Hello, I am the PKing admin, I answered a ticket and you had signed the plea deal which under server rules 45 years or longer is an automatic PK. I processed your PK as such. From what you described happening to me in the sit ( essentially killing a punch minge ) I did think the charges were high, however I did think that was primarily an IC issue and not something I could rule on OOCly, If you think it was stacked for the purposes to PK you, maybe a higher staff can take a look.

As the one that got your buddy PK'd and was there for him to be sent away, you definitely did not offer to give the money back. The actual exact situation was he tried to get Sean to "give him five minutes to say goodbye."(terrible attempt at item transferring) This was after he tried to deny anything happened and tried to play dumb. Let's not forget you were using these chars to scam people in your own chars faction. Enjoy the vacation!

I mean come on dude, you assisted in both scams that were both fail and done immediately after each other ( on your friends character which was brand new, immediately put in a whitelist by one of your other characters, and then you swapped back to the original character from the first scam and started scamming with this guy ), the metagame is off the charts.

I was one of the people you scammed tonight. Frank specifically was the one who took my money and you were the getaway driver. I know this because I recognize the phone number you guys put down that's in an earlier screenshot in this thread. Your partner gets my money for drugs you both don't have, then as soon as I get into the car for the trade, you push me out and drive away. An instance I have clipped. No big surprise this is how you've been getting away with it. Horrible behavior, that's money I can't get comped back to my knowledge. Players like you add nothing to the experience but annoyance. First off I wanted to clear up that that hyperbole is honestly sound logic there is well over 15,000 words in the rules and respectfully im sorry you got scammed but if we are being honest that was completely allowed and all its gonna show is you getting robbed within the rules.

To be fair though I never actually did any of the scamming I drove on one of the occasions and the other i didn't know about. Why should you be unbanned?
