If other drugs were stealth items that weren’t obvious, like maybe the 2-3 lowest drugs look innocuous, the M looking like Oil would be fine. But M and LSD just for no reason can be stealth dropped openly and pass as oil while everyone else is cooked if they drop their drug openly. Not sure how that’s supposed to balance out.

( they could lie, but if they get caught, consequences. ) Which will generate the cost, which includes tax on the specific item. So, people can not worry about tedious paperwork. Reasoning is pretty simple. Setup a marketplace for legal businesses. With minimal, to no google doc rp. They browse a catalog. Send money via money transfers, ( Which ICly should be protected from rico. ) Receive said item, or are able to pick up at the 'post office'. Encourages, a mostly passive legal business for whitelist owners and allows a healthy tax rate to take money out of the economy.

With the addition of repair garages, they should also be able to sell performance upgrades at % discount, set by each shop in order to suggest more player RP, compared to just clicking E and a few buttons at car dealer. The permission to sell other players these upgrades could be locked behind char playtime to minimize the chance of abuse. Since vehicle RP is now being expanded on, I think now or the near future is a great time for this to be put into place, as a RP server should have as much RP as possible. For a long time I really enjoyed Diverge Networks Mafia RP. It's really one of the only Garry's Mod servers I've put time into. I was a serious player with multiple characters over two years ago, and even helped run a faction in a capo position. However, when that faction was betrayed within RP, I decided to MRDM. It was a regrettable decision and not one I'd make again. I made the decision through a rash and heated mindset, never within the server have I made a decision like this before. The NITRP and low quality user charges are not ones which I feel identifies with the majority of my time, or how I'd like to spend time on the server going forward. The community engagement and style of interaction on this server is something I really haven't found in other games. And the only thing I'd like to do is be apart of this community, not cause disruptions and ruin the time of others like I had. I state this all with complete honesty, I will follow all rules set, and I do hope that I'm allowed to rejoin and play once more.

@xDutchCat I asked in a discord ticket and Canadian Bacon gave me permission to re-appeal my ban. I took a while to reflect after my last appeal was denied before asking to re-appeal and put extensive thought into this one. I am hoping that I can demonstrate a growth in maturity but to do such in writing is difficult.
