Not banning admin here or nothing like that, but I do know a lot about cheats because I've developed and used them a lot. Yep thats me, but with that knowledge I also learned some cheat analysis. A large majority of these comments are just simply wrong. Including 'I don't see any tracing'..... Yea..... ANYWAYS onto my turn I guess just cause I got called in? In the slowed down video, you can see Izumi has engine prediction on by the black arrow. This is basically just cheats ways of saying 'WHERE' are you going to be based on your current velocity (direction + movement speed). Notice how the cursor goes to the right of the player being shot? No coincidence. Next point, your firing pattern. To the naked eye it looks like just holding left click, flick, oops someone was standing there. BUT NO. If on average (yes I counted) from the original clip, there's almost 1 bullet per frame, more around 1.2 but whatever. So why'd that pattern stop between frame 1, 2, and 3? But in frame 3 the exact same frame and millisecond that your crosshair reaches the player, you shoot again. What I think happened? You stop shooting, accidentally panic and click aimbot key, flick to them, and you have auto fire on. (Bad cheats guhhh imagine not using trigger bot instead). ONTO THE NEXT, this one is aimed (haha see what I did there) at the 'whos aimbot even looks at spine'.... Well, a lot of aimbots do, and a lot of them have that option to seem more legit so that you're not hitting consistent 1 tap headshots. Cheats generally will add spine3 to their list. But if your cheats were a little better, they'd grab the 3 bones positions then find an average. You might say "OH BUT HES AIMING AT THE ARM" . Remember the whole point above about engine prediction? Going into the shot, takes a whole two frames, coming out of the shot, again, two frames. With your 'accidental flick' you almost flick back instantly to the same exact position you started from. So you either have really good precision with this 'leather mousepad', or like...... Keep following me now, we know where this is going. TLDR: 1. Stops shooting (inconsistent fire rate???), accidentally clicks aimbot key, locks on for a split second and lets go of key. 2. Engine prediction enabled (definitely a free cheat though....) 3. Auto fire enabled (when aimbot key is pressed, SHOOT says the cheat) 4. Target bones set to spine/pelvis For your other clips, yes I had looked into them too cause we don't wanna false ban here. You seem to just.... have them injected but not use them unless its an accident. So either 1. Its an emergency backup thing, or 2. You like using the ESP and don't know how to disable aimbot lol. NOW, my opinion as a staff whos been permad for cheating before too. Purely accidental, no one was harmed, no sort of advantage was gained out of this one altercation. Unban in a few weeks, you learned your lesson and move on from it. I'm not quite sure where he pulled a gun on you, as it's not provided in the 2 minute long clip, which seems to me like the full confrontation. You've been around long enough, and had enough RDM related punishments to where you should know better by now. The one week is honestly a short ban length compared to what I would have given you. Your story of putting attachments on is about as believable as a dog eating a students homework, especially considering "I was putting attachments on and THEN shot him.", it seems to me you're admitting you did it on purpose, especially considering you "popped 1 shot and he was down." HI I'm the guy that was with Anthony at the time I like to mention that the guy called RDM came back like 2 minutes later to talk shit and RDM bate, and he broke NLR to come back to the RP place and try to confront us by talking shit and I believe he was also in the wrong and I got a clip to prove it if you like to provide the clip I am more the happy to do so.

Regardless of the rest of your comment, I want to say that all the investment of time, money, and effort means absolutely nothing when it comes to the probability of cheats. I have no idea if you were a player in the commission v cartel giga war that saw the entire cartel get removed, but both sides had MASSIVE use of cheats. By tons of people, constantly, both by people who have invested lots into the server and in conjunction with people who have invested lots into the server. In terms of looking into it more, it really doesn't change anything, there is nothing to look into. Staff saw suspicious behavior and acted.

Diverge has always held a special place in my heart and its been hard to completely write it off considering the history I had on it. But for instance in the building there will be consultations with clients and many /me commands during the appointments. This will set us apart from other factions and will put us as the only people in the market so it wont be oversaturated by a bunch of people trying to recreate due to how generic it is. Faction Goals Another goal that we want to meet is to provide a neutral meeting ground for faction sit downs. For instance if the stakes are high and neither of the factions can trust going to eithers property we can provide a service with security for both factions for a respectable fee so we can be engaged with factions in a positive aspect. Security for such events would include but not limited to: Pat-downs, meeting mediators, armed security inside, and lookouts around the block in civilian clothes. A meeting mediator will be sat at the meeting table to help the parties come to put forth an unbiased opinion to help reach a reasonable conclusion. Running clubs were a big part of Russian organized crime in America and we plan to reflect this in game by either acquiring the nightclub or the pharmacy and utilizing The Den. Though this is rather generic, we still want to keep the values of real life to generate an authentic experience. Bouncers will be used and a membership based system will apply for different tables in the club for separate perks with an option to rent out the nightclub for private events. Apparel Apparel is a key component in defining a faction and this is planned to be portrayed by distinguishing people affiliated with the faction (associates) from full fledged members of the Bratva. This will be shown by affiliated members wearing less formal clothes when in public. And full members wear darker toned formal attire as to not look like a traffic signals and to give off a serious demeanor when conducting business or running a property. The proper execution of enforcing apparel policy will build respect between the different ranks and be more comparative to real life. Security Challenges A fun event we plan on doing to help people train securing buildings for the security company is utilizing Security Challenges by having members protect our property, a townhouse, an allied property, etc. Security personnel are challenged to protect the building from invaders with paintball guns. This will build strategy and provide a shooting training for members as well as just be a good time in general for everyone involved. Shooting Competitions Shooters compete in a shooting range environment to shoot targets (watermelons or busts) with a semi-automatic weapon and the winner is decided by who completes the course the fastest. Missing a shot will add to the shooters time. This will be a fun new way for people to get used to fighting in 1st person a lot more and give people something to look forward for. Well, I'd watch how you put things because I am convinced that you are confused. You can check logs and see that he had pulled and aimed a gun at me, therefore check your knowledge before you make any accusations. Obviously he was mad so he cut the part of him aiming and drawing a gun on me and my buddies to make it look like I just shot him for no reason. ALSO never said I accidentally clicked and shot him I said I was putting attachments on and THEN shot him. I did not remember if I was aiming or not is what I said so dont get my words mixed up, I know what I did and didn't do.

Hello, banning admin here, as you can see in this clip Garry's Mod - Clipped with Medal.tv the one provided to me by the person you RDM'd he never once pulled a gun on you therefore completely disproving your entire argument. You also lied repeatedly within the sit saying "I was putting attachments on my gun and accidentally clicked and shot him" yet if you pay attention right before he dies you can see you aiming down your sights directly at him and then killing him. A one-week ban is light in my opinion given your book of previous offenses and bans and the countless second chances that have been provided to you.

Hello, I removed your PET Flags because you had 2 recent notes—one by me and one by Anzati. The first offense was that you prop-blocked an ATM with a DarkRP-like construction you made. Later on you prop abused which Anzati even told you you're on very thin ice and next offense your flags will be removed. If I'm correct about the situation what led to your PET flags to be taken, you flipped a car back upright whilst someone was in a police chase scenario. They managed to flip their vehicle so they couldn't move and you proppushed the vehicle upright so they could escape again. Honestly this is the biggest middlefinger you are giving me and Anzati. We both (with the both notes sits) have explained that abusing your pet-flags to gain unfair rp advantages is not allowed and that you would read every rule about it. I honestly believe you don't deserve your flags back.

Every person on this thread at one point got into what they thought was a "multi-player conflict" and got a lucky snap on the potential next person and had that thought to themselves "Damn if someone was spectating me I'd prob be accused of cheats that flick was so good". Looking at the video, it looked like that grey suit guy popped up, Izumi probably thought it was a friend coming to the rescue and was working with the mugger, their flick was reasonable, and he stopped as soon as he realized dude was unarmed. We have good systems and investigative processes that can catch people cheating, if suspicions were raised, I would've had someone spectate them or spectated them myself for a duration that seemed reasonable to prove whether or not they truly have cheats. Right now the case is 1 arguable flick that makes this case look weak and half-assed. This was a freak flick on a beat up old leather couch, shit happens. I feel like this player has too much time, money, and effort invested into the server to be treated like that white t shirt months ago that headshotted 20 people in 5 seconds with cheats. This could've been looked into a little more. Also as someone who has used cheats in other games, cheaters know they have to set that shit to headshots or chest shots minimum. A lot of players who dont use cheats are very good at getting headshots which can kill a cheater a lot quicker than the cheater's 10 leg shots. I don't see why someone would set their target to someone's nutsack, seems counterproductive if you actually wanna guarantee a win for a shootout. Overall +1

Not that I should be unbanned but maybe staff/ the banning staff member should consider shaving a few days off or even if possible appealing and expunging the ban. At the time I was un aware of the Passive and active threat. Previous to me shooting him he pulled a gun and aimed it at me after yelled at him for his horrendous and complete inadequate driving. After yelling at him he kept driving at a slow pace down the road telling me to come over to the gas station. When I did so he pulled a gun and was aiming it at me thinking I was scared for a fake Italian white guy that has no knowledge about how to act Italian and look Italian. Soon after that I hopped in his "tough guy" bronco and took it for a spin (went to end of street and turned around. After that I pulled his car back up to a closer location which at the time was across the street at the gun shop near townhouses were he was talking shit to my friends and threatening them as what I was hearing as he walked away I popped 1 shot and he was down. After he came back from being shot we were just chilling there and he was saying how its RDM and staff will handle them which he did not know I had did it. Once he was done talking about RDM this and RDM that then I asked him why do you think it was RDM and were did it happen, shortly after I had told him that I was the one and my reason. He told me how he was not a treat and my buddies said it was not but some of them also said that considering he was not an active threat therefore its considered RDM. After finding that out I did make a offer to re comp him but he ignored me and continued his speech and his bickering with my homies about random shit. After all this I was sent a clip of Passive and active threat that looked like it was filmed at the barge were I watched it and now I understand why it was considered RDM. Although IRL if someone pulled a gun on you and aimed it at you and a minute later you shot them you'd probably still have a valid reason to shoot them. If you could read over this and respect my mistake and appeal this ban I will keep a clean RDM record with no more POs.
