Hans had been maining with us for 2-3 months before he got rebanned and in that time he established his character, got bones, got made, recruited, sold guns, clothes, paid weekly kickups which by every standard of worth makes his char valuable especially when it was all done on his main which I should add alot of the people who mug or try to mug never do it on their mains. So lets stop acting like all he did was mug and do nothing but terrorize you whiney little fucks. It's an apartment building, police irl enter apartment buildings without a warrant regularly, but they can't come into your apartment without a warrant. Individual rooms can be purchased and used with fourth amendment protections. The other apartments, however, are owned as a whole and the individual rooms are then rented or leased. Hence, the entire apartment block is protected by the fourth amendment. Treating the ghetto like its not abandoned and run-down, which it is very obviously meant to be, as though its some bastion of drug making is ridiculous. Hello, I do not believe you are very apologetic at all, and you caused serious harm with your behavior with your pet flags, then stabbed the cop for trying to arrest you, which is an IC issue, but you basically had no reason to minge, like Yuki already mentioned. You're not immune to breaking the rules just because you spent money on this doesn't grant you a get out of jail free card, same applies ''for not being aware of the rules." That's like the dog eating your homework excuse. You have a prior note for Pet Flag Abuse otherwise we would've been more lenient, but now you need to prove yourself that you've learned from your mistake by contributing to RP.
