PK Appeal Format Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail. Rules: You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again. You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: the admin that took the pk ticket firesidecone34 made a mistake about if it was a raid because he heard lockpicking. during the ticket we figured out that the lockpicking was indeed not from me or my friend. also you can see in the video that the lockpicking continues after the door is open. after that the admin told me to make a appeal on the forum because he did not have the perms to unPK my character. Hello, I pk'd both of you. I've also explained like 3 times in the admin sit exactly why you guys were pk'd as well as after the fact in DMs with even another reason. I don't know how else to explain this to you if you can't understand the fact that not only did you recently mug someone and were pk active, but you and your friend both had guns up on your door with the police breaching (Literally nobody else can just kick your door open other than police; you'd hear lockpicking if it was a civilian raid), then I don't know what to say anymore. Your friend opened fire on police and with both of your guns up, now is not the time for police to ask questions, it's a fat RIP.

First join, September 17th, 2023 Last Join: December 4th, 2024 Play time: 22 days, 16 hours, 11 minutes, 14 seconds Total Bans: 6 Total Notes: 6 Ban time: 20 days Ban time as % of Playtime: 88.20% 6 Bans, 6 notes, 14 months, on average 0.75 punishments per month. Last year you were banned exactly on the 23rd of December. You were then unbanned on the 25th of December with the reason 'christ forgives you'. What makes this year any different? I have a sneaking suspicion that you believe our leniency on Christmas will get you another 'get out of jail free' card.

+1 Me and lowkey have been friends for years we had joined diverge to have fun and met a friend group they got us in constant trouble in the month of November i had left 3 weeks later he leaves as well we didn't stay in contact until a week ago we have both left this friend group because they did nothing but exploit us for there doing we just want to play the server again and have fun again he made a mistake and was punished but in recent events he's changed for the better and deserves a chance to prove himself without the bad crowd. i know in the short time frame it might look like hes not but if you give him a chance he wont let you down.
