I'm not exactly sure why I got banned. It says something about LTAP, but honestly, I can't remember LTAPing. But hey, let's figure it out together. I hopped on the server, started off as an Italian character for a bit, then switched to my Blood character. Got into some RP, had a couple of shootouts (all started by the other guys, mind you), then left the hospital. I got a bit trigger-happy, shot randomly, even at a parked car, got myself killed. I laughed it off, had to step out for some real-life stuff, and when I got back, Discord message saying I'm banned for LTAP. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out which part of this is LTAP, if any. And come on, I used to be staff here and will return. You really think I'd pull something like that? Plus, I swear the ban came like 20 minutes after I stepped out. I just wanna know what's up with the ban, and if I messed up, I'll own it and apologize. Name of Character: Pope "Real Wigga" Francis VII SteamID: STEAM_0:0:515445868 Your Discord ID: _.cito__ Date of PK: 4/14/2024 Reason for PK: I really don't understand Why should I be unpked: I don't want to come here to start throwing out accusations against prominent figures in the community of Diverge, but this shit, in my opinion was not a situation deserving of a PK, for a bit of context, I had killed myself on Pope "Real Nigga" Francis V earlier in the night while in the Pen faction, I made a new character which I named Pope "Real Nigga" Francis VI (I now understand that I probably should not have made the exact name except for changing the numbers). A significant amount of time later I was walking past Napoli and saw Hamir Abdul aka Monaclu walking past, I walked up to the group of people and Hamir and said, "Hello there fellas, my names NYPD Detective Pope "Real Nigga" Francis, here to my right is my partner Hamir Abdul", upon saying this a chase started with Hamir chasing me across the city trying to arrest me for "Impersonating a NYPD officer". Once I was eventually shot in the legs and caught by Hamir he saw my name, and upon seeing my name he said "You know what, I'm gonna let you go, but gave me a name change prompt, ordering me to change my name, saying that the name I had was dead and could not be used. Following the name change prompt appearing on my screen, I changed my name to "Pope "Real Wigga" Francis VII", after changing my name I continued walking, I was then frozen by Hamir with his physics gun, then pked. How do you handle this?: Contact a higher-up via the ticket system. If no eligible staff members are online at the time I would make a player report on the forums. What do you do?: Get as much evidence as possible clips, screenshots of the logs, and vouchers then make a staff report and put all of it in there. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDMing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I will do what I have to do if he has broken server rules then I will give out punishments if needed. Just to clarify, I did not create a rape list, nor did I ask anyone to create one. The individual who posted it did so without my involvement.

The UA team made sure to get together and check all the evidence and facts of the case and from what we could see this is a valid PK. The perp in this case saw you pk his friend that he was running around the city with then went to an ATM got a knife out, found you again wearing the same stuff within 5 minutes then killed you. There was no evidence at all of meta-game or any other rule breaks, if you don't want to risk getting pked don't do pks yourself as a don. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

+1 I think that you have the potential to be a good staff member. I think that if you do become a staff member I think you need to wise up and act more mature on the server. Being staff means being a minge on the server is over. No minge chars no acting out of RP when you want. The staff team are not nazis but you would represent the whole staff team, so it's important you act appropriately.
