The incident in which you had ran over the player who reported the VDM (which I could find in logs) was not the one he had reported, you did run him over, but at Silver Tongue at a different point in time. The VDM in question was handled (you can actually see the ban happen at the start of your clip) This was an unfortunate mistake.
