Since then, my liking for the server continues and I want to help the server out anyway I can. I've had previous staff experience on other servers and look to make a positive name for myself for this server. Obviously, I also look forward to enforcing rules/regulations on the server, and look towards making other players' experiences as enjoyable as mine was starting out. I also am looking forward towards making friends on the moderation/administration team. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I've spent a lot of time with Garry's Mod, both as a player and as part of the staff. I really know the ins and outs of the game, the rules, and how the community works, so I'm good at handling all kinds of situations. With the experience, I am also actively participating in the server and the roleplaying. This leading to me being more reliable than most, and also making me able to be "counted on" in most problems. In conclusion, I think I have a vast skillset with previous trusted experience, being able to be trusted with, and actively engaging in the community. Do you have any previous staffing experience? Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'm not super well known, but I do know a handful of people. I wouldn't call myself super well known, but I'm also not unknown in the community. I would also say I'm well knowledgable of the community and the "lore" behind it. As much as I do hold pride with my reputation, I have hit a few bumps in the road and had not so good interactions with people. But, I do my best to apologize/come to terms with those that I did not have good interactions in. However, I do mostly hold good interactions and a good image within the server. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: The Christmas event where Santa gave drugs out to us. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: Make a ticket or alert other staff for any possible future instances. I'd either wait for another staff member to take the ticket, or if no staff were on, forget about the interaction and move on. Unfortunately, as much as I might be upset, I do not want any sort of bias in any type of situation like this. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would obviously alert a higher up on this with proof of abuse. If I had no proof, I would alert the higher staff member to "be on the lookout" for any type of instance that occur in the future. However, it should not be my responsibility to try to pursue any punishment towards the staff member, as that is meant for higher staff members to decide and handle. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Well, I'd disregard the ticket and let another staff member take it to begin with. But if I had to take the ticket, I would listen to both sides of the story and make an educated decision on whether a punishment is warranted or not. In my opinion, there is bias that can be brought into the situation but I will do my absolute best at disregarding any type of taking sides.

Regarding the earlier suggestion @JamesNoellHurt made. If possible, we should add one of two new options for bank account money transfers: 1. Allow you to save a bank ID (with a name) to some sort of "Contacts" list in your ATM. Then when you go to transfer funds, you can select which contact(s) you send the funds to by ticking one or more boxes from your contact list (this might require new UIs); or 2. Allow you to send money to multiple people at the same time by separating account IDs with a comma. Each account ID runs a 'separate transaction' so if the account doesn't exist then the money for that person doesn't go through. The amount for each transaction would probably have to be the same though. Probably not an urgent suggestion but it would be a nice quality of life update (especially for government payroll! @Hue)

+1 I've known this guy for a little bit, but from what I've seen has a solid head on his shoulders and would make a fine addition to this community if given the chance in this capability.

+1 I've known this guy since he first joined the server. He is an excellent RPer, knows the rules well and is honestly a good guy over all. I've seen and encouraged him to try things other then criminal like law, cop, and more and I've watched him excel at all of them. I think staff is a great step he could take where he could learn a lot and be a very effective staff member. Goodluck!

Having seen this argument on my own faction app, this is an idiotic notion and a bad argument. If people have the passion to run a faction for a while, there is no harm in allowing them to bring it on. The Cassanos have clearly proven they not only have numbers but a passion for this server as well. Why wouldn't you want this kind of activity in the game, even if it was for a smattering of months before they get 'bored'? It's just a point made in bad faith. If you don't like the faction, just say that instead of trying to give a run around of your real point through a vague nothing-burger of a -1.
