Hello, I was the person that reported you. Nothing about these incidents were accidental and nonetheless a fruitless effort to get back at me for killing you. Let me break it down from start to finish since you have forgotten. 1st instance: RDM Bait- you approached me with your gun out (on safety) in little Italy and started to follow me. I told you countless times to stop following or put your gun away. I responded by pulling my gun out on safety and kept warning you but you kept following. I took my gun off safety and warned you one more time and then you started opening fire on me and lost the gunfight. This was a sad attempt at blatant RDM bait and I didn’t report you for this instance because losing a gun fight and getting banned for it kinda blows for you. 2nd Instance: NLR - Not even 3 minutes after I killed you, you approached me at the car dealership wanting to run it back with an uzi obviously very upset you couldn’t kill me. 3rd instance: VDM- After the situation at the car dealership you found my car parked in little Italy and slammed into it unprovoked which effectively ran over my friend and missed me. You not only missed me with a gun but also an entire car! Stevie wonder would’ve had an easier time hit me! In which you hopped out of the car said no sorry or anything and in which I responded by. i don’t know who you are or what your motives were for these actions but your extensive PO list shows blatant disregard for the rules. As a staff member myself I see this ban being justified aswell. Hope this provides clarity to the situation.

I always have a great time on the server and have no intention of leaving and I also want to progress further by applying for staff. How do you handle this?: I would clip it and ask in the in-game staff chat for another staff member to take my ticket and tell him what happened and give him the clip. If no other staff is online/on duty I will make a player report on the Forums. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would get as much evidence as possible like clips/photos of them abusing, once I have enough evidence I would make a staff report form on the Forums. A member of your faction/friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I will let another staff member know of this and let them take the ticket, if there is no other staff online/on duty I will take the ticket review the clips/logs, and punish if necessary. My friend or not if you break the server rules you are going to get a punishment.

If in fact these members were just being minges and had NiTRP, you should have made a staff report and unwhitelisted them. However, you neglected to actually make a claim of rule violations prior to you deciding to execute them. This could have been regarded in an investigation, but you chose to handle it ICly instead of taking the proper route of staff, and are only trying to go back on it after you were unsuccessful and reaped the consequences of your failed attempt at taking their lives. Obviously as the pking administrator pointed out, you guys shot one of them in a failed attempt. They came back with firepower (or, in this case, shovels), and were able to overpower you and in the end won. This is why PKs need to be precise, and this will be a good learning lesson for you.

Banning Administrator here, Hey so I made the decision to ban you for 14 days because you intentionally ran your vehicle into someone. You've told me in the sit that you 'just wanted to ram the red car' whilst you went fullspeed and rammed that car, you didnt know that there was someone behind it. Here is the clip. You can clearly hear a body being squashed by the vehicle you rammed. You also tried to continue it as if its RP' after you randomly run someone over that its 'police matter.' Later on you did walk over to him and started a new rp confrontation and then you did apologise to tobins and like I said you did this intentionally. So honestly I believe you were just trying to "water" it down. You had a note from me earlier this month for the exact same reason I have also explained these vehicle rules to you: "Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not. - Do not intentionally minge your vehicle by targeting players or cars at random for ramming. This also includes running around parking lots damaging cars/tires for no reason other than to bait." 14 Days because of the punishments on your sheet: here and here.
