I don't think the question here has an all or nothing answer. It's not insanely easy as most operations get voided even if they meet the requirements. There would need to be some overhauls to how IDs work for one. I do agree with your point on how once they're back to PD there's almost no way to get to them due to PD raid rules though the wartime activity levels might be a bit much.

Hello, banning admin here. You were banned as a result of having a mugging character after just coming off almost a month-long ban for doing the same thing, you were permanently banned as a result of your previous bans and notes. The character you got banned as a result of mugging on, Jake Fichier, as you pointed out has less than 30 hours of time played, yet you said that you had loads of money and suits on the character. Why mug for more at that point when you just got off a ban for using mugging characters? Your main character may be set, but what difference does it make if you can't roleplay enough to get money/suits legitimately? Mugging has calculated risk and if there's nothing for you to lose, the person on the receiving end takes all the risk for you. Here are the rules that I felt were broken, I hope this clears the situation up. Good luck on your appeal. Mass mugging in order to to PK people, or 'PK hunting' / being 'PK hungry' is not permitted. If an Admin feels like you're doing things intentionally for no regard for actual roleplay they may deny your PK requests issue according punishments You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay.

This is a well deserved Perma ban (and it isn't the first). First of all, you got that "million dollars worth of suits" by mugging people, and that's obvious. You don't grind for 30 hours on a char then get that much value of anything. Secondly, you have done this exact same thing in the past, Target Mugging, NITRP and you even metagamed when talking to some female in game, using your voice, and I quote, "Yeah, I got blacklisted from Bonannos, Altovitis and Gambinos. Those guys really hate me.". You said this while on a completely new DeCavalcante Char. You have shown absolutely no interest in actually Roleplaying on this server, and instead playing it in your own way by mugging, deathmatches, OOC disputes, and metagaming. I do apologise for attempting to evade my ban and i regret it because this server is easily the most fun rp server i have ever played on gmod. I was spending a lot of time on this server and really getting into the RP before i was banned for Mass raiding and i alted to carry on having fun and it backfired big time. Time for accurate southside map

Map description says we are on the south side of Union City, which would be Hoboken, NJ. But then if you look across the water, we see we are facing the near side of the Chrysler Building, which would put us around Hunter’s Point in Long Island but Roosevelt Island is missing. Lady Liberty is facing the towards us though which would mean we would be in Bay Ridge in Brooklyn. You will also notice that the Governors Island is missing, what does this all mean? Southside was made by a foreigner and is not accurate to the real NYC, big surprise.

As an nyc resident the “southside” refers to generally the queens area, though there’s multiple southside each borough has there own like Jamaica queens, South Bronx don’t make no sense but black people came up with it so there ya go

If you use the skybox position with the Statue of Liberty taken into account and the skyline (SW-ish) it's either Jersey City or Hoboken Views from Jersey City and Hoboken waterfront attached If it's definitely in the city it'd be Bayridge/Brooklyn I think
