I want to start off by saying I apologize for any inaccuracies, this all occurred a long while ago and so my memory of it isn't the best. Essentially what had happened was I was talking to a friend about something random one day and they randomly sent me a picture of some guy and claimed it was Pendred. I didn't believe him and in the process of trying to prove him wrong, I decided to be extra about it and went ahead and asked a couple people if they knew if the photo was actually him or not. To be completely honest, I have no recollection as to why I even went asked around, it was unnecessary and stupid. I had absolutely no intention of invading your privacy Pendred and I apologize for making you feel as such (regardless if it was actually you or not I know what its like to have your personal info spread and it sucks) it really wasn't cool of me to do so even though you and I never saw eye to eye, it was wrong. I simply didn't consider how bad it looked and the damage it could've costed but now I see my error. On another topic, I want to point out that after getting unbanned from my first permanent ban I never once got banned again until this, or warned for that matter (from what I can remember) I was really trying to roleplay and follow the rules my second time around and the fact that I had a clean record after that proves as such. I have come to enjoy this server and most of the people, and I'd be sad to see it go over a simple mugging that should have been different. I originally was trying to get PKD because I had left a faction, and I was unsure if I was inactive or not, so I decided to mug to get that character killed and allow a person to earn their bones for whatever faction they were in. Initially, it was 4 am CST, and my friends and I mugged a guy. He refused the mug, but instead of him getting pkd for it because I felt bad, I tied him in a yellow zone and pulled him into a red zone to continue the mug and due to it being late there was not any witnesses. That's when we were pulled into the sit by the admin Byte. Byte refused to hear us out and said we were doing nothing correctly and told my friend that they would be written off with a warning, then soon after gave him a week's ban after telling him that hes going off with a warning. Then, I was told that I had a bunch of offenses in the past. I asked what the warnings or notes and if he can read them back to me which Byte did not answer. I could recall only one with the admin falcon which got me pkd but it was a fair pk and I did not appeal for it. Why should you be unbanned? I have grown to become friends with a lot of people on this server. I have participated in events, led events, and was active for my factions when they needed me like deals or simple meet ups. I feel like those people can vouch for me and say that I was a good RPer. I am not going to bring up their names because I would not like them to be bombarded with messages to vouch for me because they, too, have lives. If in the case I do not get accepted, I truly had fun with y'all. I wish you and your families good health, especially the ones with wives and kids. +1 bro was on the server before me and i joined way back in 2021 and not once did i see him purposefully do anything like this. I remember him mentioning this exact thing to me in DMs saying that he was misunderstood and didn't mean any harm by it.

The other day I was going through my files and I found an old clip of me roleplaying on the server and it reminded me of how much fun I had and all the cool experiences I had and so felt the urge to come and apologize and ask for a final chance. Diverge is truly a gem of a server and I really miss playing with all my friends. The past couple of months I started getting back into roleplay servers and trying out the serious aspects of it and have been really enjoying it and realized how fun playing by the rules can be. To reiterate, I understand that I took my time on this server for granted but I'm asking for a final chance to experience Diverge how it's intended by following the rules. I know that we already talked in the past and you said the only way for me to get unbanned is through payment but even though I wish I could I really don't have the money to shell out so that's why I'm asking for an alternative way. I'm not going to drag this and write a ten page apology as I don't want to inconvenience the staff any more than I already have. Yea I was the one who informed Rommel that he was permanently banned I’m one of his capos he was genuinely shocked when I notified him so this may have been a mistake. +1

Believe what you want but this is what happened I was banned then I communicated with my HC and Middle Commands on the factions I was in then they later they told me that I was banned Permanently if you like I can add the times from when I started communicating with them and then when I found out I was Permanently banned.

After reviewing your PK and talking extensively we believe your PK to be valid. The mugging location was valid to initiate a mugging. No one else was nearby, no NPC's. No weapon on safety, nothing to invalidate this. We have come to the conclusion you were given enough time, and had the ability to comply. You move erratically during the mug at several times, after being told at gunpoint not to. You were given multiple orders to comply, with a sufficient amount of time. To which you continued to move and ignore the orders. Seemed lowkey hoping for a passerby to come and help. I would suggest next time, to comply use F7 to put your hands up and if you fully comply you cannot be PKed. If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Why do you allow underage children to be in the server. That was a child that killed me. I walked away because I didn't take him seriously. Because he's a child. Lol I'm just saying. Bro have fun with your underage children server. "Admins" that make mugging characters and rob new people that didn't understand the rules. You guys are going to be the same reason the server dies out in the future. It's not a threat either. There are far more better severs and admins that see both sides of a situation. You guys just pick and choose who you want to be unpkd or not. Depending on if you "know them" corny behavior. I could have easily pk'd so many of your "players" but hey I'm not a fucking minge like most of the people. I'm so glad I didn't donate to y'all I almost did too.
