-1 From my experiences with him as staff, he doesn't have a firm understanding of the server rules and as such wouldn't be capable of enforcing them well, he has broken several rules in the past in terms of situations I've had with him, and came off of two bans within the past few months, One for LTARP and the other for Mugging Char. On that note in terms of the bans he has failed to mention his ban for LTARP | Fail Mug | Metagame | Item Transfer Andy is not level headed enough to make decisions in a staff environment from my interactions with him, as a reporting and reported member of the server. I Do not believe Andy Should be a member of the staff team.

Let's be honest. What do we all want in a staff member, and does Andy possess these traits?; Is he active? Is he well-known Is he emotionally aware of others? Is he impartial? Does he speak fluent English? Is he submissive Does he have a deep understanding of the rules? WILL HE TAKE OUR TICKETS? I am indifferent about this, seeing that I highly weigh both activity and impartial staffing, do with the above information as you please.

While I believe everyone should have a chance, sometimes it’s good to not give the benefit of the doubt, and in this case, Andy. Like us all, Andy is also human, and understands social cues and intercations to a certain extent. Staff are people who understand what it truly means to be for the people, speak for them and carefully dissect the issue, for everyone to come to an agreement. I cannot see Andy properly discussing with someone their mistakes, nor can I properly see Andy actually benefit the community as a whole. I apologize, but -1. Have a blessed day to all!

Andy is a very active player and does bring positive interactions time to time. Although, I do not believe he is level-headed enough to treat all cases he takes as staff completely fairly. He is a very hot-headed person sometimes, and it can be put on full-display if someone attacks his nationality. He can also have a bias towards other Turkish players. For now, it is a -1 but everything is subject to change so if he made a future staff application, I may have a differing opinion. Goodluck on your application.

under normal circumstances i don’t respond to anyone’s messages, and I have respect for everyone’s opinions. However i want to clarify that I didn’t answer the questions using ChatGPT or Translator. I first wrote them in my own language and then used ChatGPT to check for grammar mistakes and fix them, so the answer to your question is no, I won’t.

Sorry, but you've caused enough issues. You clearly struggle to understand the rules of the server and frequently break them not to mention, you frequently come off as quite confrontational and incompetent. I've never had a good experience with you as well as many others. You also can't take feedback very well from what I have seen. And honestly, I really don't think you would be a great fit. +1 Anyone who has been around for the past month will know that this user has had prior conflicts involving rules and other players. I have known Andy for nearly two months now, and throughout that time, I have consistently seen his genuine interest in role-play and in engaging with the Diverge community. While he can come across as pushy at times, from what I have personally witnessed, the situations he has been involved in often stemmed either from racism directed at him or from others deliberately trying to provoke him into a reaction. That does not excuse every response, but I do believe context matters. I believe in second, and even third chances when someone shows they are willing to improve. Taking into account his activity, playtime, and continued interest in the server, I believe he would be an appropriate fit for the staff team. Best of luck on your application.

-1 Throughout the time I have known you, you've consistently demonstrated an insane level of immaturity. You would always get upset when you didn't get your way, you would try to abuse the fact that you were made to try to get information that you weren't supposed to have, which would then circle back to what I first said, as well as cause conflicts with a bunch of people in game. I could continue that list forever, but then it would stretch a little too long. You have a bad habit of pushing your luck, and that's where I believe, if you were to get staff at this moment, you would take advantage of that fact, and it would make the staff team look bad. You also just finished serving a mugging char ban, where you also, around 6 months ago, got off a metagame ban. Yes, there is a lot of time between the two of these bans, but it's recent enough to be brought into the conversation. I believe if you truly think you deserve a staff, I would personally recommend going 6 months without causing issues in-game with any faction or person. At this time, truthfully, I do not believe you are capable of handling the information and power of being staff. With all that being said, in the end, my word is taken with a grain of salt. Outside of the drama you stirred with me personally, I have seen you acting unstable within sits, unable to remove bias within sits. Often your initial response is to begin hurling insults and slurs at someone when a decision doesn't go your way. Being honest at one point I thought you had mental issues from the way you were acting. Biased response to this: -10 Unbiased response: -1 maybe show growth via normal interactions on the server rather than proving growth through staff.
