I have multiple RDM POs, hence the permanent ban. However, I want to stress that most of these past RDM bans are from a time when I was new and still learning the ropes of Serious/Mafia style RP. It does not excuse me breaking the rules since many players have played for years with 0 bans. I should've carefully read the rules, e.g not hunting people down because they ran me over in the streets or shooting someone because they pissed me off. The ban that got me permad was very much justified. I'm not trying to dispute the ban itself but rather the length of it. I have come to realize the importance of moderating and catching bad players and handing out bans. I don't necessarily consider myself a bad player, I always tried my best to play by the rules like everybody else, but I just had a weak spot for using my gun. Another reason I believe the people involved are using mugging characters, is the simple fact that one of them is a high ranking member in La Familia De Leon, and decided to target me on another character. At this point in time I will swap to my staff char and then accept the ticket once I am on the staff char not a second before. Once I have accepted the ticket I will noclip to the admin boxes and ask what the problem is and request a video of said RDM and once I have seen the evidence I will then bring the person being reported and ask them their side of the story and if it doesn't line up with the video then they will be noted, and jailed for RDM for 10mins You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: gather evidence and make a report to someone who is higher up then me is key to this situation. Knowing this person still doesn't mean you can be biased toward them. If you can see in the logs that they committed an RDM or minging, you still need to punish them for their actions.

Yeah i’m gonna be honest i don’t know what you’re saying here, but i’ll try my best to supply context from the eyes of the high command. You left the faction some time ago, we noticed this instantly and yort decided to write the orders. We just never had a chance to kill you until now. While yes you put in an LOA, but that doesn’t mean you could unwhitelist yourself from the family. Which you admitted yourself that you had done. intentional or not you still abandoned the family and betrayed your oath. as far as I know the high command was never informed, regardless you should have told us BEFORE and get permission before unwhitelisting. Don’t know who you could be referencing here but irrelevant. Overall, you did not follow the proper procedures. Went on LOA but continued to be active later on, dodging kickups. Then, you unwhitelisted yourself from the family without getting permission and with no warning to anybody.

At 4 seconds you can see the detective is midway through his sentence telling me to put my gun down when the Probie opens fire. During this fight I was aiming after a punch minge who was attacking my friends as well as hit me several times so I pulled out my gun. I was not even facing probie who then gives me no time to react as he immediately shoots me as the detective is mid sentence telling me to surrender. Except wasn't really active on that character but was always on my cop character. But it's ok, clearly if everyone on the server is reading this which yall are because yall really don't do much else. I gave the proper leaving of this group when my internet was cut. When it came back on I jumped into the city and they asked if I wanted to keep with them. I told them sure but I don't know if I was going to play that much because of work then went through the proper way of letting them know I was leaving. After that I hopped on that character one night a month later and unwhitelisted oops my bad. I then let them know to see if I needed to re whitelist or if I could stay retired. No one reached back out to me, But that is what I get when people say this is a semi serious roleplay server but don't take anything seriously. It's ok I was just trying to see if I could get it appealed. I don't have much time and that character had over two million in suits I could've sold. Sorry I was one of the few that only wanted to hang with friends and pay them for basically nothing. Also I paid them to go on ROA so you saying I was avoiding kickups is crazy. They never did anything in that group and I never was a made guy when I came back. And I talked to yort about retiring my character because of work and he said and I quote "That would be fine just let your capo know." I did that, left, unwhitelisted and immediately let the crew know. Yall def right I didn't do anything to avoid this from happening. It wasn't NITRP as I did indeed have the intention to roleplay. Moderator couldn't even be bothered to contact me after explaining, I had to contact him. Admitting to not taking me to a sit and getting my side prior to being banned. Why should you be unbanned? I approached the police department lobby due to my long term IC friend being arrested by a police officer for trespassing, I went up to the door and claimed that said person was my client and that I was there to represent them, they would not allow me in because they did not believe me. I muscled my way through the door and I ran around while they tried to tase me, I was then promptly arrested for trespassing but not impersonating a lawyer, was not offered a plea deal and was not allowed a lawyer after I requested one several times, probably because I was talking shit to the officer whilst in the cell. I was then placed in the back enclosed cells while I was placed in the pen faction and a cop yelling at me that I was being banned for cop baiting, however I was not cop baiting and I came with the intent of impersonating a lawyer to help my friend. (to clarify i didnt come to break my friend out). After being placed in the enclosed cell I was banned for 2 weeks without being brought to a sit, without staff saying anything beforehand. I fail to see how that note has anything to do with the fact that you falsely banned me for a situation completely separate to the Alt-E situation? I apologized to the staff member and the officer who had to deal with my retarded behavior during the alt-e situation and I explained it was the first and the last slip up and that it will not happen again. I meant that. You admitted to screwing up the process, failing to get my side of the story, you banned me for NITRP, I had reasons and I have evidence that I had intent to roleplay and that I wasn't minging, I have many PO's I wont deny that, I understand the difference between a justified ban and a ban that has not been justified, this ban is not justified.

Hi, PKing administrator here. I had received confirmation from another administrator that you should have been PK'd for the simple reason of you not putting your gun on safety. You had a solid 4 seconds to put the gun away, yet you didnt. Unfortunately, I believe this is a valid PK. However, I do agree that you were not given enough time to put your gun away. Hey I was killed tonight after making a return to actually wanting to get back into the city and I was Pk'ed. I was told my old group took it out because of failure to pay kickups. not helping with the group, and Un whitelisting without permission. I went on a ROA and eventually retired my character with them a few months back. I wasn't really playing that character and everyone was fine with it. I even updated it in their little discord page. The week I left them I paid a hefty kickup fee to my then Capo and told him I was going to take a break and go on ROA and most likely retire my character. Everyone was ok with it because I was mainly on my cop character. Now logging back in they had orders on me. Can I please get this character pked appeal because they had no right to even put a hit on my character. I did Un whitelist my character from their faction but I did it drunk one night and didnt realize it was that character. I reached out to my then ex capo to let him know in a discord VC. He said he was going to see if they wanted me to come back and that was the last I heard from them. Unfortunately I do not have a clip of the call where we were talking about me going on ROA and him saying ok and telling me to put it in discord.
