Non US citizen characters when arrested by law enforcement can be deported and have to complete a challenging temple run type mini game in order to make it back to south side.

Callaghan's conflict with SOS got voided because we shot up their property mid conflict btw... using the "y'all are just being wimps" argument is crazy invalid because UA will literally put a stop to any action outside of the conflict rules and punish the faction that is actually roleplaying.

First off, I agree with conflict on the server. It creates more RP with high commands, and get factions involved in strategy and teamwork. However, the last war was god awful when it came to actually participating in it. There was 0 clarification on the point system, both sides just camped majority of their individuals in properties, and there was no real loss to either side other than a small sum of money. Conflicts have been proven to be headaches, have little reward, and pointless since the RP now is so poor. Imo, getting rid of UA partaking in conflicts, reimplementing the PK last man standing war system, and removing these mega alliances would be the only way of fixing it.

I never did that gay shit. That’s why I keep advocating for more gang factions. I would constantly terrorize the Colombo’s at their bar on my gang character. The gang factions don’t last long but they are constantly getting into real RP conflicts and eventually get into wars.

Spicing up the Fishing system would be cool. Freshen it up a bit, maybe give a bit more of a reason to go fishing (can't truly think of something to add off the top of my head).

when you fish, all it is, is just a grey loading bar, thats it how thrilling What if stardew valley fishing and different spots of the water yield a higher likely hood of catching a rare fish or something. Makes it more engaging

I mean, there's nothing stopping you from having conflict RP with another faction other than your own limitations. You have some drama with another factions? send some dudes down to their business and cause trouble. Drive by and shoot at the building / windows, making escalations get more heated to initiate sit downs etc. Nobody is stopping you from doing this, other than y'all being wimps.
