Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not. VDM = Vehicle Deathmatch, Killing People with a Vehicle. Minge = Someone who refuses to follow roleplay. NITRP = No intent to roleplay.

Yeah this would boost the crim/cop dynamic, though it would add some headaches in the crying meta to staff or fighting court cases due to searches. I know I’ve been randomly snatched up for my ID on my property earlier this year and it felt like RDA until the staff determined it was more of an active investigation with some liberties being taken with police SOP. They even referenced things like Stop & Frisk which was a huge thing in the 90s and early 2000s. Especially under Giuliani (who comes in a few more years with this crazy regime in NYC) the police do a lot of crazy constitutional gymnastics to fight crime. Seeing more of that in the City means needing more ways to fight the law. Bags and shit would at least help insulate the issue.

+1 Based on the clip provided in this appeal, and the rules pasted, I think you should not be banned. You got damaged the time he rammed you in the car dealership, and you got pinned/flipped over disabling your vehicle. This looks clearly intentional by the person ramming you.

Sounds like whole lot more lawyer/PD LARP to me! Court arguments about search and seizure rights if anyone is arrested with a bag on them, and it can function as a pseudo-gun bag for large guns, smaller handguns, or a shit ton of drugs. Not opposed at all, but it would have to make the person slower and make it super visible on their back to make it balanced for cops.

My initial reply was a generic one but this is a necessary change. Luudes were out of production and old stocks were running dry by the early 90s. The drug should be replaced with MDMA or something similar. Maybe another prescription medication like Percocet or Oxies if those weren’t already a custom item. Ecstasy just makes the most sense. Use the old Flinstones Vitamins graphic in its place or even just keep the Q bottle and pretend it’s a batch of pure MDMA. The sky is the limit. I think a Walking License should be put in place and block walking behind a roughly 4-5 hour window while running (sprinting) requires a separate license that is more expensive and you can’t sprint until about 6-7 hours. This balances the game nicely and adds an additional flavor to the unique Roleplay (RP) ((LARP for short)) this server (Divergent Networks New Jersey 1960s Mobster RP) has to offer to the community. Hello, banning admin here. While you may have been flipped over by this person, it was not until after you chased him down for bumping into your truck. When the police chase between the Hummer and PD ensued, you followed him. The Hummer gets away from PD, and you're still chasing him. You find him, and attempt to stop his truck (while he is still on the run from PD). He, acting in self defense, pushes your car over so that you will stop. Road rage is where this originated from, over one single hit. As pointed out by yourself, You may not kill someone for hitting your vehicle with theirs, light bumps/small accidents are normal and can happen. However you may kill them if they continue to target your vehicle with theirs or ram you multiple times, intentionally attempting to swerve and hit you/your vehicle. After the wreck you chased him, not the other way around. At around the 30 second mark we hear you allude to this in your clip "Gotcha that time". At the beginning of the clip we see you attempt to block him in. The evidence I was shown combined with this makes me believe this ban was fair, but good luck on your appeal.

So in summary I never chased him he chased and followed me after one incident of hitting his car, he admit as much as trying to active block me btw this chase he was blocking in wasn't due to the very first incident but cause I did a bit of reckless driving. In the clip he even goes "got you that time" showing it ain't the first time he tried shooting me, he was actively hunting me down to get a reason to shoot

Hey there I'm the hummer driver, I hit this guy once in his car and he starts chasing me anytime he saw me so I pinned his car once he started to shoot me and I left and didn't bother him at all, next time I got into a chase he comes out of nowhere to try and block me getting involved in a chase that had nothing to do with him at all. So he follows me all the way to car dealer so I just pinned his car and flipped it so he can stop chasing me and leave. Between the first incident and this one there was atleast 5 - 10 mins before he came out of no where to follow me and hit my vehicle. I hit his truck once and he follows me to try get some revenge and seems to me was to bait me into doing this just so he can shoot me. Since he knows exactly how to try and claim defense in the rules when he was the one following me and chasing me when I didn't chase him.
