What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Ok to break it down, a man walks to the casino property I own and talks about mugging our guy and PKing him. **I assumed there was 2 of them, considering once I killed the one the other nearly killed me while picking up the casings, while doing so I killed him too. The screenshot provided by Boom of the 2nd guy attempting to kill me shows him just standing there, if he knew those guys why didnt he attack me dead on with his friend? I believe after the 2 I killed were asked to give their names to him to hunt me down. continuing, I made my way to the docks to put my gun in the bank and disperse from there not to go to the barge. But bc of the whole, you have to wait after using a gun to put it into a bank. I headed to the barge. Why didnt he kill me when I was stuck at the ATM if he followed me. I do not believe this guy followed me to the docks, somehow metagamed. Because when I was returning he had just arrived at the docks. I was at the barge for a good 5 minutes before making my way back. Boom himself told me he was on the fence about this PK. Even if I was wearing the same outfit it is a very basic outfit and lots of people wear it so how would he have known it was me without just taking the right guess that it was me that was PKd. Boom said he followed me but I didnt see any proof of that, and I hope Boom was given proof if true, of that and I believe there may have been some metagaming. Please look into the guys that were all involved in my PK bc another question is did any of these guys have chars in commission factions. More specifically the guy who killed me. Watch the first clip and you will see the guy who killed me was dead behind me and I had no idea that he was affiliated same with the guy in the white yet he didnt help his boy jump me when he did. There have been a few changes made to the family after discussions with HC of the Ruain Collective. The lore has had the above added to the end. This is to signify the former cult's pivot to a crime family. The 'Irish Catholic Cult' portion has been removed from the title. The information on the types of roleplay we do has been edited. While we retain some rituals and traditions, we will ultimately be redoing a lot of things to better fit the mold of Southside and bring our own unique spin to roleplay in other ways aside from ways that could result in zealots being born from a cult. The family type has been changed from Cult to Crime Family. While I was in love with the idea of a cult in Southside, I believe it is not worth sinking the ship to save the Captain, so to speak. We are much more interested in being part of the roleplay and making our own events in our own unique way. To that end, we have pivoted our trajectory and aim to be a crime family with a designed cult-like past. Let it be said I do not want to associate with minges and the like. Hello, A couple of notes to rebuttal your argument: He had their f3 prior, I can confirm they were driving around together for quite awhile today. Talking to the individual that killed you, he did not have a weapon on him, and there is no rule that states they have to immediately attack you. There is a pk cool down timer so he had time to obtain a weapon and attack after. Cool down timer is 30 minutes, you had not changed clothes and it is pretty common knowledge that people go to the water after a PK to ditch a gun or to hide out. There is no proof of metagame, and the person who pk'd you I would be highly surprised if that was the case. The guy who killed you does not have a commission faction. I said I was on the fence but there was more reasons for the pk then I could see for not pk'ing. Your clothes were not changed, but you did stand there picking up bullet casings in the middle of the street for awhile giving the guy plenty of time to not medals etc. You performed this pk in the middle of the street with multiple people standing around.

I believable we should go back to having it so when you show someone your license it does not actually give them your name. There has been a lot of cops just going around asking for ID for having a gun, which is fine but it would clear up a lot of problems with people getting arrested because they dont want cops to have their name. My suggestion to the change could be to have it so when you look at someone's ID when their cuffed the cop gets the name of the perp. That way when someone is legally open carrying cops dont just f3 fish and go let me see your ID and get the name of the person, this would prevent a lot of people from just outright being arrested for refusing to essentially give up their name.

Have you considered changing the active cult aspect? The organization that began as a cult and instead morphed into a modern crime family. Retain some tradition but largely view the cult aspect as a part of the 'old history' or your group.

I love how a cop gets my ID and then a year later of not playing or ever interacting with them, they can see who I am and remember me. Makes no sense. You forgot a lot throughout life, it makes no sense that a cop who arrested me for a misdemeanor can remember me when they’ve had other experiences

When I was scrolling around in the Q menu in Addons, I noticed some props in there can be used for building and would definitely enhance some of the dupes around the city. I don't see a reason to keep these props blacklisted (at least that I have seen). They look great. Here are some images Obviously, some of them dont look great, but most of them would be used for building dupes. I think everyone can agree with me on this.

While I don't think I agree with your second point of being Irish being a negative, I would like to make it clear like I have in previous posts. I've heard of how abrasive the cult followings of the past have been, how mingey they can be. I refuse to be that kind of person. Anyone who has met with me in-game knows that I am not personally the type to ever commit such things. The cult roleplay is purely meant to be inward - a bonus for those who have joined the Collective. To bring people into the cult roleplay involuntarily would be an annoyance to the general public. They're not consenting to that sort of thing, so I refuse to make them bend to that. This is a mafia server first and foremost, so going out on the streets and committing atrocities in the name of some god is not the kind of roleplay I am intending to foster. Our aspects as a cult stop at our front door and do not go outward. If we spread our word, it will be through sermons and speaking to others in persuasive ways rather than downing on others, hunting them down or killing for the sake of wanting to commit violence. I hate these things and would hate if they were done to me while I was minding my own business in the game. My mantra is 'If I don't want it done to me, I will not do it to another person.' Despite the reputation of cult-like factions on this server, I don't rebrand because I'm confident I can make it work. Instead, I aim to challenge the notion and turn it on its head. I aim to be the example of how to actually run a cult faction without being a group of miscreants who harass people and make an ass of themselves in public places. It won't be instant, but every single faction on this server has the people who act out because they want to be stupid, that is unavoidable and it'd be naïve to believe we'd be able to perfectly screen every member. No one ever truly can. I won't ask you to change your opinion now. In fact, I hope you stick around and watch as our faction grows in the hopes that you'll believe not all cult-like factions (or Irish, for that matter) are not bad! Update The Language feature where you don't have to learn English, risk is that if you get arrest and the pd find out you could get a illegal immigration charge for Illegally bypassing the language requirement, this feature adds rp and uses the illegal immigration charge more often, Government faction members could create waivers for illegal immigrants. 2. Karma System (Citizens of New York only). This System has both sides, Law abiding and Criminal, Law abiding Citizens get increased salary up to 300 dollars and discount on legal vendors. Criminal side gets access to underground advertisement, but has more of a increase in negative effects on drug use, reduce welfare check, increase of legal vendor prices, but decrease in illegal vendor item prices. Your criminal side increases if you kill someone, sell weed to vendors, consume drugs, lockpick, restrain someone, etc. Your Law Abiding side increases overtime, sell fish to the fish vendor, work in other legal occupations, etc. 3. Age. Age will depend if you're eligible for senior citizen benefits, which you can apply for in the New York government discord, if your character is above the age of 65 you may be eligible for senior citizen benefits. Benefits will include, dining options, Healthcare, Housing, recreational, transportation and pensions. The older your character is the less athletic he is, which will decrease stamina, endurance, HP and hunger all drugs that you consume will have 2x damage effect on senior characters. 4. Pensions: Government officials, Retired government officials who worked a certain amount of time, senior citizens who applied get pensions. 5. Stock Market, bring back the Stock Market.
