My name is Rizo, and Ive been playing on Diverge for almost 2 years now. Ive made tons of friends and have had the time of my life on this server. When I first started to play, my character's last name was Rizano, and it kind of just stuck. From that day forward, I continued my legacy, gaining many sons and grandchildren from those sons, all who worked with me in the underworld of these streets. My family expanded until I had about 15-20 rizanos roming the streets while we were at our peak in the Jews. Unfortunately, all great things must come to an end. My capo came to me at the time and told me if I pkd another capo, I would get his crew. At the time, I was desperate and had a lot of people relying on me to bring them up in this world. So I accepted, a week or two pass until my target gets on; the day that all this would take place, I was snitched on OOC to Monaclu by one of my most trusted sons. I accepted my ban for metagaming and PKD for metagaming. witch is entirely in monaclus rights as a staff member. {Your character can be PK'ed/bbanned by staff at their discretion if you break server rules, such as but not limited to: fail corruption, minging as a police officer, metagame/powergame, item transfer/character abuse, etc., but did I really metagame? The definition of metagamin is "Using Out of Character Information In-Character." This entire situation was out of character; no gun was pointed, no information was used, ic from OOC. This entire thing was through Discord messages, so tell me how this classifies as metagaming. Please list me the rule after I've gone through them at least a dozen times. Im not here to make apologizes, im here to state facts, and the fact is I got banned and PKD for talking in a Discord call and typing in a Discord chat that was not owned by Diverge and was never brought into character.

The Q i bought from him i payed for in cash, and the statues/cigarettes were just something i had lying around. I was on the server for several hours after what i think must have been the incident that caused this, and i was not summoned or spoken to or anything. i just woke up this morning with 2 weeks and no explanation other than "transfer". My ban also says i have 1 (P.O), but that was back in december last year when i first started playing the game. Do P.Os not dissapear after 6 months? If i have done something wrong and i am not realising it i apologise and im sorry. But i do not believe i have done anything to warrant a 2 week ban. I feel this could have been cleared up in a sit room which i was available for hours after the card thing. Why should you be unbanned? Well even if i am incorrect and i have broken some rule, a 2 week ban for something i havent done since december, seems very unfair and over the top. Im not a minge and i do not go around breaking rules. If i am correct in assuming the transfer was something to do with making counterfeit cards last night, i guarantee it will have been an oversight as we were not passing things between characters, we were giving each other things we individually had to make the cards. Im also confused as to why i wasnt pulled to a sit and was just shadowbanned? I was online for hours after the log you posted and i wasnt spoken to by anyone. instead im now up on trial in front of the entire community. i have over a month IC time and a very miniscule amount of that is spent doing deals with players, i dont think my atm history gives an accurate representation of who i am on the server. Im sure if you scrolled through 50 pages of anyones log there would be things come up. But again, i will admit to my mistakes and i apologise, i promise i am not trying to hurt anyone, the playerbase, or the economy. If this is a culmination of my entire time on the server i understand, i just wish someone could have spoken to me in game and explained this. I admit to being at fault, and im sorry for the hurt i have caused by it. Im reading the rules rn and i understand that any form of transfer is dissallowed, but does that also mean that anything i have touched on one char can never ever be touched by another? so for example say i sold a cassette to somebody, even if days/weeks go by does that mean i am dissallowed from ever buying that specific item again from them? ive never been in a sit or had the exact rulings explained to me, again the P.O was around 9 months ago and it wasnt a sit, it was just a "dont do that" from a nearby staff member. Ghetto Rescue (this is actually how we met) - On a hot August afternoon in Southside, Constantin was approached by two Italian men. They captured him, blindfolded him, and trapped him in a grimy room in the Ghetto. The room had another prisoner- Jani Ramone. Scared and confused about what was happening, the two didn’t know whether they would make it out of this one alive. Suddenly, the door swung open and three men filed in. The captives couldn’t see who they were, on account of them being blindfolded. They conversed about the sale of both captives, first the Italians spoke, and then… David?! By some stroke of luck, David saw what was happening and decided to play it cool. He bought their freedom, and all of them made it out alive. What happened to the traffickers? They don’t know. What they do know is that David saved their asses, and for this he was chosen unanimously as the leader of their new crime organization. A New Opportunity - With the restaurant closed, the team had to find a new front for their operation. Considering the resources at their disposal, it was decided that a “security” agency would be the new legal enterprise. Protecting the assets of other companies would be the primary goal of their group, though other endeavors such as bounties, escorts, and surveillance would also be part of their day to day duties. “Ardelian Holdings, Limited” was formed as the legal entity, with its name linking the men to their Romanian heritage. An Ardelean is simply someone from the Transylvania region of Romania. The Present - Our five men, and a handful of underlings, are ready to take on (Or cooperate with) the other families who preside over Southside. I planned and coordinated a pk no denying it but never made or used and alt char in any way 2. monaclu would you have pkd me if I was apart of any other faction maybe not the faction you literally created showing you have a bias in this entire situation 3. do not forget this staff member went out of his way to permaban me for being in a group chat with the high ranking Rizanos its LITTERALY CALLED THE RIZANOS FAMILY GC 4. in the reality of things monaclu should never had taken this ticket to ban or pk me he knew the victim very personally he had way to much bias towards the situation and I don't agree with how he handled any of it. 5. he went on to gloat in my dms about this perma ban also 6.hes denied my past pk appeal as well even though i was right in stating the guy was cheating for he was banned for it and i was unpkd this staff member is unprofessional, biased and outright just an asshole he shouldn't be allowed to take tickets regarding the Jews in any circumstance.

Banning Admin here. Logs can see an items exact ID, and below I have highlighted that with underlining. Attached above is one of the logs of you item transferring two cat figurines from Josh Solomon’s to your Aces character. Your 46 pages of item pickups and drops told a big story about your character and how you play this server. I suggest you admit to item transferring, apologize, and fess up to everything else and then maybe the UA team will look favorably upon your honesty and lower your ban time.

Let me break it down for you: me and everyone else who said the guy is not cheating, said so because they looked at every single clip, all the comments, etc and not only a singular clip of the retarded guy shooting at the wall. Me quoting that said clip just goes to demonstrate that you and everyone else is just trying to ban a regular player who does not use cheats because of ignorance when it comes to cheating. Now you said you know how to detect cheats so show everyone proof that the guy is cheating and not only base your opinion on some clips that honestly do not prove anything at all. On top of this, the fact you refused to spectate Hans gameplay and his computer files to see if he had cheats just goes to show you are so convinced that the guy is cheating that you don´t even want to investigate further. To ban someone for cheating needs substantial proof over the span of a few gameplays + investigating their pc files in real time + comparing it to different gameplays in different video games even with different settings in place + spectating ingame within different angles to properly come to that conclusion (something that you did not do, otherwise we would not have this ban appeal in place with so many people going off some clips solely). If you had done proper investigation then there would be no place for doubts.
