I've spent hundreds of hours on this server playing alone and with friends. In this time I've had highs and lows, lows which Im not proud of. I have made many mistakes and broke many rules in my time on the server which I really regret and i'm sorry about. Most of my bans came from RDMing people and it ended up being the reason for me being permabanned 1 year ago, I caused harm to other players by being harsh and stupid and getting into trouble where I always ended up pulling out a shovel or a pistol. After i was permabanned I made a desperate attempt to comeback in the form of ban evading which I can't justify as it was a desperate attempt to comeback to a server I loved so much, I can only apologies and show my real change through these words, I can only ask for you to give me a chance. Why should you be unbanned? After my ban I have spent a lot of time playing on gmod, playing Dark RP servers and some SCP servers and i have been playing on servers for a good period of time and i haven't been banned by being better at roleplay, especially playing on project synapse where rp is kind of strict I was able to provide good rp to the server and make it enjoyable for me and other players, unfortunately I haven't felt the same feeling on gmod when playing those servers compared to diverge, i have a huge desire to play on this server as there is no server that can give the same quality and bring me the same joy and freedom to express myself on gmod. I also feel that I've grown as a player and especially as a person as its been a year and Im now more mature and now have real responsibility in the form of a job which has taught me how to be more patient and follow rules. Last time I made my appeal, Canadian said there wasn't a way to show that I've changed, and I feel that me making this ban appeal is me showing change, I am making this appeal because i want to comeback to this server and roleplay. Not RDM. Its a new year, i was banned in 2024 its now 2026 and its a new decade in mafia rp, and I'd like to start it fresh as a changed person.

As someone who ran pretty much the only successful British faction for a number of years, i'll give you my input. +1 - I think the app is pretty decent, and I wish you guys all the best. PRO - Diverse, it's great to see someone else attempt a British faction. - Play time seems alright. - I liked the backstory to a degree, although it does have some issues. CON - The breaks in the backstory are frustrating and some of them don't really add anything to the story. IMO you'd benefit from bigger time gaps, to add more text to your paragraphs. - I don't think you give enough examples of how you intend to be different from other factions. The VIP club thing is actually something we used to do weirdly lol. I'd like to hear more about your proposed business ideas, if you're steering clear of violence for a more business approach, how? you mention you want to steer clear away from standing around RP but by owning a club, you're going to end up with standing around RP. I know I and at least a few others would be interested in being GMs and doing occasional mini events but aren't interested in being staff. The obvious main advantage to this is more roleplay in a city pretty much devoid of (good) roleplay currently. Literally just make it so GMs do not need to be staff to be GM and then more creative and impromptu roleplay events can take place.

Fairly certain we had the same sort of appeal in 2024 when i accepted the perma unban. You took the second chance and threw it to the wind. I appreciate that you're keen on returning but since you've already thrown away chance(s) we gave you I have no guarantee that this time you'll actually play properly. The risk vs reward makes no sense. If you want more information as to how we can work towards an unban then make a ticket in the discord. If you're banned from the discord you'll need to figure out a way to reach us there, but for now I have no reason to accept this, or to trust you at your word.

I was able to corroborate this account of events from the Senior Officer present and listed in your appeal as well. In the future, be careful with your "warning shots". The officers could have reacted to the shot sooner and it would be valid or you could have faced staff punishment for RDM. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.

Hello! I'm the Pk'ing admin! Yes I did talk to troubled ghost and I did encourage you to appeal cause I felt like something was off but was unable to get either logs proof or clip proof. While shooting the person it could be that you shot the cop, or simply the bullet ricocheted and then struck the Probationary Officer. From the logs and clip it seemed like a standard violent confrontation with police, especially cause the cop managed to respond about 30 seconds later. Unfortunately the probationary officers clip was not clear at showing me that you did not have a gun out and were no longer an active threat- hence why the other officers didn't react; that was negligent on my part and I do apologize.

Date of PK: 1.1.26 Reason for PK: cop death - I was offline at time of PK but spoke with PKing admin over discord. Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: So essentially from my perspective, I was firing a warning shot at a guy from hardware rooftop - and by warning shot a leg breaker at Derek Caputo. After the shot everyone started running towards hardware including two cops (larry and the PKing probie). It seems I missed acccording to a lad with me iron sights suck (but skill issue is the real cause ;-;) The probie then gunned me down immediately with no dialogue whilst I was just about to have a dialogue with senior officer larry and derek who was coming up to rooftop to be the negotiator [for some reason HAHA] (the probie asked larry "can i shoot him" and then just shot me without any confirmation by larry. When he said "can i shoothim" Immediately i was hovering over the gun incase he did whilst i was hugging the wall to hide the g3 gun on my back). I was trying to get out of it by complying and talk my way out of it (as in my head I thought they're detaining me and the guys on the rooftop but larry was talking about jumping off the roof top so was like oo chance to escape and they werent aware of the case). But the probie immediately gunned me down and then PKd me after I logged off later on. I gave him the benefit of the doubt cos he was new and its new years so didnt report him for RDM, but when offline the Pking admin (Moon) messaged and we briefly talked about the case - she made me aware the shot hit the probie instead accidentally. Which I wasnt too aware cos i wasnt aiming at him and waited to isolate the guy, hence surprised I was Pkd (and definite cross fire) the gun mustve had wacky recoil for it to hit him. Nor was I an active threat whatsoever and being fully compliant, I was NOT targetting the cop etc. But even if it was the case there were a couple other people with me on rooftop so how did he know it was me ;-; point being it was quite the cross fire and insta gunned me down and coincidentally turned out I was the one who got him in the crossfire out of 2/3 people. Twas crossfire Moon said that on the logs it looks valid which i understand but tryna an appeal in case i can get my char back given the wacky circumstance. I would like to readdress my ban for RDM and the POs. I would like to say I'm sorry for the trouble I caused in the Discord, because I pushed back against the staff team, which worsened my situation. I understand that was the staff team's decision, and I should've respected it. I understand the damage my name may have inflicted upon other people, inside or outside of RP, whether someone is blaming something on my name or using my name as a scapegoat. To that, I am sorry.
