I feel like most servers that have removed it feel inherently emptier (especially for new players, it helps them get some more info on how shit works). I know the discord argument someone else made seems dumb but it's a good analogy, just because something exists on the server and can be used to break rules it doesn't mean it should be removed. Guns can cause rdm, rackets can cause racket abuse, cars can cause VDM, police can cause RDA etc. Those sound like retarded statements but it's not about the statement, it's about the point it's trying to get across.
