What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have been a member of this community for a little over 3 years now, with many ups and downs throughout my time here the community and unique setting of this server has always brought me back. I wish to contribute to the community in a non-divisive manner. I enjoy the server and most that comes with it (would be better if james was perm'd). I have done all that I can as faction leadership and believe the best way for me to contribute to the server is by contributing to the staff team by ensuring that players are having a good experience. And I saw an announcement about staff and thought why not. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * My time and experience on the server set me apart from other canditates. I also have quite a bit of free time on my hands to dedicate to staffing and play varied hours (as early as 6am to as late as 2-3 am depending on how bad my sleep schedule is). I would be bringing the perspective of a player who hasnt been staff while having been apart of the community for 3 years. a different perspective of an an experienced player Do you have any previous staffing experience? If so, why?: Yes, on 2 occasions, the first one has been removed so i cant find the ban reason, the second one is a 1 week ban for Amrdm after an unfortunate turn of events that turned into an unauthorized raid Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * It's been a decent bit of time from when i was "well known" some of the old members that know me from my time as don have polarized views but i believe most look back at that time and say it was fun (even though none of us knew how to make a proper UA escalation ticket) What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: Probably my time as head of Olympus, though it was riddled with conflict the political intrigue of it all was very entertaining for those involved. What do you do?: Document their behavior and report to appropriate staff/ appropriate channels A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If other staff are online allow them to take the ticket first, if none are review the evidence and if needed ask for guidance from a higher ranking staff member, obviously taking a ticket against someone you interact with on a regular basis can constitute bias but if done right all parties can feel like justice has been served.4 points

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: given that alot of times it seems staff are still backed up on tickets even when high volume of staff are on server tickets still are delayed plus i wanted to get back into staff again for sometime, given ive been staff here previously i know how a boatload of tickets can be frustrating getting to them all in a timely and good manner when littler staff are on or busy on their other chars, since i have less restrictions of time on chars this time around i wanted to help relieve that when possible keeping quality in responses for tickets. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: because i have been staff here previously and already know the rules enough and had experience with the systems the server runs on for staff. plus i have other staffing experience from other servers making me maybe a better candidate compared to others as i know what to expect and how to handle situations. How do you handle this?: finish off what i am doing and then hop onto my Staff char and takes the ticket if noone else has by then going through everything such as logs and possible clips handling it like you normally would. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * Since I'm in the PST zone, most of the time when its early into the night there's hardly any staff on, which is a little inconveniencing cause that's when randoms get on and minge. Me being on at this time will help especially cause, I've also been victim of randomly being blasted by a white shirt who somehow got a gun and just having to let it go cause the current staff at that time were AFK. I would like to provide aid to the server at those times and know I am able to cause, I basically no life this server. Cliche as it is, I want to help, ultimately that is my goal and the best way to help in this server is to be staff. Additionally I am also going to use being staff as a stepping stone to something more like Game Master cause events have been very few and its always fun when something is going on event wise in the server! Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I am a very active member of Diverge; not to honk my own horn but I would consider myself known by frequent players. I know the rules and do try to do my part by doing what I can as a non-staff member and reporting things I see while in game, sure I almost never have to use the forums report a player but I try to make sure the server is still Good quality RP without being violated by minges. Additionally, besides uni, uni-work, occasional errands, and some IRL things I'm basically always available. Any reason that I am needed to be on I will be able to hop on and help, or will already be able to just switch and provide a hand. I have tried to participate in some forum post such as the billboard contest which got wiped first bracket but its something! Although, In the IC community I am very well known If not with just one character then its between all my characters. Especially on Evangaline, I dont think there is not a single person who does not have my name or has interacted with me in any shape or form. I believe I have a somewhat positive figure in the community, I have not heard of any negative comments and I try to stay neutral and in good standing with everyone in the server. How do you handle this?: If I'm off-duty I would make a ticket and allow active staff to take charge of the situation, even aid in providing evidence such as clips. If there is no one active or even online, I would get onto staff and stop the person RDM'ing, comp those who have lost items, take clips that were provided, and give the proper punishment. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Before making a report I will make sure I have proper evidence, Bring the issue up to someone who is higher ranked, If nothing came of that, then I would make a report in the proper forums page. Does it constitute possible bias?: If someone that is in my faction or my friend has a ticket made against them, in efforts to avoid any form of bias I would let other active staff take the ticket. If this is a situation that I'm the only available or present staff, I would approach it with a neutral mind, I would get the situation explained, evidence if there is any, and give the proper punishment.2 points

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I've been playing this server for a while and is interested in staffing for a nutscript server especially this server. I'm experienced and have staffed on numerous servers and I'm familiar with SAM commands, but I will need help with nutscript commands. I also have a weird time zone that allows me to be on early when there isn't that much staff on and too many tickets not being claimed. The perks that Canadian announced is also one of my many motivations for applying. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have numerous staff experience and with my aforementioned time zone difference it allows me to be on early when there are pending tickets, and or people asking for staff assistance on the discord. I also don't have any bans or warns on my record and have strived to not get a single ban or warn on the server. What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *The reason why I wanna apply for staff is because I wanna help this server around generally a lot more. I’ve always noticed that staff takes a while for some staff to take tickets. I understand that they want to RP and have fun too. I wish that I could be a part of that team that can help people take tickets and let them have more free time Not to mention I do like the server and I generally want to help as much as I can to improve the server and the experience for the players in the community. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I do have previous staffing experience and usually, I’m a very relaxed guy who can try to deal with most and tries to have both sides at least be semi-happy. I understand I can’t be perfect and I know that’s gonna cost one side of the other to get mad, but I will try my best to always mediate things and try to give fair punishments while also standing as unbaised admin and I would like to see more about the solution to the promblem and I’m willing to take my time with a sit if it means to fully fix the problem and usually, I’m very free during the week and willing to put in a lot of hours to help make this server a lot more fun. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I guess I’m sort of well kind of know not many people know what I do or what I did and as honest as I can be in the middle depends on your who you are asking, but in most cases I will say that I was a semi-good person and that I usually try my best to always help people and not try the fuck how many people over and I used to try to fix problems and make sure that everything goes back to the way it was before then and I always understand that people may have different opinions about me, or don't want to fix it since it wasn't fixable but that’s fine. I can understand that I just want to give a chance to always try to make amends. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: There are a lot of good moments in Diverse that I really love the favorite one so far was when I was able to be made in other factions which was a good moment as well it showed that hard work does pay off and how you become more ambitious for the future and what can it hold. I know we're way closer to the 90s than we are the 80s, but video arcades were still fairly predominant up until consoles really took off in the early 2000s. We could add to the 80s theme by adding a video arcade whether it'd be public or a private racket / business. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1528767279 https://www.gmodstore.com/market/view/arcade-machines-2-realistic-arcade-gaming Most of this stuff is public, will obviously need a lot of development to make it work with all the current systems, but if it's a private business license you can apply for, maybe there can be an unused building made for this kind of thing like an arcade. Either: A) It's public, and people can play and the way it'd work is after so much score, like let's say their final score is around 1000, this would give them a "100 ticket" item (could use the casino number plates if you wanted to, or create a custom ticket model, either or really) in their inventory. 10,000 score, "1000 tickets" etc, etc. They would then go to the vendor / npc in the building and sell them for real money like oil companies do with their barrels of oil. B) If it's a private business, it'd be the same thing but the family / business would be the only ones with access to the NPC and can sell tickets and give the person a large cut of however many tickets they gave them. (up to the business and / or the law however they want to make it work). EDIT: Instead of a ticket system you could also just utilize the coin exchange machine. Let the business set the price for coins and they can collect the cash the vendor generates. In the end, this could be very legit. People can do their VR chat RP in the arcade, shoot the shit while playing Galaga or some other game, while others who are more serious and want to continue conducting their illegal business and running their shipments don't have to hear "skibidi rizz" and "gmod" / other ooc terms every corner they take. This could isolate a lot of those people to the video arcade if done well and free up a lot of OOC traffic on the streets, while providing another potential legal way for businesses to make money. (I don't know if this is the correct addon I've linked above, but this is what I would guess the games would look like as the addon as well as this video was uploaded a long time ago).1 point

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I was a staff member a few months ago but had to take an unfortunate LOA which led to me getting removed from staff for inactivity. I'm just now getting back to the server as of yesterday and have the free time to play Gmod. Staffing on this server was probably the most fun part in my opinion just because of how many people you meet and it can really test your patience. I always find myself coming back to this server, the community reels you back in. The Community might be absolutely infuriating at times but it has more ups than downs. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I think I should be considered over other applicants because I have already been staff on here. Although it may have been a short period due to IRL circumstances with time I still made an effort to hop on before I was told I was allowed to put a LOA. On my short time as staff I saw almost every scenario unfold and proved I was able to make the right decisions. I also have an UNHOLY amount of playtime on the server, which has led me to see countless scenarios play out and unfortunately be in scenarios myself when it comes to reports and rule breaking. I showed I was willing to put dedication into the server and wish I was able to stay a member of the staff team. I have sorted out all of my IRL things that led to my inactivity previously and hope to be able to moderate the server again. Do you have any previous staffing experience? I've been around long enough to meet countless people. I've been in nearly every faction that has been in NYC as well as Miami. As for reputation I can't speak on others behalf's, But personally I would say it's alright. Obviously over time of being in the server you will make a handful of friends as well as enemies. I prefer to keep every beef ICly and to one character but some people tend to make a biased if they recognize your voice and dislike your other character. How do you handle this?: Nothing unless the person makes a ticket, Often times when someone is RDM'd I notice it's just two friends messing around or there was more to the story than what I saw. Once they make a ticket investigate the evidence provided and get explanations from both sides. What do you do?: If it's something small not affecting anyone or the server itself I would simply tell them we aren't supposed to be doing what they're doing, If it persists I would make a UA report and provide valid evidence as well as the clip of me telling them to stop to show they knew they were doing wrong and still continued. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Let another staff member take the ticket, If there's no other staff members online or the ticket is up for to long I would take the ticket going in with as little bias as possible. Obviously look through the evidence and get information from both parties. If the person did wrong and broke the rules they would be punished accordingly and get the same punishment anyone else would. I've proven myself on this when I had to ban the homie Jmoorsey after he had RDM'd someone by accident. Even if accidental it is a RDM. -------------------------------------------------1 point

I think there should be a tag above a players head saying *This individual is on the phone* or something along those lines whilst a player is on the phone I also think the popup when receiving a phone call should be changed as well, similar to the way the ID popup was changed. It would be cool if when receiving a phone call, it would show up in the bottom right corner of your screen, instead of directly in the middle of your screen to reduce screen blockage. An automated /me would be cool too. Something like /me presses a button, putting a phone to their ear or something I think when receiving a phone call it should automatically tell you what number is calling you, and the contact information you have saved for that number. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: first i would take a clip using my medal and let it process. after my clip is processed i would make a ticket saying i have been rdmed i have a clip. if i am the only staff on i would make a player report on the forums to ensure the player gets a fair punishment for breaking the rdm rules. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: first i would try and get proof of this actually happening. once this proof is obtained i would make a UA ticket in the discord or DM a UA staff member who has no involvement in the situation. Just because there a staff member doesn't mean they get to do whatever they want and break the rules. Does it constitute possible bias?: First i would opt to not take the ticket as the person being accused is my friend / faction member. if there is no there staff on or an influx of tickets i would take the ticket and talk to both people and get both sides of the story plus any valid evidence EG; a clip from one of the parties evolved. Once my Judgement has been made i would try and get another staff members opinion on the situation and see if my judgement is valid. then i would give the punishment to the player if one is needed that me and the other staff member decided on.0 points

Apart from you sometimes being very annoying I do believe you got very good knowledge about the server rules and you're very active, just because is 16 and could be very immature/annoying doesnt mean his negatives shouldnt be overlooked with his positives0 points
