Hi, banning admin here! While you may choose to ignore me explaining the situation to you, doesn't mean I didn't! I told you that you had been brought for breaking NLR. The clip can be found here! Now, the reasoning for the length is two fold. First, as you can see from your notes and ban history (notes and bans) you have been given many chances to reform and become a valued member of our community. Your last month long ban for the exact same reasons just ended on the 20th. You first joined the server on June 23rd 2022. Since then you have 4 days and 59 minutes of playtime. Your total ban time? 85 days and 15 hours. That is almost three months of reflection you could have taken to be a better player in those four days. Second, as seen in the clip you knew exactly what you were doing, you even attempted to power game to the officer after you had respawned and ran back. While you did not kill him in this instance, I'm sure you would have if he had not defended himself especially with your history of RDM and MRDM! While you may find the ban time excessive, I am hoping you use this time to appeal in the future and turn yourself into someone that contributes to the community!

Really hasn't been over two years. Banned for Mass RDM in 2021. Appealed and was unbanned a year later, got banned three more times then you Mass RDM'ed again and got perma'ed, again (2023). Why should you be afforded a third chance?

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I have been banned for over a year now, the people who were with me (did the same thing as me) didn't get as little as a warn, let alone a perm ban. Play Time is low and I dont even know what that faction is. Presuming it wasnt on diverge and if it was probably was around for long for a reason. Imo there are better Faction apps up rn that deserve a spot so. -1

+1 high playtime with no note or ban record is an obvious sign of a high quality player, also considering the ranks he has achieved in both the legal and criminal sides of the server shows he has more then enough knowledge of the role-play function in the city and how to maintain it. Would be a great addition to the staff team.
