+1 Months ago I heard mentions of an African American faction being looked at as a bad idea, due to people treating the ethnicity as a minge platform. (Too many white guys on the server who are too comfortable saying the N-word online, too many people trying to RP Crips and Bloods, etc.) After reviewing the app and the ideas you've presented, it is clear a lot of thought has gone into this application, and how this proposal would be implemented. I appreciate you trying to diversify the faction space, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

(Also after by watching those clips carefully (by slowing them down) I can clearly see you sit in that car driving) After I reviewed that clip, I was in the meantime chatting with Jaecob in the admin chat about the following clips below and he also saw this was you and he has adviced me to ban you for a week since you were lying and about all those vdms. I didn't ban you at all because of this "Attitude" or any intention to "Abuse my powers" I banned you on evidence given by users. If you're being reported your story needs to be backed up by evidence, your word or the logs can't always fully proof you're innocent. You couldn't provide your side without giving me video evidence but your story about you losing the control of your car by going super fast. Hey guys, had a suggestion. Not sure of how difficult the implementation would be though. Idea: Add a channel in the discord which creates and entry for /event messages which can be read and taken as IC information and be able to act accordingly as sometimes PK messages can be missed. Pro: - It make it so that factions could see who's been PK'd ICly. - Would make it easier for players to find scheduled events, i.e 'this event starts in 30 mins'. - Could add a better element of RP into the mix, if people pay attention to the channel. - Great to be able to look back at PK messages Con: - Maybe potential metagame?

Not gonna lie, I wasn't expecting this level of detail and effort. Really well made app and I really enjoy the RP sets you guys have set up, really hope to see them in game! +1

+/- Not a bad application, however I think it does fall on the lackluster front as others have pointed out. I would maybe take this to the drawing board again and figure out what you can change to make it more original, as it currently stands to me, it reads as just another Italian faction which you actually agree with yourself and the 'new elements' you speak of don't really strike me as making the faction that much different from others that already exist in the server. PRO - Well written - Backstory was broken up nicely, I enjoyed the use of images and dates. CON - Not diverse enough IMO. We have 6 Italian factions at the moment, and I don't think what you have put in this app is enough to distinguish yourselves from the others. - I liked the backstory but I do feel like it could've been padded out more with more information and history of the faction to make it really stand out. - Lack of originality, as others have pointed out there isn't really anything new in this application.

We currently only have the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X which is a 2 slot phone in the Inv. I would like to recommend the Motorola 9800X which came out in 1989, Which I know is a year later in-game time However we already have a bunch of stuff from the future in the server anyhow. Perhaps the cost in the store could a premium to justify the size. 9800X 8000X

For those unaware, these props are already on the server and already take up server space, but are blacklisted as props are blacklisted by default. By whitelisting them, builders would be able to make use of them to majorly enhance builds on the server and you would see less repetition of the same tables and chairs. All of the models listed below do not appear in the q search menu for many people and I have no idea as to why. However after having @iolaire go through them ( hes able to see em, no idea why ) these are the blacklisted ones that are really good. If they were to be whitelisted though I guess they would have to be put in a category on the search menu so people would actually be able to see them. This is kinda one of those ideas you come up with being stoned, so bear with me. I'll keep it short and simple: - Add time limits to being recognizable by someone. IE: When I F3 someone, after 5 minutes my F3 becomes "Unknown" again to them - Add a check though so if it's the same character ID F3ing the other same character ID; once you f3 the same person 3 times it'll be permanent. This solidifies close relationships within the families, while dons can give dons orders to lower guys now without fear of them using their name in the future against them since they'll forget what they look like later, and it puts a slight curve against ID fishing with the police, and if you get id fished 3 times then in RP you'd be considered a frequent flyer with the police and they'll know you.

If you're going to use a situation like this (where you were prob toggled off cause you weren't mass mugging/pking people), it won't prove much. It is clear hacking, you hit the locker in the back of the room and it did damage to the person you were mugging. You are also a nuisance to the community and I have 0 clue how you weren't perma'd before this. Good luck with the appeal, but don't bring me into this situation with a completely different sit thinking I'm going to "support" you in this case. I spent so long trying to compile the clips and I just gave up, banning admin here, Your story starts when I begin to noclip around you instead of using the spectate command. (I was watching for almost an hour before! wow!!!) Literally just going to copy paste all of the text I had explained to others if you could reply with each one of the situations and why you think you're not cheating that'd be great. I had ---- shoot him from the roof tops in the leg, he then later said to the cops “why are cops shooting me from the roof”, when there was no indication it was a cop (He said flashbang, but from the spectating POV, I didn't see anything, and neither did his clip) He then goes into the sewers and he’s constantly turning around to see through the walls where the cops are and how close they are, out of render distance he finds a dark corner and sits in it waiting for them to pass right when they're about to catch up to him. Then I get ---- to shoot him in the leg again from a rooftop, and he makes a ticket asking why civis are shooting him in the legs from rooftop (---- was on a civi this time) THEN the final straw No lock picking or anything, ---- was standing outside of the guys ghetto room, and he’s running around and preparing for a gun fight (esping), ---- starts to lock pick and he instantly readies his gun He wasn’t silent aiming in the last one, but he def knew he was there without making any noise He also says the appeal starts when the cop shoots him, and that’s when I started noclipping around him on purpose. oh another super interesting one i forgot to say, when i was spectating him (before i started noclipping around him on purpose), he was bragging how he was the best shooter ever in diverge history and that if any cops tried to arrest him or his friends, he'd win the gunfight, then when they're in a townhouse, not even like 5 seconds after starting another conversation, he goes "oh shit, i think theres cops outside", no sirens on or anything, and a cop is sitting in a bush outside of the window (not visible from garage, where he was standing.... duhhh) In the end, I was not trying to bait your PSilent aim (from the original PK clip), but I was trying to bait out ESP behaviour, in which I saw you follow multiple times. "Randomly" doing a 360 to look around you, or looking in the general direction of where someone is shooting you from, but never directly at the person. You act as a csgo player trying to seem legit, but I can tell you're not by all these little hints and movements you do, the biggest and most obvious case of the ESP was in the sewers, when out of render distance, cops don't even turn the corner yet, and you instantly know to hide in a dark area of the sewers? But the second they DO peak you, you're staring directly at them (still out of render distance btw). Yes, I did read most of the appeal, but it does genuinely start where you talk about being shot from the rooftops, there is a whole one sentence about the townhouse situation when that was almost a quarter of the spectating time.

Once again. I've tried explaining to you multiple times. It's a game. Accidents can happen. None of which have been intentional and I even told the people that have been hit that it was an accident. Not my fault that the cars are hard to control, and me speeding has nothing to do with your judgement. Speeding is a crime in the game, which is apart of the RP. Not your business if I speed or not. The whole point is there was no intentional VDM, and a week ban is unacceptable.
