I didn't metagame, I came back from taking a shit (I was being driven about in the bus) to getting told to follow them, I proceeded to deafen along with the other guys and Caboose can back this up along with the other dude that was in the vc, Sixx I think. Upon completing the mug I followed the rest of them, while remaining deafened till we arrived at our destination, then I proceeded to undeafen as the two people we had attempted to mug had broken fear rp and we had killed them so we had to submit a ticket. I can get how it may seem like we meta gamed but I can genuinely say this time there was no meta game from our side. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I didn't take a clip. i think you misunderstoond, on this post you commented on corruption and how its unclear. Your exact quote was, What I commented in return was mentioning how you were already explained the corruption rules. Just because it was a different post doesn't invalidate the fact they told you. At this moment, the second post i quoted was made 19 hours ago, the canadian bacon post i screenshotted and sent that explained the rules was sent 23 hours ago. You even replied. When I commented asking whether or not you were already explained these rules, you lied and said no. My entire point in commenting was to call out how you said you believed corruption is unclarified, despite being clarified about these rules hours prior. I would also like to ask for where it says, "no corruption at all." This isnt stated in rule 11 of corruption rules.

If you look at the timestamps like a good noodle you’ll see it was after this appeal was made and commented on. I understand you’re a bit late to most things but please do your reading like everyone else that isn’t involved.

The fail corruption is more than valid enough for a ban of this length, it is not an IC issue, proper corruption is an IC issue, going around mugging on a cop char and breaking the law doesn't fall into what is considered corruption. You all being in discord together and at times proven to be unmuted is very suspicious along with the little to no talking but that is not proof of metagame. In the end though with all the stuff they had, I think it was fair for them to add the metagame as a reason for the ban due to all of the 'coincidences' adding up. This ban with or without the metagame part is fine but the others would need further review the fail corruption is enough on its own for a ban of this length. To start, this situation happened during a mugging that turned into a shootout. Me and three others faked a deal to trade bricks of weed for coke, when they unlocked their Napoli room door, I took my gun out and ordered both of them to put their hands up. Right after, the second person ducked behind a small indent in the wall and audibly took their weapon out and took off the safety. For that I shot the first guy and started shooting at the corner the person with a gun was at. Both of them died and we took no casualties. We made a ticket for a PK and they claimed we metagamed by being in a VC. We were deafened in the De Leon discord, as we were driving around in a bus and just chatting, we deafened/muted at any point we engaged in RP situations, and we quite literally said to deafen before we got involved in the mugging situation- which we did. To note, we had been in the call much prior to me, or any of us being on the server. As for the mugging character dispute, I explained in the sit room(very poorly to be fair) that I use two characters; One, for legal/white collar criminal RP and business, and then my OTHER character, for direct criminal RP activities like dealing in illegal/defaced weapons, drugs, robbery, et cetera, being that this was my character to rejoin Takahashi with after being PKed in a police shootout prior. Anzati explained to me that the character is just too young to be seen as a non-mugging character, but I think that due to the fact that the creation lines up with the time I've been back(unbanned) from the server, and in that scale makes it a long period of time. For metagaming, Caboose themself even said that we all muted in the de leon discord, as they had been in there with us for a while before the mugging. I am not asking for an immediate unban, but I'm looking for an unban just in general, I wouldn't care if it was in months, I just don't think what I did warrants a permanent ban. In short, the time frame from when I got unbanned from my second permanent ban, within a few days of creation of my accused "mugging character" to now could be considered an old character, as it was made within a few days of my return.
