Hello! When it comes to lockpicking the way you can find out who is the "guilty" party is not always just by seeing them lockpick. In this case, the witness heard you lockpick, while the TM who pk'd you was not there to watch you, the PK is aided with the fact that 2 masked up guys with guns out run out of ghetto to get away. There was a 2 minute frame from you lockpicking then being killed, this is within the time frame for retaliating against raiders. This is also aided by logs, when looking at logs it says you lockpicked it. Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. Hello! As explained by the PK'ing admin you were PK'd for LTARPing a PK active situation. Any time you raid a property, lockpick in, you become PK active while raiding and for 15 minutes after you have left the scenario. In this case, you guys had left while still actively involved in the raid as confirmed by logs. While you meant to do it or not and whether you knew it was a PK active scenario or not does not matter. We practice ignorance of the rules does not make you immune to the rules. Hello! As already explained by the PK'ing admin, you were killed via Don's orders. While there are some restrictions on them Don's can mostly order deaths as seen fit. In your instance, whether you were planning a coup or not, other made men (trusted members of the faction) and your Don had reason to believe you were orchestrating one or partaking in one. This suspicion can be enough to order your death. With everything we have seen, we couldn't find proof of an ulterior motive to these orders at least not damning enough to void your death and all RP that stemmed from it. This literally makes sense. Incentivize making factions run casinos on properties they own instead of lazy money generation. It would generate RP and just be so much better. I used to love pulling up to the polish casino at the pawn shop and interacting with them as I won their money. These days I just steal $100k+ of lucchese money without them even knowing. Where is the rp in that? I used to love the rp interactions of being banned from casinos bc I won too much and I do mean that like it was fun interactions and banter.

Again, there was no evidence we were the ones that attempted to raid their room, and people are masked in ghettos all the time.
