After multiple times of him doing that and making a few people mad I finally turned around after he had placed a bet on where I was gambling and jokingly while laughing started shooting at him and killed him. Later on I learned that the person I killed did not even want me punished but due to my multiple POs I was banned. Why should you be unbanned? I do like to think I was jokingly killing him and that the person that made the ticket had a little NITRP (Standing on my head and reaching around me just to play my hand) But at the same time I do understand that I have many POs and I do apologize for my actions. For those who give a shit, I have updated faction backstory to align better with a faction backstory rather than a character backstory. I have also added additional event ideas for activity promotion as well as unique rp.

2021 ban was never lifted and there's also an alt account attempt listed on it so you likely did play in 2023 but on an alt. If you can list the alt account you played with back then I'd be fine with unbanning you.

Add romanian/romanian-american as an ethnicity as it is mid 1990's, a post-revolution time period where many romanians emigrated to North America after the communist regime's downfall. Also add romanian language Pros: More ethnicities, more roleplay potential, easy to implement Cons: More pickpocketers

+1 We need this but we also should have like a gangs system for crews and they go to war with each other in different modes to earn "gang points" towards their racket and for money, and the don of the family with the most total gang points gets one of the limos from GTA V with the minigun on top and we remove the PD because it's not what this server's about
