in the crossfire. I was trying to arrest you for a shooting before, you didn't have a gun out I told you to stay back and to not pull a gun and start shooting while I had you under gunpoint you then after many warnings, pulled and shot a guy that was shooting someone else while trying to run away from me I then shot you.
