Our aim is to make that more straightforward, and hopefully try to cut out a lot of the minginess with having an actual whitelisted group running the area. We have already converted a lot of random black minge characters to being part of BPS, and with that they are listening more and actually doing RP instead of walking into Little Italy and gunning up people for no reason. Provide examples or event ideas to promote activity within your faction and keep people interested. (Reference your unique RP from the question above): As said above our unique RP is just that we would be a one of kind as the only black gang on the server. There hasnt been any full blown gangs like this in a long time so this would be fresh rp for a lot of people, getting jumped in, doing bbqs with our group, running bare knuckle fights with our guys, playing basketball, over all just hanging out in the ghetto. At first I was hesitant about a black gang as it normally turns mingy, but after an actual well done meeting type interaction with my Italian character I changed my mind on these folks. Since then I've made a character to hangout and get a feel for their RP and it has been fun and not mingy ( theres the occasional retard as with all factions but for the most part its good ). Julius has prior experience leading a faction and so do many of the people involved. +1

They managed to translate how uncomfortable I feel walking in ghettos in real life into the game. That alone gets my vote. On a real note, watching these guys and sometimes giving rides to their members to get back to their ghetto showed me a level of organization that is lost on most factions. They're not out selling pins for donations to a faction or trying to garner support through things that aren't part of their roleplay. They managed to etch in a place on the map off of pure dedication, numbers and conversion of bad elements into actual roleplayers. There's something that can be said for a faction that can serve as a minge magnet and actually use that energy toward something constructive. Whether they get approved or not, I hope BPS is here to stay for a while. I love their efforts and look forward to seeing what else they can do. +1

Idk how difficult this is to add or not but it would be amazing to create a queue for Hi-Fis so you don't have to go up to it all the time after each song ends. Just seems like a simple tweak to make our amazing gmod experience more relaxing.

When Police try to raid them for no reason excluding them being black, and camp the ghetto for multiple hours finding to arrest a black person why would they shoot them why they try to arrest one of their own? +1 BPS really brings life and rp into the server. We had rp with Italians over graffiti and settlements with drug distributors to make money with. Over all BPS is a very unique street gang that will surely bring life into the server and convert minges into rpers.

The Hi-Fi's are a jukebox like technology that play music when prompted. These Hi-Fi systems really set the mood and create the perfect vibe to match the style and image of a business or individual. Picture this: an Italian restaurant playing Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin to create that classic, old-school atmosphere. And in some urban areas, you might find places rocking the songs of Eazy-E or 2Pac for a more modern feel. As an already great technology, I think it can be better with a few additions... Playlists: - Playlists help organize music into a singular category. In the server, I help run the Trattoria (Italian restaurant on Little Italy). When playing music, I look for Italian songs, or something that matches. Having to remember each song can be a hassle for me, and others. A good playlist could go a long way with the memorization and help with choosing songs to match a vibe. Autoplay: - This idea would piggy back off the playlist idea. When a playlist is made, there would be an autoplay feature that plays music when there is nobody around to queue music. This can be toggled on/off and can either have a timer of 30 minutes to 1 hour, or just end when all the songs have played. (I think a shuffle playlist feature could also compliment well with the autoplay/playlist idea.) I think this could be a QoL addition!

Lol... 1st: You were PK'd due to constant disrespect to Aurora and Grag, then the fact that in the course of 1 week you were arrested 3 times bringing a lot of un-needed attention to us. It doesn't matter if you beat the cases or not (which in of itself could be suspicious...), you were still arrested and charged. 2nd: You also caused drama with our ally faction the 14k. When they were getting ready to PK a guy you ran up to them I the Middle of the Street and said, "Wow you guys about to do a PK on him!" with the subject of the PK standing RIGHT THERE. Needless to say we had a meeting about that between us and the 14k. This alone is enough to PK you Now in regards to the give it a month, I said that we could talk in a month or two because you were straight up begging me to unpk you (something I cannot do). Hey guys, had a suggestion. Not sure of how difficult the implementation would be though. Idea: Add a channel in the discord which creates and entry for /event messages which can be read and taken as IC information and be able to act accordingly as sometimes PK messages can be missed. Pro: - It make it so that factions could see who's been PK'd ICly. - Would make it easier for players to find scheduled events, i.e 'this event starts in 30 mins'. - Could add a better element of RP into the mix, if people pay attention to the channel. - Great to be able to look back at PK messages Con: - Maybe potential metagame?

I want to be able to ensure the community is still able to be assisted and flow smoothly in these times. Also, to further get involved in the community and be apart of it's continued growth, especially with the influx of new and returning players coming with the map change. The city felt so alive, Rp was flourishing in every part of the city, and everyone just felt in higher spirits. You had Italians making Little Italy feel like an actual block in NYC with how busy it was and loud and just going out and speaking with each other. In China town you players opening a sushi shop, a beautiful underground restaurant. Even the ghetto was creating it's gangs and hierarchy. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: As someone that witnessed the situation I would first make a ticket and have a clip ready to provide evidence for another staff member to take it. If no other staff is available to take it after sometime, then I would go on duty and handle the situation myself. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would try to collect evidence first. Once collected, i would make the staff report or follow the proper chain of command to have it handled properly. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would not take the ticket as it would be a conflict of interest and there would definitely be a chance for bias involved.

+1 Only plus oneing because I can see that people around like seeing BPS in the Ghetto doing gang rp. BPS adds an actual oraganized ghetto element to the streets that make it uncomftable to be a white boy walking through the hood and it goes both ways its hard for BPS to walk through little italy or china town and not get harrased or get funny looks. +1, after actual rp experiences with them they do rp at a relatively good standard and I imagine should they become an actual faction that standard would increase further, cant see a reason as to why not.

These were not a one off situation, it was repeated actions by you after NUMEROUS warnings.

Do you want us to send a paragraph listing out in painful detail every single reason that went into our decision to PK you? When we listed the reason for the PK as disrespect, we were only mentioning one of the MANY reasons for your PK. I'm sorry what? You don't think that is a valid reason to PK your dumbass? You're in the middle of the streets, talking about someone being murdered, not only that you are using the words "PK" which could invalidate their kill altogether. 14k had all the right to be pissed off about that.

Radio is a seperate code from chat and thats why "unknowns" are not on radio. But i believe that considering radio is one of the only fast IC ways of immediate communication long distance, and given the range of radios. I think that having unknown status brought to the radio would decrease the likelyhood of metagaming, be it unintentional subconsciously- or maliciously. im sure the coding for this would be a nightmare, and thats why it hasnt happened yet. But i do believe that it is important to be added at some point in the near future. Maybe as an addition with the new update coming???

To provide even further context This guy was Transferred over by Hymie along with EVERY OTHER WIESS member back in October of 2023. and if as you say they have 2 weeks to set them, is there a Screenshot to prove they set him active? Or Logs? Finally, Monte was not in Pruszkowksa during this time, as he was kicked for some "controversy" MONTHS prior to the move over. One last thing, he changed his name and face since then, so how would they have known who to kill? Seems like they might of metagame the actual kill too

He didn't leave... He was pulled over BY Hymie. When Hymie split Pruszkowsa in two he pulled a bunch of members INCLUDING him over which counts as permission due to Hymie being Don at the time. Furthermore, he was in our faction for 8 months which is FAR beyond the 2 week limit for Don's orders!

I like to store my proccesed stuff in ATM's so I can just do one big sell at once but the whole drag and move thing getting a lil annoying so I think a good way to save time and conveniance is to be able to sellect a group of single unit items and then move that all at once
