So I was chilling on my phone while in my head at the movie theatres and i get a text from mickey wickers saying "hows that pk retard" and things along that line, i was still alive and in the movie theatre at this time, so i hit up Noah "Bear" Moretti on discord and while i was talking to him about the situation of mickey texting me texting me about the PK, and then i was finally killed. i would like this pk to be reversed due to meta game. I will also be making a staff report about mickey wickers. Thank You. ( I was killed at 4:18 PM and he first dmed me at 4:08 PM)

As banning admin stated, in this instance all the evidence presented showed a strong case for metagame. Obviously with you not have your POV clipped this puts you in a rough spot to prove your innocence. Whether your claims are true or not this fact remains. In the future I strongly urge you to use clipping software for serious situations like this incase anything does happen to arise. Sorry for the long wait.

The claim of metagame was thoroughly investigated and weighed. The claim was deemed to be a valid concern and a valid violation of the rules. The length of the ban was perfectly reasonable given your history, specifically with metagame. Additionally the serious effect actions like this could have on roleplay. Nothing about this ban has a whiff of retaliation. Though if you still hold strong to that claim you are free to file a staff report if you wish.

Hello, this is an unfortunate situation that arouse from a series of unfortunate events. Realistically the RDM is not relevant to the appeal, had it been done correctly you would’ve been PKd with that first death regardless. If this was done maliciously and purposefully there could be an argument to be made(?) but obviously that is not the case here. Beyond that this is a very routine and normal dons orders with nothing wrong with it.

Appeal seems to be rescinded. Orders were written within 2 weeks of you leaving. It is the mafia, factions can lie to you and say you are free to leave and later kill you. This is in the rules. Probably wouldn't but after brainstorming, make it a setting you can toggle where you just speak as you would but people who know the language can hear you speaking normally, and people who don't do not hear what your saying.(this is the part where it gets muddled because what would these people be hearing instead?
