If no one is taking the ticket i'd take it myself eventually handle it You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would start getting as much valueable evidence as possible. Then i'd report this Staff to a higherup to have it delt with. Staff Abuse is very serious and having evidence is the best way to prove your arguments A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Firstly I want to start this monologue off by saying that Stripes is personal friend of mine and that I am writing this reply to impugn this appeal so that he could get his character back after he was PKed by a cheating Hans. Aside from the content of the appeal itself, it’s quite clear that Hans is a “low quality player” based off of the interactions that he has had with people on this thread, the interactions he decided to publicly post on his medal account, and the interactions that his retarded friends have had. I've skimmed through the thread, and it appears to me that there are a handful of Hans' acquaintances who are running to his defense so that he can come back to the server, and they can dilute more peoples' experiences for the sake of a few laughs. Not to mention, half of you can't put together a coherent sentence and are just trained like dogs to -1 completely reasonable posts because for some reason, it seems as if you believe the reactions will cancel out the logic stated in the replies. One thing that thoroughly enrages me is people like @Winchester who say retarded things like "oh well check his clips!" "oh well check his computer files!" Obviously at this point if Hans had any fraction of a brain he'd have deleted the cheats, especially if the threat of "checking computer files" (which either way is utterly impractical) was sensibly prevalent. And I've gone through his medal, and his clips show very little, but then again if I was a cheater, I wouldn't want to post clips of myself blatantly cheating either. Additionally, I don't think it is at all your place to reply to this thread with a list of prerequisites for a cheating ban, like "substantial proof over the span of a few gameplays," "investigating their pc files in real time" (which we've already discussed is a braindead argument), and "comparing it to different gameplays in different video games even with different settings in place." I’ve been running the cab for a while now and feel it could be more influential as an organized profession. Right now it’s seen as a starter job for new players. These new taxis are slightly detrimental for a legitimate cab company. I’ve purchased the $15,000 personal cab, and noticed a lot more interaction just being out of the free taxi. I’m suggesting a more integrated public transportation system for the city. It could provide more stable long term legal jobs without the full time commitment like a faction would need. If anyone has any more ideas to build upon this or would be interested I would love to hear it. I just don’t think the job fits a newer player they don’t know their way around the city yet and may not be the best drivers. After this altercation the guy was pk'd and I had no idea I was had no accusations of "Cheating" at this time. All my friends got off so I devoted my time to trying to help some guy run from the cops. So , I went and bought him medkits and started running back to the townhouse he was at. Once I got to townhouse 1 I was being shot at so I started looking around and noticed a guy on top of the building parallel from Napoli. To escape his bullet I hid by a tree under that section of roofs to stay hidden and to use a splint to change my appearance. Also to switch up my body group so whoever was shooting at me would quit and be fooled. Once I got my leg in tact I started booking it toward the back of the silver tounge to hit the sewers .Shortly before I started running out of the tree though a flash bang hit me. At this point obviously I thought cops were trying to kill me because who else would have a flash bang. Anyways tho I ran to the back of the silver tounge and a cop pulled up on me. Being unaware that I was being Baited , I blasted the cop because I thought cops were trying to kill me I do admit I did rdm the cop but it was a really weird situation sorry about that. Hit the sewers and started booking it. Valentina reed and Melissa white started chasing me, dont know where they came from but they started blasting me through the dark tunnels. So i put my hands up and surrendered . They took me to the end of the sewers after I explained the "weird" situation I was in.(being set up) Then , they just said this never happened and let me go so I was confused as fuck . Forgot to mention in the sewers I called a sit and asked why the fuck cops were trying to kill me and azanti just basically brushed it off. But, once we came out of the sewers the cops left me , untied me so I made my way to truttoria or however u spell it . I think it would be neat to have a one way radio for radio stations or podcast to prevent minge listeners from just ruining it and mic spamming or just talking nonsense. Something even better could be a deployable one way radio that connects to a microphone or something of the sort located at a radio station or production studio. Just a thought figured Id throw it out there. dude i know how the pm9 works, ive simulated AS YOU SAID the spread, ive gone though the frames of your clip and matched the spread to each frame, ive done this around 3 times to prove my point and not a single time was any of the bullets near a target, you can argue hitboxs and desync all you want but that does NOT make up for a gap as big as in your clip, shouldve had a smaller fov circle buddy!

It would create more RP for people when it comes to the taxis, but there would always have to be a don taxi and other people running it, which could get a little boring, assuming I'm understanding what you're trying to say.

If we were able to have landline phones that use one persistent number installed, much like how you would install CCTV systems with a permit, it could provide a lot of RP opportunity. I could see restaurants or really any business using them. Perhaps for a Chinese food delivery or to check the status of a gun shipment.
