Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe I should be considered over other candidates because as stated I have played this server a long time and am very familiar with the state of RP and how it works also I play everyday so I would be able to help people and take their tickets to ensure no one is waiting too long to have their situation dealt with and they can continue playing and having fun. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes LTAP, NLR and RDM in a sit all these bans came in 2021 when I first joined and I was completely new to Gmod and RP in general I was also not a good person back then honestly , however this is not an excuse I regret these actions massively I understand now how my actions affected other players and generally made me a Minge I have learned from these actions and actively try to not rule break or be a minge in any way. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say I am very well known but in certain circles and factions I'm well known, I would say my reputation is mainly known as a quiet person who try's to work hard and help other people especially new players out I have spent many hours teaching people the ins and outs and the dos and don'ts of the server/Crime RP, I would say the people I've met and forged friendships with think I'm a good guy who just try's to keep his head down and achieve my goals. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Hard to say I've had many good times but I would say some of my favourite is running singing nights with my friend Shamrock, becoming a buttoned member with one of my best friends and Boxing with people Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: I would not step in unless it was a case of a mass RDM and let other staff handle it however if the ticket was open for too long which I think is over a minute I would take the ticket and no clip to a rooftop/Sit box then I would ask for any evidence they have if they provide evidence i would watch it and come to a Non Biased decision, Depending on the PO's/Severity of the situation I would take the steps to punish them and ask them to read up on the rules You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather any evidence i could then make a UA ticket with all the evidence A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If no other staff take the ticket I would take the ticket and ask for the evidence I would then watch said evidence and check the logs if they are found to have broken the rules I would punish them knowing/ being friends with someone does not mean you can be Biased towards them in any way and is a serious offense

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Possible mugging characters. I was mugged by a group of people that may or may not have used mugging characters. I would like to point out that most if not all people involved with my mugging and PK have gotten in trouble for failmugs, mass muggings and things along those lines. One of the people involved in my mugging and PK was named "Phreakyahs Niga" or "Freaky Ass Nigga" an obvious failname, and mugging character. Another reason I believe the people involved are using mugging characters, is the simple fact that one of them is a high ranking member in La Familia De Leon, and decided to target me on another character. I am not expecting an un-pk, I would greatly appreciate if higher administration would review this. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: None.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *My motivation and reasoning for applying to the staff team is that I find myself enjoying the server and want to use my skills in managing players and people for the better because what I've seen during my playtime is unacceptable staff should not let tickets be open for an hour straight so my goal is to be that one staff member that's always on and helping. I want to extend my knowledge of staffing to assist Diverge wherever I can. Being unbiased, keeping a reliable schedule to stay online, and my professionalism have all kept me able to maintain a staff position for long periods on other servers (obviously not there anymore). How do you handle this?: If I am off duty I would wait for another staff to take the ticket if there are active staff on-duty. If the ticket has been up for over a minute that is way to long and needs to be dealt with. At this point in time I will swap to my staff char and then accept the ticket once I am on the staff char not a second before. Once I have accepted the ticket I will noclip to the admin boxes and ask what the problem is and request a video of said RDM and once I have seen the evidence I will then bring the person being reported and ask them their side of the story and if it doesn't line up with the video then they will be noted, and jailed for RDM for 10mins You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: gather evidence and make a report to someone who is higher up then me is key to this situation. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM'ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Still taking the ticket with professionalism is how to solve the issue. Friend or family doesn't matter. Knowing this person still doesn't mean you can be biased toward them. If you can see in the logs that they committed an RDM or minging, you still need to punish them for their actions.

When I first joined I was introduced in a great way and many kind people. After playing for a good while now I can say that I would like to help the people of diverge out and keep people from ruining the game for others. I have been staff on other servers in the past and enjoyed it before those servers died out, so I would love to continue on the server I play now. I would love to see more people and make friends with staff members and become someone who is known around the community. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: Even though I don't think I'm better than anyone I do think I know a lot compared to some. I don't have many warns and any bans and this shows I try to abide by the rules when I can. I will do my best to enforce the rules and help players not want to quit because of people breaking the rules. Also, I can put as much time and effort needed for me to complete what I can during the week. I am free a lot of the times, so if I am needed, I can take that into account and help out where I am needed. Do you have any previous staffing experience? I do think that if some people do know me that my reputation is not bad at all being I don't try to make myself hated for others to dislike me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: When I was first offered a spot in Intel operations in PD. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: Since I have witnessed the event I would get out of my RP situation or whatever I am doing and get on my staff char and take the ticket if it was made and gather any evidence, we have of this guy rdming someone. After, doing so I would do any other tickets that are needed for me to do. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I see this, I will tell a higher up immediately and try to get evidence of whatever the person is doing. Waiting too long to tell someone about what he is doing could lead to that staff member abusing even more ruining things for other people. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If I were in this situation I would take all of evidence in account and decide the decision based off of it. I will not be bias to any faction member or friend because it is not fair that they could be ruining players fun and get away with it.
