Most of these potential offenses were over a year ago infact and potentially even further ago than that and I take full responsibility for what had occurred in those past offenses and I plead for the forgiveness of that. Before making this ban appeal I made sure I carefully inspected the server rules, most of which I already knew but to be sure I went over it anyways. LTAP is when you leave to avoid punishment or roleplay in which what happened I did not. My character irp is a drug addict and did a few baggies of coke while a cop was watching and I didn't know until it was too late, so I evaded arrest by trying to run and then eventually gave up and i was caught and taken to a cell in which I spoke to him and requested my sentence and a lawyer but to no avail, I was ignored even for the request of asking for a lawyer or a sentence. If anything I was trying to receive my punishment and not avoid it by leaving because I was fearful of being banned again due to my past offenses and being banned for LTAP even though me leaving to avoid punishment wasn't my true intentions. For a good 20 minutes I stood in that cell constantly trying to talk to the officers so I could serve my time and then leave and I was constantly ignored, except I was offered a plea deal but the link to the google document didn't work and as I tried telling the officer which on the other side of the cell he also ignored me. I constantly spammed when am I getting charged for 20 minutes and tried to get the officers attention so after that I left and rejoined again a day later in hopes of getting my sentence, there were no cops around the cell so I asked a staff member to help me out with this and he brought the officer over, Charlie Fray who finally gave me my sentence a day later which was 15 years. I'm sure anybody else in my situation would've done the same thing cause eitherway left the game or not I still would've received my punishment and I wasn't even trying to avoid it. So I'd like to respectfully request that the length of my ban is removed or atleast reduced please. Why should you be unbanned?: It was simply a time of inconvenience with miscommunication going on in which I was banned for LTAP which is when you're try to leave to avoid punishment. The cops were actively ignoring me while I was trying to receive my punishment, anybody else would've done the same thing in my position. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): N/A

Or are you implying your discord got hacked *right after* you made that UA ticket..... to which the first thing the hacker did was specifically message *me* gay monsters inc porn....

This will make overall RP shootouts/hits way better in the way where not everyone's gonna have extended mags and suppressors. +1

if we will still be able to change the attachments on the go by having them in our inventory then i can see no downsides to implementing this. attachments are already such a big part of the pvp side of the server and adding the need to actually rp to get what you need will force rp on some people who wouldnt have normally. +1!

Making certain items like fish only acquirable through fishing with a fishing rod. Would create a fish market for businesses to buy fish from frequently.

An in-game drug tester / breathalyser to see if the man in front of me just scarfed down 4 bags of Cocaine to avoid it being found on him

-1 Get some more time on the server it takes a lot of in-game knowledge that's not fully in the rules to understand lots of situations so its important that you have a good amount of time and experience on the server.

I will be the first to respond. As of right now I don't believe you are someone who should be a staff member on this server. There are several factors that "I" personally consider and the way you have addressed them are clear indicators upon them. Firstly you have joined just 2 weeks ago. In my fairest opinion I know others who have been here months if not longer who, are not and have not applied for staff due to not comprehending certain rules even with the playtime they have. Second. You say around 4 days, you are unsure even though in the question it states to use "!time" ingame to figure this out, ex: "Your total time is 1w 6d 25m." This is mine. Third. You reason for consideration if I am completely honest is both bland, as well as simplistic.. it doesn't set you apart from any of the others that are playing on here. Most players on here already play that amount per day if not more. You are needing something more to set yourself apart from the rest of us players. As stated in my Honest Opinion I do not believe you are cut out to be staff on this server. Very little playtime, just joined recently and wanting to be a staff member in which with me comes out almost as a Red Flag. And nothing to set you apart from other players.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted. This looks like a split second decision in which from your viewpoint you see a guy shoot toward the cop car which blows up. Its reasonable you thought this individual was shooting at the cops on purpose, even if the gun went on safety, it all happened within a second. Bad situation awareness cop RP wise, but not RDM. The ban will be lifted from your account shortly. If it was deemed an invalid ban, it will also be removed from your record.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I was banned last year on 01/05 for insulting and talking bad about the prometheus management team, which at the time included Pendred aswell, I was banned from all platforms, Prometheus, Revenant Networks (Star wars RP) and Diverge. I strongly wish to apologize for my childish actions, I don't remember in particular what I said, but I do know that I said all that I said because I was angry about something that happened in game on Prometheus. After being banished from Prometheus I hopped on diverge to play and was banned then as I realised I got banned from all platforms. I didn't even care anymore, but recently I got the wish to return to diverge. I remember the fun I had roleplaying as a cop on the server, and I was good at it too. Of course here and there I did fool around and get banned on civilian characters, but that was long ago. And as mentioned before this was all a year ago and I have ever since changed and matured more. I am older now and look back at my childish teenage self with some embarrassment as to how toxic I was.
