Firstly I want to start this monologue off by saying that Stripes is personal friend of mine and that I am writing this reply to impugn this appeal so that he could get his character back after he was PKed by a cheating Hans. Aside from the content of the appeal itself, it’s quite clear that Hans is a “low quality player” based off of the interactions that he has had with people on this thread, the interactions he decided to publicly post on his medal account, and the interactions that his retarded friends have had. I've skimmed through the thread, and it appears to me that there are a handful of Hans' acquaintances who are running to his defense so that he can come back to the server, and they can dilute more peoples' experiences for the sake of a few laughs. Not to mention, half of you can't put together a coherent sentence and are just trained like dogs to -1 completely reasonable posts because for some reason, it seems as if you believe the reactions will cancel out the logic stated in the replies. One thing that thoroughly enrages me is people like @Winchester who say retarded things like "oh well check his clips!" "oh well check his computer files!" Obviously at this point if Hans had any fraction of a brain he'd have deleted the cheats, especially if the threat of "checking computer files" (which either way is utterly impractical) was sensibly prevalent. And I've gone through his medal, and his clips show very little, but then again if I was a cheater, I wouldn't want to post clips of myself blatantly cheating either. Additionally, I don't think it is at all your place to reply to this thread with a list of prerequisites for a cheating ban, like "substantial proof over the span of a few gameplays," "investigating their pc files in real time" (which we've already discussed is a braindead argument), and "comparing it to different gameplays in different video games even with different settings in place." You talk about an ignorance of cheating then demand that an individual accused of cheating on Garry's Mod is taken to a DIFFERENT GAME to see if they're cheating. How fucking dumb can you be. It's even more impractical to say all these things and come into this thread framing yourself as an expert on this topic when you first joined about a month and a half ago, and since then, your only other forum posts are a ban appeal for LTARP and a PK appeal because you were stupid enough to shoot at a cop before warming up your hands first. The appeal is going on two weeks tomorrow, and I've yet to see any sort of convincing defense, other than shit like "Also I think its crazy that you are so sure im hacking when im literally not." and "kinda hard to toggle on and off something that aint there because im not cheating", whereas on the other hand, I'm more inclined to believe the staff who've replied to this thread, who have all, without exception, come to the conclusion that you were cheating. Especially when these staff have been around far longer than you or I and have assumably had experience with cheaters. As I stated, even if you weren't cheating, if it was me, I'd ban you anyway because I'd sooner hang myself than have to share a community with a more devolved group of retards.

Due to it being so long ago and at the time you not having many POs you will be given the benefit of the doubt and will unban you. Just know this will stay on your record so if you get bans in the future for the same thing your ban will be harsher if not a re perma ban.

Ban reason is hacking? If you claim the guy to be cheating at least specify the cheats he used in the ban reason. But no, he is not cheating. You see crazier shit in cs-go and some of the guys are not even pros. Honestly, a lot of players including myself just suck at pvp and Gmod is an old game full of bugs, lag, etc. Not to mention the fact that PM-9 is an op gun and even I can kill anyone with it. Also the guy shooting at the wall with a PM-9 to demonstrate the guy is cheating is just outrageous. Do you want to compare a moving target with a wall? Just unban the guy and get good at pvp.

after watching the clip in question, the crosshair did not appear to be on the guys head at all. definitely looks like cheats.

Let me break it down for you: me and everyone else who said the guy is not cheating, said so because they looked at every single clip, all the comments, etc and not only a singular clip of the retarded guy shooting at the wall. Me quoting that said clip just goes to demonstrate that you and everyone else is just trying to ban a regular player who does not use cheats because of ignorance when it comes to cheating. Now you said you know how to detect cheats so show everyone proof that the guy is cheating and not only base your opinion on some clips that honestly do not prove anything at all. On top of this, the fact you refused to spectate Hans gameplay and his computer files to see if he had cheats just goes to show you are so convinced that the guy is cheating that you don´t even want to investigate further. To ban someone for cheating needs substantial proof over the span of a few gameplays + investigating their pc files in real time + comparing it to different gameplays in different video games even with different settings in place + spectating ingame within different angles to properly come to that conclusion (something that you did not do, otherwise we would not have this ban appeal in place with so many people going off some clips solely). If you had done proper investigation then there would be no place for doubts.

All you're saying is you don't fuck with me or anyone associated with me and would ban me just because of that. Also that you think I'm a nuisance to the server. You have said absolutely nothing relevant to the ban appeal that could show I was hacking. Talking about my other bans on this ban appeal is irrelevant and proves nothing. Besides the point, 2 weeks for this appeal should show there is not enough to pin me as a hacker and ban me from the server.
