I'm not trying to get out of that, but about 2 days after that, I received messages from @monaclu. These messages stated that I had been permanently banned for plotting to PK and metagaming in a chat. I reviewed the chats and saw that the only thing I actually said in this group chat was, and I quote, "LMAO." This Super Admin permanently banned me from Diverge Networks for typing "LMAO" in Discord. I've been playing on this server for around 2 years, and this saddens me. I made a previous appeal on this, and the admin who denied it completely disregarded what I said and only considered what Monaclu said in defense of my appeal. He also PK'd my character for metagaming, which I’m not sure is entirely allowed, but who knows. I love this community, but I don't appreciate some of the staff running it. This Super Admin came at me to gloat about permanently banning me and was overall very disrespectful. All love - Rizo @Canadian-bacon

Why do you write like you're translating the appeal through 3 different languages to english? Also, I explained pretty well on the original ban appeal. You could've left the group chat, you could've reported it, but this is so normalized for you that you didn't. You still don't even admit that it was wrong to be running a group chat that's doing the same shit that you were banned for already. There's no apology here. This hardly a dispute. You can't even muster a basic "hey I fucked up a second time, im sorry." I hope in your next appeal you actually put in effort. Check your spelling. Don't act like you're a victim. Apologize. Or, if there's something to actually dispute about the ban, dispute it. But the "all I said was lmao how can I get perma banned for that" doesn't work. You were caught in a metagame mugging group chat A SECOND TIME like IMMEDIATELY after being banned. Couldn't even wait for the dust to settle.

Imo generally people dont go walking around threatening other people usually with any weapon and when they do its usually for petty shit. The most times ull ever see guns presented is around owned businesses and i think if the rule were changed it would allow for alot of bullshit and kill baiting such as one faction visiting another business exclusively to fuck with them until they get told to leave by force and then automatically resort to killing once they see the firearm and hear the threat. There is alot of good RP that can come out of a rule change like this but at the same time there's alot more opportunity for kill hungry people to abuse the change just for the sake of having the excuse to shoot someone.

the top photo was taken a millisecond before he shot is first round so, he was aiming right at hem for the first shot t hit the middle one was after he shot and when the recoil hit, and a millisecond before he shot two more rounds that missed hitting the locker behind the man being shot the photo on the bottom is when he recovered from the recoil and finished shooting and killing hem in both times when he hit hem he was aiming right at hem and when he was aiming it was not locking on the hem and you could tell he had to manually aim at hem and if he had aim bot, he prob would not have missed as many times as he did

Hello I am the admin that administered your PK. Initially and admittedly there definitely was some oversight on my part from not seeing the movement from the perpetrator of the PK, However the initial circumstance was that i considered the PK valid because you had been put under Fear RP, retaliated, and died. At the time I did listen to your point that u did not hear anything ingame and did not understand that u were being put under fear RP BUT hearing anything other then ingame sounds such as listening to music or videos or in your case UFC does not make you immune to fear RP from other players, similar to how having bad wifi or hardware issues or other outside variables don't protect you from any repercussions ingame. With all this said though id say the reversal of this PK would be valid due to my oversight in not realizing the other party may have been using 3rd party cheats to gain an advantage.

Metagaming means that i need to use the information at my favor on the game or talk in the game things that they are talking outside the game but it's not my case. I feel very sorry that you found out people doing that kind of roleplaying but my game it's clean, don't need to use any external help to improve. I would like to say for metagaming charge that i haven't use the only message that i could have use that is a radio frequency message that they have send on the discord group, i do have a video where i got invited to the frequency in-game and made the roleplaying IC but inside the game not viceversa. For chat abuse i haven't done something like that, i preffer using my voice instead of writing even if my english it's not perfect. I'm always very kind to cops and salute them whenever i see them even if they don't do it back because respect it's important to me. My only mistake was to live in the guetto because that's how i got involved but not intentionally with them, i do have an apartment there but the crimes that they have commited has nothing to do with me as i always do a separate roleplay, the only moment when we were roleplaying together it's when we need to defend from attackers as i don't only live on the guetto i also do have their f3 so IC we are like friends or like we would say on roleplaying like a family. That's the reason why i went into the police station trying to help one of the people who lives on the guetto with me because i do have a good amount on money based on the work that i have done on the game and i know people needs money there and it's hard for them to get it. At the end of that day one of the people who lives in the guetto invite me to be more often with them so invite me to the radio frequency, all of this was on roleplay and also recorded. I follow the rules, i never did mugging as i read the rules it's to steal things from other players and i don't have that kind of need, i'm always following the laws from the city. About the discord group, i joined and probably before i joined they did illegal things but i wasn't aware of it as they invite to discord to play together more often, that was my only intenttion and viceversa. (At least that's what they let me think, still have video) I'm sorry, i didn't knew that they were doing metagaming but i never went on the same with them, i only requested help to defend from attackers, never joined to their faction and accept any kind of risk, it was a one time roleplay as i'm solo player to avoid problems. I'm sorry if i didn't express well on my first appeal but i didn't knew much about what happened and know i fully understand the causes. I want to apologize to Anzati to because i know his job. Why should you be unbanned? On game i'm a person that goes to eat to restaurants once in a while, very respectful to everyone and helpful too, when someone seems injured i don't think twice if i can help i'll do it and that's how it has gone so far. I don't harass cops and i'm always respecful to them, don't see a reason to be mad with them because i'm following the laws and rules, even while driving. And i have learned from my mistakes, i already read the rules again so now i do have a better concept of what i can do and what i shouldn't. And my roleplaying it's positive, my goal it's to put a bussiness once i do have enough money or join a faction that has similar interests than myself. so, I like the active and idle threat rules but I think they should change it a bit. so, in the active and idle threat rules "Someone saying they will kill/beat you in an argument or conversation. (Unarmed, weapon on safety etc) that is an idle threat." now I understand if someone was unarmed and was making threats, they should not be KOS, but I do not feel the same with the safety part. because if I were to go up to someone on the street and have a M16 automatic rifle on safety and I were to threaten someone's life I would be an "idle threat" and not an "active threat" so, they would not be able to kill me even though I'm carrying a rifle while threating their life. even though I could easily change to active threat in less than two seconds they still can't defend their selves until my guns off safety. I feel like it's unrealistic and dumb that they have not changed this rule yet. it makes no since on why they keep this rule and I feel like they should modify the rule, so the safety part is in the active threat category where it belongs. thank you for reading this suggestion and have a nice day
